Hard Rock Cafe

Went to the Hard Rock at Universal and the place itself is huge and really cool inside, full rock vibe and all that. But the burgers were just ok, nothing special at all. Prices are pretty high, and honestly I didn’t think the service matched what they charge — felt kind of awkward and forced. The location is great and the space is impressive, but for me it’s not worth it. I don’t think I’d go back. Maybe it’s worth checking out once if you’re into the theme, but there are way better food options around with better value and better service.

I went to Hard Rock Cafe Orlando on a Saturday around 4 PM and there was no wait time, which was awesome! Our waiter was super friendly and very attentive, making the whole experience even better. I ordered the spicy burger, and it was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is beautiful, filled with great energy, cool rock memorabilia, and awesome music. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you want great food, great service, and a fun vibe!

The food is great. Ribs were tender, Fajitas were cooked perfectly, and the brownie desert is a must have. I suggest you make reservations to lessen wait times. It’s Very loud so expect to speak loudly if you plan to have conversation over dinner.

I’ve been here more than once, and it’s always a great experience. Delicious burgers and ribs! The atmosphere is lively with two floors inside, full of music and energy. They even celebrate birthdays, which makes the experience extra fun. The espresso martini wasn’t my favorite – a bit too strong on alcohol – but overall it’s a great place to enjoy classic food and the Hard Rock vibe.

Biggest Hard Rock in the US. The venue was as expected, amazing. There was so much memorabilia and even a section of the Berlin Wall! The choice of food was great. The quality of the burgers was fabulous and they were super tasty, even for a vegetarian! The price was reasonable. The service was great. We didn't buy the entrance photo, some may like this, but we're not into gimmicks. I had an expresso martini, tasty! We have already booked for another visit.

We had a wonderful night thanks to Timothy R’s excellent service. Tim was attentive, professional, and made our celebration truly special. Top notch service from start to finish. Food is average. The steak was overcooked and rib was too dry. But we still enjoyed the night. Thanks again Tim!

Hard Rock is always a great experience for any music lover. Heck even if you aren’t that into music it’s a great experience! I got this Twisted Mac and Cheese and a Strawberry Basil Non Alcoholic Drink this time. Nothing in the restaurant is a miss and I’ve been here tons over the years. Service is always great. Restrooms can be a bit hard to get too, (if you have any accessibility issues) but they do have an elevator, it’s just slow. If you have a large party, definitely recommend maybe calling ahead on a busy day because sometimes there can be a bit of a wait depending on the night. If you’re solo, you’re usually good! Music is always blaring here, it can be hard to talk but you can still talk with effort. It’s my personal opinion everyone visit a Hard Rock at least once in life so give it a go!

Hard Rock Cafe Orlando at Universal Orlando resorts CityWalk is a must visit! We had a fantastic meal here. even though we arrived late for our reservation due to a ride delay in Universal Studios, the staff were extremely accommodating and made sure we could still get a table . The food was incredible. The fries were cooked to perfection. I ordered the Double Smash Burger, and it was easily one of the best burgers I had during our Orlando trip. It was juicy, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. Others in our group had the chicken burger, which they said was great. The portions are generous, and everything tasted fresh and high quality. We also got a brownie with ice cream which was nice. It’s not just about the food, the atmosphere and theming are what makes this restaurant. The restaurant is filled with iconic rock memorabilia, from guitars and outfits to signed records and photos. Highlights for me included Jimi Hendrix’s guitar and Steven Tyler’s guitar from Aerosmith. The floating pink Cadillac above the bar is also very cool. Make sure you go upstairs during your visit, I don’t think it’s used for seating, but it’s open for guests to explore. You’ll find even more music history and signed memorabilia in a quieter area up there. The restaurant is huge, lively and spotless, with great music, fast service and great food. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you are at universal Orlando resort.

I have nothing negative to say. Exceptional guest service, delicious food and rad atmosphere. I couldn't have asked for a better night and dinner. Samantha was our server. She was awesome, so friendly and checked on us several times and others around my table. Very attentive and with a great attitude. Walked in around 10-1030pm so it was late and the place was pretty full. Got greeted and sat us at a table right away. Took our order, food came out fairly quickly and it was hot and delicious. I ordered a full slab of baby back ribs with French fries and my friend ordered buffalo wings. The ribs were mvp, deliciously seasoned (dry rub and saucy) exactly the way I like them! Meat melting off the bone, I was legit impressed because this isn't the type of place you'd think served ribs at this level. I'd order this again and again. Complements to the chef! I'm visiting from Burbank ca and shout out to Hard Rock for staying open 2 hours later than most sit down restaurant's in Citywalk.

When visiting Universal Orlando, we stayed at Hard Rock Hotel and we wanted to try the cafe as well. My mom just finished cancer treatments and we wanted this trip to be special - loved the photo opportunity and this photo is extra special to me. This review is from December 2024, and I'm sure this location is still amazing! As for the service, our experience was fantastic from hostess, server, and even the friendly manager on duty checking in on us. The food was great as well. Overall a fun experience with all the decor and would happily visit again!

Great atmosphere and music. Food was fantastic but super expensive. It was all great except the price. Super over priced. The New York burger was DELICIOUS!! 10/10 for sure. Only complaint other than the price was the nachos... there was hardly any toppings on it. For the price we paid that should have been loaded with toppings. The waitress Vivian was fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. She was just great. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT: their math is off on gratuity. Check for yourself don't trust their math.

This review was for last month - I was surprised that many of the CityWalk restaurants weren't open past midnight considering that it was a popular area. But the Hard Rock Cafe was open until 2:00AM! We booked it for our party of 10, but because it was so late, they couldn't sit us at one table - that was fine. It was literally just the adults at one, and the kids at the other. We had great service, they made sure to communicate with us and checked in with us. We never felt rushed, even they were all obviously preparing the close the kitchen. They never made us feel like we couldn't enjoy our meal and kept our drinks refilled! They also gave the little ones toys which we appreciated! Many things were ordered since we were so hungry! But ultimately, the nachos and chicken tenders were my favorite! Definitely, if you are a night owl and are looking for someone to much, just book here!

We walked in late after AP night and grabbed a table at the bar. Our bartender/server was very nice and we received our food quickly. However, nothing after that was great. The drinks were not very tasty - my partner said his mojito was probably the worst he'd had. For food, he generally liked his salad but I ordered their regular smash burger. The burger was so salty, I literally had to take breaks to eat it, and didn't finish. It tasted like the shaker had dropped on top of it. It also didn't have the onions it was supposed to have and if it had the sauce, I didn't taste it. The fries were pretty good but also so salty. I thought I was going crazy but my partner tasted both and agreed. We don't plan to return, not with other better places on City Walk.

Dinner before a show at Hard Rock Live. Chosen for the convenience of being next door. We had a reservation & were seated right away. We ordered the chicken tenders, chicken fajitas & Cobb salad with chicken. Chicken on the salad was dry, but the rest of the salad was good. Others said they enjoyed their meals.

I love Hard Rock! I eat there pretty often due to work. They have changed their menu around a few times so there is always something new to try. The service is amazing, ask for Jerry! The only complaint I have is it is often times so loud you have to yell to talk. Probably not a place I'd go for intimate conversations, but to grab burgers and beers with friends, absolutely!

We stopped by the Hard Rock for lunch after spending the morning at Islands of Adventure. We were seated right away, and our server Lexi was very welcoming and helped us decide what to order. Maddie got the nachos, and I ordered the NYC Burger, one of their specialty tour burgers. It came with fried onions, cheese, and even fried cheesecake! Although it sounds like a lot, it actually worked really well. I'm so glad we stopped here for lunch. Lexi made our experience amazing and was super attentive! Stephanie also checked in with us to make sure everything went well. I can't say enough about the incredible hospitality here!

Considering it was a Tuesday and the upstairs was closed it took a long time for our food to arrive. We ordered right off the menu and the patrons next to us and across from us got their food before us. Dunno what happened but we made it on time to the show next door. Very lively inside. Lots of little kids running around the bar area.

It's a hard rock just outside of universal and it is a big one at that! Lots of memorabilia to lol at, tons of seating, they have the normal hard rock food, and the service once it gets busy was lacking. The kids liked all the stuff, I like getting a chance to relax in a temp controlled location as well as getting off my feet for a bit! We all got some descent food and a nice place to relax for a bit.

Daniel wowed us with his amazing personality and service!!! The expresso martini was fantastic and food was delicious. The manger Leo stopped by too to see if we needed anything! 5 stars all around!! thanks Hard Rock you guys ROCK

First, the directions kept sending us to different places. 1st a dead end by a security post, then the Hard Rock Hotel. It's a good thing we left early and didn't miss the show. Other persons were dealing with the same thing. Anyway, this is located NEXT TO the Hard Rock Cafe @ CityWalk. It is a walk from the parking lot to the place itself, so my ladies be mindful of wanting to wear heals. The place was fairly clean, including the bathroom. The bar was at the back which is the entrance to the LIVE. The drinks were pretty okay, not strong or anything. Before the show, the screens in the front display some of the upcoming shows that will be shown at the Live, which is cool. The staff all were pretty friendly and mostly on point. You had persons who paid for standing room in the back come to the front and stand and block persons who purchased their tickets that were in the front. That was quite annoying, but the ushers/security gently let persons know they couldn't be there, so there was order. I guess it's a good place for entertainment.

One of my favorite chain restaurants, this location at Citywalk however is the best Hard Rock Restaurant. The food is always good when we go. The service is good and the drinks are yummy. I had the mushroom smash burger and a Hurricane. Everyone at the table loved their food. No issues and nothing to improve on. We will be back... Rock N Roll! Tip: Call for a reservation!

Atmosphere: unbelievable rock music history right in front I could stay for days looking. Service: our server was top notch and always asking if we needed something else couldn't ask for a better server. Food: chicken sliders were perfect portion. The messy chicken sandwich was awesome. The Smashburger, the colossal burger the mac & cheese two words just perfect hard rock Orlando. Swing and a very verrryy hard miss unfortunately Food - so we ordered the patty melt and impossible burger. The patty melt came out as a regular burger... We couldn't find the waitress initially and when we told her the error she did out the correct order in for a "on the fly" from the kitchen. Unfortunately it took well over 30mins to come out by which time the other food was ice cold. (not the problem mind you). Unfortunately the waitress lied to us multiple times. "I saw it in the window, they're just putting the fries on the plate. It's literally coming this way" but alas no food for over 10mins later. She also didn't own up to her mistake of misentering the order (receipt showed the keyed in burger, not patty melt). Also, we still paid full price for the whole meal (not looking for a handout but like own up to your mistakes please) Drinks - meh. Hurricane was good but very sweet (as I think it's supposed to be) the ginger jalapeno thing... Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. It was a glass of jalapeno juice with no other flavor. Ambiance - it's a cool place for sure def worth stepping in and taking a look around Service - as mentioned above, this truly ruined our experience. I won't name drop our server, but it was quite shameful to try and skirt by your own mistake. A simple "omgosh I apologize. I typed in the wrong thing, let me let the kitchen know. I'll be right back" or "I am so sorry. I entered it wrong. We can either have then kitchen remake it for ya or you can keep this, but it will be 20-30 for a new plate". There are ways to meet expectations and fix your error. Don't lie about it though. Unfortunately will not be going back to the Hardrock anytime soon.

This is the largest Hard Rock Cafe and it's located at Universal City Walk. Enjoyed the looking at all of the memorabilia. The food was good and our server Drea was friendly and attentive. It's family-friendly with music videos playing constantly so it's definitely not a quiet atmosphere.

Delicious! We had their flatbread before rushing off to ride some more rides. The flatbread was fantastic. I also tried their passion fruit mai tai and their bubble gum shot. Both delicious. The service was spectacular and very fun. Our bartender actually likes to work there and we could tell lol. The ambience was nice too. Lots of art and props to look at and a really rad ceiling piece if you're sitting in the center by the bar. Good times.

Really cool restaurant. I was very entertained by the muisc playing in and outside of the restaurant. The food was amazing right along with all the decor inside.

We love coming here before a show at the Hard Rock because the food is consistently tasty, service is fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is upbeat and lovely. Take note that if you get to the parking garage after 6p, parking is free! Otherwise it is $32!!! So, save yourself the money and come at 6p! The Messi Chicken sandwich was delicious although a little dry compared to the grilled chicken sandwich. With a little mayo, it was tasty. The fries are crispy and flavorful. The BBQ pulled pork sandwich had good flavor especially with the cole slaw! You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu!

My group and I had an amazing time here! There was a pretty short wait for it being late and the parks closing. We got our picture taken by this guy right before being seated and he was amazing. His energy was perfect for the picture station & they were only $30!! Our server was absolutely INCREDIBLE! His name was Justin and he was so extremely friendly, attentive, personable, and helpful when it came to menu recommendations! Our food was great as well! Everything came out hot and fresh pretty quickly! The burgers were great and the onion rings were 10/10! We also got drinks and they were sooo yummy! Overall, We just had a great experience. When we come back we will definitely ask for Justin again!

Cool dining place in the Universal Studio area. Restaurants there are generally busy and it's better to make reservations. We didn't plan it out too well that night so we walked in and waited for a bit before getting a table. Great food, nice server, and friendly front desk people. A pretty enjoyable meal after a whole day of walking with a glass of ice-cold beer. Aside from food, as a bonus, come here to see those legendary Elvis Presley and Jimi Hendrix's belongings like guitars, posters, and performance apparel. Interesting stuff.

Great vibe. Cool memorabilia up on the walls and fun music blasting through the restaurant. The service was good. A little slow for lunchtime. Luckily the food was delicious. I ordered the Southwest steak salad. Amazing portion size and every thing was yummy. Definitely would order it again.

As far as atmosphere goes awesome! As far as food goes traditional mid level. As far as service she was impeccable, such a nice sweet lady, really cared for her service and customers. Parking was at the park garage grrrr Prices were sooo goddamn expensive it was crazy 3 alcoholic drinks 6 meals and 2 apps. Ran me 435$

We just visited Universal in Florida and we like to visit the Hard Rock Cafe's around the world. My wife hasn't been to this one and she was impressed by the size. It is absolutely huge. We are big fans of movies and music so we like to peruse the artifacts from all the different musicians. Now the cool thing also is that they have a CBGB's room as well as a piece of the Berlin Wall, which is located to the right side of the restaurant. Don't miss it. It is a piece of history. The food is solid and we enjoyed the Nachos and some French Fries. The service was pretty good but they got swamped pretty quickly as we were some of their first customers of the day. Overall a positive experience. This is a great place for families with kids too specially if you want to show them a thing or two about music memorabilia.

Stopped in here during our VIP tour at Universal for a quick lunch at the bar. It was open seating and we were able to find a space (kids are allowed to sit at the bar for lunch with an adult too which was helpful since we had a limited time for lunch and didn't want to wait for a table). Hard Rock has great decor at all of their locations and love the music history on the walls to talk to the kids about. Always great music playing too! The bartenders were amazing and they were working as a team to get drinks and food out to us so we could get back on our tour. I had a burger and it was delicious and cooked perfectly! One of the kids had a burger too and loved it. The other had tenders and fries and said they were good. Will be stopping in here more often on our trips to City Walk and Universal!!

I've eaten at many Hard Rock Cafe's around the country. Stick I appreciate your excellent customer service. Our waitress stick delivered in so many ways and we really appreciate it. As a group of 7 all of us enjoyed our experience there. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant ask for stick if you want very high-quality service.

Came here for a large work function... the place was cramped and busy, granted it was filled with co-workers. But the facility doesn't seem built to handle crowds without everyone being on top of each other, even though they have a large auditorium. The service was decent. The wine and beer selection we were limited to was pretty bad though. The food was awful... it was a filet with a sauce on top and potatoes au gratin and veggies. It was all warm, far from hot. The potatoes were very bland and boring, so many of us commented on how bad they were and the veggies weren't very exciting. The filet was decent on the parts that had that sauce. Overall - I can't imagine how much this event cost, but not sure it was worth it.

My first visit to a Hard Rock Cafe and it was lovely. We just needed somewhere to rest our feet after a long few days at Universal Studios, and Hard Rock Cafe was perfect for that. Since the restaurant is large you won't feel like you're taking up space and wasting their time even if you only order a few drinks at the bar, and we never felt rushed to leave or settle the bill even though we were just sitting there chatting for a while. The service was great and someone from the bar came to check up on us every once in a while. One thing I was surprised about was that I could only really find one thing (the nachos) on the menu that I wanted to order. We did really want to order a couple more things as an early dinner. It's probably just a standard menu across all Hard Rocks but I just expected a bit more selection.

Huge music fan and love memorabilia? Hard Rock Cafe is the place for you with its rock theme, artist items, and rotating music videos around the place. The service from the front desk to the waiter was great and they had managers walking around checking in to make sure everything was going well (But they don't know who some of the artists are in the pictures). Our party got cocktails and beer which were delicious, then for an appetizer we had bruschetta which was some of the best bruschetta I have had. Then for the main course I got the Mesi collaboration burger. The burger was cooked to perfection and had some decently seasoned flavor, only real complaint is the cost being $20 but it is to be expected at a theme park restaurant.

I would leave less if I could. The wait was long ( expected). But once seated we waited 10 min for someone to come for drinks. I'll spare you the long story. Our ENTIRE visit was waiting. Again. I k ow it's expected because of the location but when we can see all other tables being serviced, it was a bit ridiculous. 10/10 do not recommend. Even the kids were upset.

We had so much fun eating at Hard Rock Cafe at Universal Studios. It was really busy but our servers were all so kind and the food was delicious. Loved looking at all the memorabilia and having the chance to get a family photo on the way in.

Hayley was the waitress and we were pleased with her service. It's the hard rock outside of universal studios so at 7 pm closing it's a mess but we were treated with respect waited our time got to sit and service was perfect! Really cool pink caddy spinning above the main bar. Great music with videos.

Expect very long waits even with opentable reservations. Expect long wait with the service. Expect long wait with the food. When the food arrives, expect no one to check on you. It was 60 minutes between arriving before we got our food - no appetizer, just 2 kids meals and 2 main courses. No special drinks - water, bottled beer and lemonade. So ensure to be prepared to ask for refills, drinks, napkins, etc all at once because no one will be back. Expect a long wait to pay and also, they may lose your credit card. It's so Terribke, it's almost comical. The kids loved their Mac and cheese and actually wanted to return the next day. My cold dish - salmon ramen is so salty, I actually gave my dish a water-bath. I was so hungry - I ate it. We were at universal to celebrate my son's birthday which was mentioned by the hostess. It took soooo long and the waitress did nothing. Not even even acknowledge my son. A manager came only to see if the credit card the waitress lost and they later found on the floor was ours for them to swipe it.

Our server Alex was amazing!! Food came out super quick and prices were great. Plenty of great memorabilia to look at!! 5 stars! Great vibes all around.

The food was actually pretty decent and well priced. The service was ok. Very nice to start off with, but wouldn't clear anything off the table. I ended up making a cup tower. There are a lot of things to look at and it is loud, but very big so you don't feel crowded. I wish the tvs still played music videos.

Loved this place! We ate here after a long day at Universal. Loved the food and the scenery. Our server was great and the food was excellent! We have some picky eaters on our group, and they were even impressed!

My girlfriend and I had dinner here a couple nights ago during our vacation. It was a busy night at CityWalk and they got us in within 15 minutes. When you head to your table, a photographer will snap a quick photo of your group (you can say no), and then you'll be seated. During your meal, someone will approach you with a packet of your photos to purchase for an additional $30 charge on top of your bill. I thought this was a unique touch. I haven't seen this at any other hard rocks that I've been to. Our server was great and the food came quick. We were in and out in about 30 minutes even with it being extremely busy. We both got burgers and they were great! Super flavorful and a huge portion. Honestly, the best place we ate at CityWalk during our stay at a Universal Resort. Many of the other options were lacking in either service or food quality, but Hard Rock knocked it out of the park! Thanks for a great meal.

The food here is great and if you like rock music, you'll love the ambiance. The service is also good considering the size of the place. The problem here is the upselling. As soon as you set foot inside, they ask to take a photo with a guitar from 2 different angle. Then, they give you a ticket from which you can order these photo. You're not even assigned a table yet but they are already trying to sell you merch. Once you are seated, sooner or later someone will come by with a bag containing the photos with accessories to hang it. You might not even have ordered your food yet and still trying to sell you merch. Too aggressive. For me, this is minus 2 stars right there. I though about removing 3 but it seems a bit harsh. Hard Rock, stop this practice. No need for the photo on arrival and trying to sell me these as a tourist trap, specially when I haven't asked for it to begin with. We really disliked the forced photo taking at the entrance that frozed us and nearly made us rethink our choice. I came here to dine, not get photo my photo taken and get merch on my face while trying to cool-down from my long day in the parks. Now for the food. We both tried the Pittsburgh burger part of a world wide burger event, so it might not be present on your visit since this event stop on September 2nd. The burger was really good. Although I though the fries inside the burger was a bit weird and would be better without it, it was still very good and enjoyable. One thing we did find weird is there was cheese for the fries but under the fries so we found out about it after eating about 80% of them. We were so full after that we didn't try the dessert although they do like good. They also now use a little tablette at the table where you can see the menu, play game but also that's where you pay the bill. I do love these things cause you don't have to wait for the waiter to get your bill, everything is done here. I would come back for the food, but the pressurized photo and merch selling is really throwing me off. Hard Rock if you're reading this, this experience would have yield you 5 stars if it wasn't for this. Get rid of it.

We were so fortunate to have the best server ever not only did Lauren K go above and beyond, but she went out of her way to make sure that our special order dietary needs were met. She kept checking on us. She made us feel very special and she made our night very special highly recommend. I think that mostly everybody who works that works very hard and food was done perfect and if I had a business, I would definitely want Lauren as an employee if you get her serving you, you're very fortunate.. we felt the need to call Mike the manager who was actually handling a situation and we waited for him to let him know what a wonderful experience we had on top of that of meeting Mike, who is so friendly and outgoing and so down to earth made it for the ending of a perfect night at the Hard Rock Café in Orlando thank you Lauren and thank you, Mike. You deserve recognition and appreciation.

The pretzel was great. A little greasy, but great. Decent burgers - nothing to necessarily write home about, but also no major complaints regarding the food. Pretty sure our waitress was intoxicated, so she was hard to find & it made our meal/experience pretty rough.

Over the past sixteen or so years we have eaten here a number of times. It is a good place if you want to get seated quickly and you are hot and hungry. My oldest loves their apple cobbler and even had me drive her back the following week (at another location) to get some since we did not have dessert that time. People are always nice, but I feel like the theming is tired and needs a refresh. It has been relatively the same since I was a teenager. We were shopping at the store last week and most of the merch has been the same for several years, I have shopped here (vacationed at Universal) over the last three years and the shirts have not changed. They are also very similar to other locations other than the location stated on the shirt. I would love to see a redo of the menu and the décor as well to keep things new and relevant to the next generation.

Our waiter was wonderful, however, the wait was not!!! We waited an hour for our food even though the wait time to get our table was reasonable for a Saturday night. We had 4 children in the party and they were clearly hungry!! Dealing with crying baby we continued to wait and witness an argument with someone in the kitchen and another waiter. Really not very impressed with that going on. We were told there was a new system to order and it was causing confusion and delay in delivering our meals. When finally our food arrived, it was good, not great. The chicken sandwich which was highly promoted fell short of being tender or tasty. The buns on all burgers were dried out from being under the heat lamp too long. The order of mac n cheese did not ever come, when I asked the waiter he said it was cold when he went to pick it up and reordered it but it never was made. Honestly, paying as much as we did, the experience and food did not match.

I've never been in a Hard Rock Cafe before, and I have to say I did enjoy my first experience. The vibes are immaculate. The service was great, despite the place being crowded. Our wait for a table was approx 5 minutes, our wait for our food was about an hour. The food was good. Definitely will go here again.

VERY busy place, but good food. Service could be a hit & miss at time, but I always base my tip depending on that though. Could also just worth visiting for the cool atmosphere of the restaurant, especially if you are a music fan!

Really good food everything we ordered was super tasty. Good portions service was always great. Everybody was super nice to us. Really happy with that. Love the bar scene. They had a lot of good drinks. Lotta good beers to choose from and obviously crazy good music playing looking at all the coolmemorabilia on the walls would definitely go back here again

Their food is surprisingly good. This may have been my families favorite dinner on our entire vacation in Orlando. I've been to a few Hard Rock Cafes and I'm never disappointed, they're doing something right. It's not just a tourist trap, this is a seriously good restaurant with a huge menu and flavorful foods. This location is the largest in the world, we didn't wait for more than 10-15 minutes and that was on a pretty busy weekend. Our server was very attentive and quick, he offered recommendations and checked on us through the night. But the main star of the show: our entrees. Don't overlook The Hard Rock!!

Firstly, this place looks so cool! The ambience both inside and out is top notch. I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately everything else fell flat. The service was disappointing unfortunately, the server was nice but she was not paying attention to our table enough throughout the night with us taking a while to get service and refills. Then once the food came out it was rather below average quality, with the fries not being fresh. Would not really be coming back here again honestly.
