I am a VIP player I’m less than 1400pts from ICON status and I bet tens of thousands average per day.
I take my losses with pride but when tech asks for screenshot proof of app tech issues and I deliver and they gaslight me. I’m no longer using their app. It’s been 6 days since they said supervisor would call me. My VIP lady said she contacted customer service also and nothing so far.
I also had been asking my vip lady for a free cruise because all my friends who play as much get them offered; she stated hardrock doesn’t offer cruises, only unity does.
Then I ask about tickets for concert coming up and she offers me a 7 day cruise… nothing makes sense. Hypocritical hardrock.
This bet was active and I was in the lead and wanted cash out and they said there was no tech issues even tho game was halfway done and still said starting soon. They claim cash outs aren’t always option and I know better than their lies. The picture shows the glitch. I turned off app and phone to fix myself and couldn’t. Tech did nothing after me messaging them for 3hrs.
Overall, your screenshot proof is irrelevant. Customer service is not available. VIP service sucks. Nothing more to say.
