Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife

Ver mixed, and sadly a miss. Three generations including a toddler were all well looked after. The staff were incredibly helpful, starting at check in with Ingrid. There was plenty for the adults including classic Hard Rock touches with the memorabilia. Plenty for the toddler, with kid friendly playground and pools. The food (half board) was incredible with plenty to choose from. I spent a day in the Rock Spa, and while I enjoyed my treatment, the jacuzzi and outdoor pool could have been warmer. However the staff were incredible. The non spa pools were not warm either, but as it's December, not surprised. We had a gold level room on the 12th floor which had stunning views of the sea and the mountains. Now the bad bit which is why I won't be returning... I was expecting classic music and rock, in keeping with the Hard Rock theme. The music, especially by the pools was very loud, rave infused dance beats that appealed to nobody, which is the opposite of what I would expect from the Hard Rock. They have seemed to have lost their way in terms of music genres. A miss for all generations. It's also quite obnoxious with how they charge far too much for everything that isn't included in the half board. A plastic cup of beer, which isn't even a pint cost €9. We got into a disagreement with the dinner staff who tried to charge us €6 for a bottle of tap water. We had to escalate it to management that it is actually illegal to charge for tap water under a 2022 ammended Spanish law! They said it was policy and unsurprisingly, the hotel is now under new management who has hiked the prices. The hotel is stunning, the staff is awesome, but there is an undercurrent of greedy money grabbing going on. Sadly I won't be back, which is a shame. Having spent nearly £4k for a week's family holiday, it's bit rich to charge €9 for a cup of warm beer and try to chanrge for tap water.

Overall a very good experience. Beatriz at check in was super friendly and really nice and gave us a room with a nice view 🙏 There are 4 pools in total, all of which have music throughout the day. It is generally noteworthy that there is music everywhere (it's the theme of the hotel). Very little quiet places. Anita did a very good job as Trainer, either in the aqua or regular gym. She knows what she does! 👍 We only had breakfast. It was a lot variety, but for us tasted a bit bland. There are a lot of In-Hotel activities for children and adults alike 💪

5* Rock Royalty Family Holiday Just returned from our latest visit to HRHT and the 1st as a family of 3. What can i say, another amazing holiday made extra special by some of the amazing staff. I must emphasise that these staff are one of the main reasons we keep returning to this hotel ⬇️ Arantxa - 5* an absolute credit to the hotel. Dave & Antonio - 5* Rock Royalty Conrad - 5* Splash Poolside service, that bar would not run as smooth without him. Yasmina, Andrea, Roxy & Annabel- 5* The best breakfast team in the RR lounge. And Jasper loved the “egg lady” Aroha has improved the lobby service hugely over the last couple of years & Micky was always on hand to keep the table service on 👌🏼 Only negative I will say is that when you pay for Rock Royalty, the exclusive check in on the 13th floor was a big part of the extra amenities, a small desk in the main lobby area doesn’t cut it unfortunately, especially if you have more then 1 family wanting to check in at the same time. However, we’ve been holidaying there for years, got married there and now back with our new addition. We keep coming back so the hotel is still doing the right things. TIP: All Inclusive is still well worth it, check the package out on the app and follow the system, easy when you know how! Keep it up, see you soon Michael, Hannah & Baby Jasper

Amazing holiday here, can’t wait to come back! Such an amazing escape from the UK winter to the beautiful Tenerife sunshine. The staff at the hard rock hotel were completely wonderful, so attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, cocktails were lovely, and the all inclusive wine was decent with other options available for a charge. We stayed in rock royalty level 13, which was well worth the extra. We got to use the lounge on the 15th floor which was stunning at sunset, and nothing was too much trouble for the concierge team. The rooms were cleaned and tidied to perfection which was lovely to come back to.

Hotel pools are advertised as heated but they are really really cold and get quite alot of complaints between guests so thats abit of a let down. The rooms are lovely but was showing its age.. The breakfast is really good and our little one visited the kids club so we could attend an adults only event that was on. He loved it and kept wanting to go back instead of playing in the pools!! So a big thanks to Sire, Joaqui, Paola, Daphne and Vicky at Roxity for making him feel welcomed and wanting to come back. All the staff we dealt with during our 10 day stay made us feel very welcomed and were all chatty.

Daniel at Reception was amazing, nice and helpful. He upgraded us to a very nice room. Staff at the buffet could be a bit nicer. Room service often forgot a few things while doing the room but overall ok. Hotel it self is amazing, kids friendly and well situated if you dont want to be in the busy adeje part. Over all great expérience!

Absolutely amazing. We upgraded to a suite with a hot tub on our balcony. This really made the holiday The hotel itself was absolutely beatiful. But the suite we booked was beyond all expectations. Very large amd spacious. We spent so much time in the hot tub we didnt get to even try the indoor spa bath. Highly recommend.

What an amazing hotel from when we entered the hotel to leaving it has been amazing experience I would highly recommend this hotel the staff are so friendly and very professional I will be coming back

The best DJ was Yapsi Mata ... Appreciated that he included broader range of music than other DJs ...

Great staff. Great concierge. Knowledgeable staff. Pools, spa, restaurants all clean and good. VIP rock royalty is great! Views to die for. Ambiance , music... wonderful. Best part of this island. Beaches I am not impressed at all anywhere. Passed my time at this great hotel.
