Hardrock Hollywood player's club managers are the rudest ever. They locked my husband unity card for suspicious activity and wouldn't unlock 🔑 it.And boldly told him he can still play here but can't receive any offers. Where is Bo Guidry when you need him.

Attacked and robbed with my one year old in Hard Rock Milan! Continuously ignored by the Hard Rock team pushed aside email after email call after call iv contacted hard rock on every social media platform and live chat to be ignored and told tough luck after being attacked on their premises! Hard rock will not take any responsibility I have been passed from pillar to post the last 7 months. Hard Rock said there’s simply nothing they can do as they have no CCTV & untrained staff who refused to help or call the police! All of which who witnessed the attack on a child! Shame on Hard Rock! If a woman a child are attacked in the middle of the day in Ireland people help! Still waiting for a response Hard Rock!!

I've never had a better experience like this ever before at Hard Rock Cafe Nabq Bay, Egypt. I just wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Zizo (General Manager) and Ramy Hamden (Operation Manager). They went above and beyond. I enjoy playing poker at the hardrick casino.thats all I do but when you have a 100k tournament. Specially on Saturdays. Why do it in the small poker room Saturdays everyone is off and you get alternate seats that by the time you are called you don't want to play. So why not open the Auditorium that they do big poker tournaments just for a Saturday so like that people have time ti play I'm alternate 104 ok is my fault but didn't know it was going to be 2 hours later I was going to play .my stack was gone in the blinds other than that I love playing there

I can't even begin to start on this casino they humiliated for no good reason couldnt even show us no facts on what they were accusing my friend of . I don't kno what kind of security u guys are hiring but something got to give. We have rites were people just like them

Hard Rock Cancun - Do Not Stay There If I could give them a negative number, I would. I traveled on vacation to Cancun from August 2-6, 2017. I stayed at the Unico 2087 resort. The resort suggested that we visit the Hard Rock resort on Saturday August 5th so we could see their nightclub. When we arrived all eight ( 4 couples) of us were told that we had to give them our ID cards and that they would give them back to us when we left. Being in a foreign country we felt uncomfortable giving up our ID cards. We asked if they could just take photocopies of the ID cards. They forced us to give them the cards. There was another van containing ten people that left our resort at the same time. They were behind us in line. When they went to the counter they showed their IDs and were given back their ID cards. The difference was they were all white and we were all black. They couldn't explain why they treated us differently so we demanded our IDs back. They gave them back. I have never been so insulted and offended in my life. My travel agent wanted us to go over there to see if we like it so she could book us reservations at that resort. I will never stay at that racist hotel chain. I can't believe you guys are so blatant in your racism. I will definitely spread the word to all of my friends. All we wanted to do was have a nice date night. We are all Navy veterans who still serve our country as Civilians.

I've been here for a concert twice in the last two weeks. Both times, the crowd was uncontrollable. I have really bad anxiety, so I guess I'm at fault for buying general admission tickets and not balcony seating tickets. However, yesterday during my anxiety attack at The Weeknd's concert, the security was really no help. I had asked them to give me a more comfortable seat so I could enjoy the show, and they said they couldn't do anything about it. It wasn't until my ride was on their way to pick me up that they had offered to give me a handicap spot in the balcony seating. I was so devastated. I really don't like how they handle things at that place.

I'm VIP royalty member for this casino for long time, I have a reservation for today and I get up sick,fiber, looks like covid, I have to cancelled, the person in reservations and the manager with nameTim, push me to go sick there if not they going to change me a fee, omg, they don't care about the other people, this is contagious,what can a manager, don't care about the health from the customers,and let me tell you, I'm a high player, imagine what they do with the regular persons
