Very clean - very nice staff. Didn't win anything and didn't get enough to play on for even an hour, but it was a cool place nonetheless. Resturants were really nice looking - definitely will be back to try to Japanese restaurant and the steak/seafood house! Awesome deal for new play card members - for up to $500 of $ you loose, they give back in free play in 2 week increments- $50 at a time. Good luck! Have fun!

Very clean place. Nice machines. They were all working. However, the customer service representative was trash. Not sure what her problem was but her attitude was disgusting and for a first time there made it unwelcoming. However. Bathrooms were clean and well kept. Parking was simple and not too packed.

Greedy I've been to many Hard Rock Casinos throughout the states. This is by far the worst. Went for my birthday and there happened to be a drawing every ½ hour or hour. The winner had 3 min to claim their prize. If not, instead of picking a new winner for $1000? they pushed it to the next drawing time. I only heard 1 name called in a 4hr sitting. On the final drawing for the end of the night, again no winner came forward. Now the money was pushed to the next week. All the patrons that came out and wasted all their hard earned $$$ on the tightest machines ever, had no chance of another name drawn. ALSO, ATM machine fees are $7.77. WTF $3 - $6 at others. Not this lucky 7 BS. Spent over $1k on various machines. It was my birthday and had family with the enjoy the moment. machines were sooo tight. from lowest bet to $6, $0.01 to $0.10 machines, nothing was paying out on a PACKED SATURDAY NIGHT. Don't go during a giveaway. These are were the casinos make a large portion of the earnings. The Cafe... Because it's a Unity Casino and I've been to them in other states like IN & FL, I have $15 food discount for my bday. Because their system wasn't up and running before the soft open and won't be for another month. They didn't honor my Bday $ discount on the Hard Rock Cafe. Even asked the manager. And had to get a different Unity card, because my Unity account wasn't honored there. WTF. All those points gone. Indiana HR casino is where it's at for a new opening experience. I was at least winning enough to have fun and enjoy the evening. Tampa is by far the best experience so far!

Fun place. Attended the NYE celebration and enjoyed the music and atmosphere! Really great to enjoy the venue even if you don’t gamble!

We are at the Steakhouse and Seafood place tonight. Very impressive on first looks. Our servers were super attentive. And the food was delicious! Just super overpriced...as most things are.

We ate at the cafe on Wednesday when we could get up to $20 off the order for 55 year and older. The wait was 45 mins, but well worth the wait. The prices for the meals are very reasonable even without the discount.

I visited the new venue on the site of the old Clock Tower Resort on opening weekend. We went to see Joan Jett and the Blackhearts and it was a great show. I played a slot machine for a bit and won a few bucks. There are a couple of bar areas and a sports book, as well as table gaming. There's several food options. My group hit the food court like area with pizza and tacos. You order via a kiosk, and everything was good.
