Absolutely amazing! Friendly atmosphere and staff. Our server was helpful, and eager to assist us. The food was hot, fresh and we didn’t have a long wait to get our order. First time eating at Hard Rock Cafe and I’m glad we picked this location. The nachos never got soft even with all of the toppings and the chicken sandwich was juicy with crispy bacon.

Such a fun spot! My first time visiting and I totally enjoyed it. The atmosphere is vibrant with great music memorabilia everywhere you look. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious!! The ribs were so tender, the meat was falling off the bone; however, I didn't like the cheese on the loaded cheese fries. Cocktails were good too!

I visited Nashville, Tennessee for the first time and of course I had to stop at a Hard Rock Cafe. I was not disappointed! I got a Burbon apple mule and it was delicious. The wing appetizers were on point and a nice one to share. The atmosphere was nice and the waiter attentive making great drinks and food recommendations.

I have been to over 25 Hard Rock Cafés, Hotels and casinos around the world. Sometimes the food is awesome, and sometimes it is average. This large restaurant was empty, however, it took over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me at the bar. I had to ask for silverware after my food arrived. I had the smash burger, and it was good, however, the fries were cold… Which was a disappointment since I typically like the HRC fries. Great assortment of Nashville related memorabilia. I always enjoy these restaurants and will continue to patronize them around the world.

I had the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger with fries and garlic aioli, and it was fantastic—cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Our group also split the hot fudge brownie for dessert, and it was incredible (highly recommend). Our server was super friendly and attentive, and we had fun checking out all the music memorabilia and collectibles around the restaurant. Great food, great service, great atmosphere!

Hard Rock is a very nice place to eat lunch. Food was very delicious. Especially the BBQ Pork Sandwich. The drinks are really expensive though. Like the strawberry lemonade(non-alcoholic). It’s literally just 90% full of ice with some strawberry lemonade for a total of $9. Our food was really quick to get out. The bad thing was that the bathroom stall did not lock. 😬

The classic restaurant you'd expect from the Hard Rock Cafe chain, the food well presented and of excellent quality—nothing to complain about. I was disappointed by the lackluster vibe inside; considering its location, I was expecting at least some live music.

Good price streak, drinks were excellent, it was quiet the night we were there it was raining out. Plenty of seats, gift shop was great

Nice view from the rooftop, friendly staff, slow service, and lame drinks. Definitely not a place I need to revisit.

I have been a fan since I was a kid, and still am. I have too much memorabilia. Quality/Quantity - Interesting, two buildings. A small gift shop in the main building and an employee told us about a huge gift shop in the other building. Well it was only slightly bigger. See pictures. Party hour, happy hour available; but it was way too early for me to start drinking. Current promotions on t-shirts, see pictures. Atmosphere - One of the smaller HRCs. Two buildings, two gift shops. Located at the end (or beginning) of the "strip." Valet parking, see picture for prices. Service - Everyone was friendly, even with the misleading gift shop size information. Price - N/A, did not find anything I wanted. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1971 with your 165+ restaurants, 24+ hotels, and 11 casinos. Congrats on your success at this location since 1992. I see that you are franchising now...? Or has that always been the case?

Gave us a parking ticket while we were inside for 15 minutes. We were parked at a 90 minute free parking for Hard Rock Cafe. We brought the ticket inside and asked about it and they said they didn't know anything about it or how the parking works. The drinks weren't good at all, tasted watered down! And pretty expensive at that! Paid $14 for a margarita when it was $10 mega marg day, but we didn't know until after we ordered when a different table told us about it! The server was horrible, we asked for one of the take home glasses and she completely ignored me. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

this place was a life saver for a bite at the end of the night. our server was a treasure and the caprese pizza pictured was the perfect munchie. easy to get an uber ride from as well since it's at the far end of Broadway by the river.

Absolutely the worst place on the face of the earth to spend Thanksgiving with the fam. Opted for the T'day buffet to keep in tune with the holiday theme...but the food was sub par... HRC should stick with its traditional menu. After dinner was complete and the tab landed on the table, discovered there was an astronomical UNADVERTISED 58% service fee added to the total bill... AND the gratuity was NOT included as part of the bill. This said... kudos to the service staff. The team was attentive and on top of their game. Though I've been a loyal HRC customer over the decades, I won't eat at another HrC again due this poor business stunt.

I recently moved from California to Tennessee and spent last Sunday doing the tourist trap crawl on Broadway. I haven't been to a Hard Rock location since Vegas and remembered their drinks are pretty good so I made my way to this bar. The layout of the bar is interesting. There's two separate buildings. One is all gift shop and the other is the bar. The bar is two-stories. Top floor has a long bar with a patio. Ground floor has a smaller bar and the dining room. I pulled up to the bar and bellied up in front of Bubba and Paige. Both were fantastic. Bubba was a riot behind the bar and whipped up a delicious Bahama Mama for me and when I asked for a michelada (one of the many things I miss from California), he was able to concoct something pretty close to the real deal. Although there weren't many of us at the bar, they kept us entertained and were very personable. I also got to check out a drag show for a bit upstairs. No cover charge, to my surprise. Lots of great talent up there and honestly, a lot more fun than I had anticipated. I didn't get to try any of the food but the burgers I saw on the menu looked great. I'll have to come back and try them out. If you go, make sure you check the bar to see if Bubba and Paige are working.

I always enjoy visiting Hard Rock. We stopped by for a happy hour drink. Had the Margarita, it was a little sweet for my taste. Great ambiance, beautiful over looking outside down broadway.

Awesome service, Clarence made sure we got what we needed!! Good and drinks were GREAT!!! And loved the music.

The food, service and ambiance is always great. We love checking out all the Hard Rock Cafe's on our journey's and they never disappoint.

I had a horrible experience with a manager at this location and contacted corporate regarding it. Not only did they solve the issue but it was done in a swift manner. I can truly say that HardRock Corporate cares about their customers and their brand. It took a while for someone to take our orders but the bartender came to provide her service. She was really sweet and attentive even though she had a bar full of people. My food was good and everyone in my party enjoyed their meals. They had a live performer which was nice. Outside of the experience I had with the manager, everything else was fine. HardRock Cafe Corporate you rock!

Bubba provided great service and was awesome to talk to! Made us laugh and gave us some good Nashville tips!

We love bubba the bartender! He makes an amazing mojito and is so attentive, and let's not forget.. HILARIOUS!! Sitting at the bar is always the right move! Also shout out to mark the other bartender, great hospitality from both of them!!

Great place. The staff were super friendly and we got seated pretty quick. The fries were delicious and not like fast food type. The burger was decent however it clocked in at 1400 calories which if you are trying to be healthy not the best place for you. The inside was nice and vibrant with live music playing. It's at the end of broadway and if you don't want to be overstimulated by broadway, hard rock is a great place to have a nice calm dinner with a similar experience. I went here for my birthday and it was nice they gave a complimentary sundae. It was a little pricy but hard rock somewhat delivered on the value.

Our waiter was so friendly and gave my nephew a Messi ball and he's a total fan. The brownie sundae is huge!! So big. Like prepare to share!

While visiting Nashville for a wrestling tournament the family and I stopped in for dinner here. This is only the second Hard Rock Cafe I have ever visited. The first was in St. Louis and it has since shut down. If you want a family friendly place to go enjoy dinner while on Broadway, then this is the spot. We went in around 10pm and we were seated immediately. The waitress was very good and took great care of us! She offered several suggestions and the ones we chose were spot on. My son got the wings with a side of fries. They had a nice kick to them, but not too hot. My wife got the Spicy Diablo Burger and fries, and I got the Classic Nachos and added grilled chicken. We as a family ended up sharing all the meals with each other because it was that good! You can also go around and look at all of the cool memorabilia that's hanging throughout the establishment. Some petty neat items to see. We'll definitely be back here!

We've ate at several Hard Rock Cafe's, so we didn't have high hopes for the food. We just went for the kids to experience the atmosphere! However, we were pleasantly surprised! The food was outstanding! We had several appetizers for our meals, including the shrimp, nachos, & sliders that were amazing! The kids had the Messi burgers & Messi Chicken sandwich, which included a Hard Rock mini gold soccer ball, that they loved! The staff went above & beyond! They were attentive & very helpful!

Solid experience on a Friday night. Food was good, especially the chicken sandwich, live music was good, the decor or ambiance of the dining room was a little off though. Service was friendly and good. They said kitchen was backed up but food was quick for us. We'd come back

Bubba the bartender is FANTASTIC!!! Great personality and makes amazing drinks! We're visiting from out of town, and I'd definitely recommend coming to the Hard Rock bar just to see him!

My friends and I came here on a Tuesday night and we got seated quickly. The staff were very friendly. I ordered the one night in Bangkok spicy shrimp and the onion ring tower. The one night in Bangkok spicy shrimp was crispy shrimp, tossed in a creamy, spicy sauce, topped with scallions, served on a bed of coleslaw. The onion rings were fried well. Both dishes were very good and very filling. It wasn't too busy of a night and the staff were very attentive. There are pictures and guitars of different bands and artists around the restaurant.

Tim was a fun server and did a great job. Matija was a lot of fun taking the postcard/pictures.

So unfortunately sad. My chicken sandwich apparently loved being in warm bath of gooey nonsense, because that's what I received today. My cold glass of tap water had more flavor than this sad bird and fries. Well, at least I hope it was chicken. Server Ana could care less how the experience was. She was not seen for the majority of my horrible experience here. Such a somber environment upon entering this dungeon of doom, should've been the foreshadowing warning to stay away.

Stopped in for a quick dinner while visiting Nashville. We were greeted promptly and seated right away. Our waitress was super friendly and informative. Our food was delayed but she kept stopping by to check on us. The food portions were large and very tasty. There was live music which was very good. Typical hard rock decor. Overall a great spot.

Nothing special about Hard Rock, it's overpriced and flavorless foo. Kind of like a cool Bob Evan, made for seniors that aren't aloud flavor or salt. If your in a pinch it's safe food but would recommend going elsewhere if you want to have food with flavor. But we were hungry and it wasn't crowed so it suited our needs. The waitress was good !!!

Great experience! Tim our server was very accommodating, my husband has an allergy to beef and pork so we have to be very careful when we dine out. Tim double checked ingredients with the chef for my husband's order. Food was fantastic and well presented. I had the Southwest Salad with grilled chicken, my husband got the Ramen noodle bowl with shrimp. Hard Rock Cafe is very clean and its fun to look at all the displays.

Stopped in for lunch, starving after a morning bus tour of the city. We were seated right away and the restaurant was only mildly busy. Our server took a while to greet us and bring our drinks. We ordered our food and it took forever to get it. Literally waited like 45 minutes for a steak salad and chicken sandwich and fries. The server knew she took a long time because as she set our food down, she said, "I'm sure you guys are starving by now." No other explanation, no apology. My chicken sandwich was good, but luke warm at best. I'm guessing it had been sitting there for a while after it was done. Despite that, the aoli on the sandwich was delicious. The fries were standard. I did not like the flavor of the steak on my boyfriend's steak salad, but he enjoyed it and thought it was good. The server tried to redeem herself by bringing us complimentary to-go sodas when she brought our check. Despite being incredibly slow, she was pleasant overall. The ambiance was nice and I liked the music, but it was a tad too loud so we had to shout to each other in order to hear. We didn't have much conversation while we waited because of how loud it was. I would eat here again as long as I'm not in any rush.

Bubba was the best bartender ever! Great drinks and even better conversation! We're coming back after we go to our group activity.

Cool. This one obviously has more country flare to it than others as to be expected. The food was good. We got the Messi Burger and Messi Chicken sandwich, the Bangkok Shrimp and the sliders, drinks were well made too. Live entertainment upstairs. There's a nice view on the 2nd floor deck. Ehhhh so our server was nice and all but he smelled really bad. Funkytown with his hygiene. It was uncomfortable because he kept handing things across the table and was killing us with his breath and BO!! My parents kept mentioning it, and so did the table behind us and across from us that he was serving. Gross as hell. Outside of that was a pleasant experience.

Maura and Alisa were awesome!! She made my birthday the best. Will definetly come back.

I Highly recommend the Diablo Burger, it was the bomb, the vibe of the Hard Rock Cafe in Nashville TN is kicking. My server Tim was friendly and knowledgeable and was polite. It was over all fun experience.

Came through Nashville headed east on vacation instead of beating the streets to try out a celebrity owned eatery or bar I looked up Hard Rock on the Open Door app and discovered I could make a reservation. So after making our reservation it was easy to pull into the parking lot to have my vehicle valet instead of trying to find a spot to park. Valet cost about $15 got a great spot up front they do accept cards for payment. We were early for our reservation but there was enough seating available that we were sat right away. Our waitress was awesome offered up her favorite drinks and foods of choice. I love it when wait staff are so knowledgeable about their menus. Super Lex was her name ‼ btw Food and drinks were good. I had the twisted Mac and cheese with chicken it does have a bit of heat to it but it's not to terrible. Cocktails all three were great the best was the Very Merry Cocktail. There is a gift section in the restaurant but there's a stand alone brick and mortar Hard Rock store just outside the restaurant in the same location. Lots more to choose from and this is where you'd show your receipt to pick up clean fresh souvenir glasses if you "purchased" one at the restaurant. Also sometimes the store runs specials so definitely head over there after you eat. So glad we stopped in to catch a bite to eat before heading to our final destination.

While I know HRC's are tourist traps, we were in town for a soccer tournament and my son begged to go try the Messi burger. We arrived around 5:30 and were immediately seated. Server came to take drinks then came back and said another server is taking over and left. 10 mins..no server...15 mins no server...20 mins...I ask a passing server to send us someone or let us leave and pay our parking fee!! Finally- server shows up. No apologies- nothing. Order appetizer. She tried to force us to also order meal at same time and we weren't ready. Her eye roll made it known she was not happy ( note that for tip deduction) . Comes back another 15-20 min later with nacho appetizer. Not impressed. Nothing is hot. Place meal order. Comes out in appropriate amount of time, allowing us to finish appetizer. This I appreciate!! Order was: Messi burgers, Messi chicken sandwich and meatloaf special with green beans and mashed potatoes. NOTHING WAS HOT!!!!! Luke warm at best. The boys enjoyed their Messi burger. No complaints other than not very hot. Chicken sandwich was like warm, cheese was just 2 cold slices placed on it- not even melted and chicken wasn't hot enough to melt on own. Ate half of it and was done- not very good at all. Meatloaf special was DISGUSTING!!! Absolutely horrible. Warm. Not a single item had any seasoning to it. Meatloaf and sauce was literally something out of a school cafeteria- no flavor- cardboard like and just pathetic. Green beans and mashed potatoes were equally bland, no taste and lukewarm. Waitress was inattentive- walked past in a hurry saying " how is it all"...... but didn't stop to hear an answer and just kept going. Don't worry- her tip absolutely reflected this poor service. This was by far the worst meal we had while visiting. This is the worst meal we have had at any HRC. Nashville location should be ashamed and fire their chef from Saturday night ( 1/13/24) immediately. I would give zero stars if I could. Overpriced school food is what we were served and awful service.

I really hate to leave negative reviews but this warrants one in my opinion. I ordered chicken & steak fajitas and was looking forward to hearing that amazing sizzling sound. My waitress (Meghan) brought the dish to our table and walked away. The cast iron was warm, not even hot (I could touch it with my fingers), and the vegetables were still raw. The chicken and steak were barely warm obviously pre-cooked. I asked my waitress to kindly bring the veggies back to be cooked on the cast iron. She returned a few minutes later with the veggies on a plate, possibly microwaved but definitely not grilled... really ruined the experience... I've eaten at many Hard Rock restaurants around the world and this was my first bad experience.

Great food and great service. The Messi Chicken sandwich was delicious and the mushroom Swiss burger was great. The fries were perfectly seasoned and the macaroni and cheese may have been the best I have ever had. The real showstopper was the apple cobbler though! It was cinnamon-y and gooey and topped with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with caramel. Oh yum! It wasn't too busy at lunch time on a Friday and the place had live music playing too.

We came here for my wife's birthday and live near the city . The live music is always great . 15 dollar parking, 15 dollar drinks. And the food was ok. We had a few drinks at the bar that were a good size but didn't seem much alcohol was in them. You would think for the price you're paying. We got our table and got the bruschetta which was really good. Nothing was jumping out at me so I got the duo fajitas for 25 bucks. Wife had a salmon noodle salad which had a tangy soy sauce which was really tasty . Mine was ok and the fajita breads I think were stale on one side as I couldn't fold it without cracking.other than that it wasn't that bad. The servers were great and they got a thing about proofing everyone even if you're elderly.must have had an incident in the past. Didn't get a chance to check out the other two floors of music memorabilia but may next time I'm in the area. Wasn't an over the top experience but worth a stop.

Paige and Bubba were AMAZING! Been in Nashville all week- could not have asked for a better way to spend our last day
