I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hard Rock Sports Bar, and I must say, my experience was elevated to new heights thanks to our incredible server, Catalina. From the moment we were seated, Catalina's warm and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. She greeted us with a bright smile and took the time to explain the menu, sharing her personal favorites and recommending some delightful dishes. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her enthusiasm for the food and drinks was contagious. Catalina’s attention to detail was evident in how she anticipated our needs without us having to ask. Our drinks were never empty, and she checked in just the right amount—ensuring we were enjoying our meal without being intrusive. The ambiance of the sports bar was lively, with plenty of screens showcasing the games, but Catalina’s service brought a personal touch that made our visit truly memorable. She took the time to chat with us about the games, adding to the fun atmosphere and making us feel like valued guests. Not only was the service exceptional, but Catalina also made sure that any special requests we had were met with a smile. Her positive attitude and genuine care for her customers are a rare find in the bustling restaurant scene. Overall, I cannot recommend Catalina at Hard Rock Sports Bar enough! If you’re looking for a fantastic dining experience with top-notch service, be sure to ask for her. Thank you, Catalina, for making our visit so enjoyable—I can’t wait to come back!

Aly and Yittsy are hands down the best bartenders at the sports bar! Not only are they amazing at what they do, but they’re also super cute and bring such a fun, positive energy to the place. They always make sure your drinks are perfect, and they have this way of making everyone feel welcome. Whether you’re here to watch the game or just hang out, they’ll make your night unforgettable! I won just because of them !!!

I recently visited the Hard Rock Sports bar with some friends and had an amazing experience. Samantha was our bartender, and she was exceptional when it comes to customer service, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor. I can't thank Samantha enough for making our first time at the Hard Rock incredible! The drinks were great, and the atmosphere was very lively. If you are looking for a fun way to spend your evening in Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood, this is the place to be. We will definitely be returning.

I had an incredible experience at the Hard Rock Sports Bar thanks to Angie, the manager. My betting ticket was accidently thrown away with my plate, and Angie went above and beyond by personally scouring through the trash to help me find it. Her kindness, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out.

Google
This place sucks. They will aggressively cut you off at the bar when you are not even intoxicated. We walked up perfectly fine and they told us they could not serve us because they had a bad vibe.. all the bouncers could not tell us why we were cut off. I will never go back here.

Yelp
This was not my first time at the Hard Rock Live. Two years ago I saw the Icon, Janet Jackson, on her Together Again tour along with Ludacris, and I enjoyed some laughs with Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias. Tonight I'm here to see the Queen of R&B/Hip Hop Soul, Mary J Blige on her The For My Fans Tour with Ne-Yo and Mario. I arrived at the Hard Rock before six o' clock and managed to find a decent park. Inside there was a bit of a wait as people steadily arrived. Man some of the females really came out and showed out in their flyest outfits. You know Mary J Blige is known for wearing thigh-high boots and they were in full effect. Unfortunately for me I didn't get that memo which was a good thing cause I was not looking forward to having aching feet. As soon as the doors opened, everyone got their e-tickets scanned then proceeded up the escalators to their assigned section, row, and seat. DJ Nasty 305 from 99 Jamz played a variety of tunes as people got seated. The show started with Mario singing his classic hits. He really sounds good live....no wonder he won second place on The Masked Singer. There was a break between each act, and during that break DJ Nasty 305 would entertain the audience with a brief mix of genres. Next was Ne-Yo and boy he was a solid entertainer. He came on stage with his dancers and performed hit song after hit song which was all my favorites. Mary J Blige made her grand entrance and had the audience on their feet singing to all her classic hits. The whole concert was amazing. I had such an enjoyable time.

Yelp
This venue was very nice and well kept, however be aware than when leaving, crowd control is difficult. Leaving the venue takes a long time due to security letting people out one floor at a time. Unfortunately, the stair and escalator layout of this venue isn't ideal for the number of seats available which leads to big crowds and difficulty leaving. Also be aware that parking can take a while (both when arriving and leaving) so give yourself a significant buffer of time. I would suggest arriving at least 45 minutes before any show. Food and drinks are incredibly expensive inside the venue. Please be aware that food options inside the venue are very limited and consists mostly of snacks. Overall, a good place to hear live music, logistically a bit of a challenge!

Yelp
Husband surprised me with tickets to see John Legend. Oh man! I was so STOKED!!! We had a lovely dinner at Bae Grill in Hard Rock and then walked over to the show. Super convenient. Although the hotel can get crazy with all the gamblers too. Lol. We get it though because we use to live in Vegas! Oh that gambling life! Know before you go. Hard Rock Live is a cashless venue. No cash accepted. Non-negotiable. The venue is located in the middle of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel next to Hard Rock Cafe and Hard Rock Sports Bar. Once you enter, there are several bar set ups located on each floor level. Expect the food and drinks to be pricey ya'll, because private events are pricey!!! Lol. John Legend was INCREDIBLE!!! He was even better than I expected. He came out on time and sat right down and started playing and singing. Then he would take breaks in between singing to tell stories of how music has brought him where he is today. He talked about his childhood, family, school, college, music career and we learned so many wonderful things about John Legend we never even knew before. Incoming fun facts. Did you know he was such a nerd that he would read encyclopedias and dictionaries from cover to cover? He was homeschooled by his mom until the age of 10. His grandmother died and his mom spiraled into depression and addiction. John went to public school and was way ahead of the game that he skipped two grades!!! He graduated high school at the age of 16. Went to college at University of Pennsylvania. Got a job as a management consultant. But along the way, he ALWAYS had music in his heart and dabbled in it at all times. He got his first big break when he met Lauryn Hill, he played the piano for her song Everything is Everything. He met and worked with so many amazing music artists along the way. John Legend originally collaborated with will.i.am from the Black Eyed Peas on the song "Ordinary People" but then decided he wanted to keep it for himself. It was his first hit on his first album Get Lifted. And the the rest is history! AMAZING FREAKING SHOW!!! It's also crazy to believe that all the songs he played was just him and his piano. If you ever get a chance to see John Legend live, DO IT!!!

Yelp
This live music venue in Broward County is part of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel in the Fort Lauderdale area. This venue hosts concerts, dance shows, comedy and other events. They have a 7000 person capacity with local and international talent. We were there for Dancing with the Stars. Sound system is good and two large screens for viewing. We enjoyed the show but it's not Broadway with the smaller more dazzling theater. I sat in the rear of orchestra and it was hard to see without viewing the screens. Going into this large theater was smooth but leaving the parking lot took over 30 minutes. The show was from 8-10pm. We walked around for about 30 minutes but it might be a good idea to stay longer in the casino to avoid traffic.

Yelp
Saw Kevin Hart tonight at Hard Rock Live. Tickets were $300.00 each for up front lower level. The show was great with three opening acts from a group of comedians that follow Kevin Hart who were funny interesting characters and call themselves the Plastic Cup Boys. Issue #1 They forced you to put your cell phones into a lock bag before entering the arena so you were unable to take video or pics of the show or answer emergency calls and texts. Issue #2 The lines for drinks and bathrooms were long. Issue #3 The show started one hour late.

Yelp
2nd time here in a suite, servers are amazing, drinks are great & the sound for a concert is great. Only thing they could improve on is the crowd after trying to filter out it's a bit of mayhem.

Alex B.

Yelp
After wondering what it was like all this time, I was finally able to catch a concert at this venue. For the most part, everything was great & there wasn't a single thing that made my visit bad. I sat on the 2nd balcony, a few rows up & had a great view of the stage. In fact, it didn't seem like there was a single bad seat in the house. With the way it's set up, the half dome-like layout makes it easy for you to see the stage from wherever you're seated. There's absolutely nothing hanging down, giving you a completely unobstructed view. The seats are also super comfortable & even have a cup holder which deserves extra points. The sound system is set up great; you can hear everything clearly & the speakers didn't cut out once the entire time. The lighting is also good & the screens were crystal clear. The biggest downside to this venue is the prices BY FAR. Whether you're talking about actual tickets or food/drinks, there's no way to deny it's expensive. I understand the food/drinks are going to be on par with most major stadiums but their tickets are ridiculous sometimes. With that said, there are tons of big artists who come here so it's a good way to see some legendary performances. At least you know you'll get a good view of the show wherever you sit! The staff was all pretty friendly. The bartender who made my drink was nice & thankfully she poured it with purpose. I'll absolutely come back here for some concerts in future.

Yelp
I was so excited to check this venue out ! I finally got a chance, saw Stephen Sanchez live performing . Such an amazing venue , you can't even tell how large it really is from the outside . We sat on the first suite, and such a great view. In the suite they provided us free drinks and popcorn . The bathrooms do get overcrowded so be prepared for lines . Parking was not super crazy , they had people guiding us where to park at the garage to prevent over crowding . I can't wait for my next concert . I truly loved the experience

Yelp
The casino and resort as a whole is very nice and aesthetically pleasing. Live is very nice and elegant. Gives you night at the opera type vibes.I actually never realized it existed nestled inside of Hard Rock. I went for the Kevin Hart show and had a great time! The entry process was a bit bumpy initially. My friend had her umbrella because it was raining, so they wanted her to discard it. Someone ended up letting her tuck it in a corner until after the show. You also had to put your phones into a locked bag until after the show but as much as it gave me anxiety, Lol I totally understood why. Others will enjoy the show more without seeing half of the content across the internet. The bartender was pleasant as was other staff we encountered once inside. And my drink was pretty good. I'd definitely return for other events here.

Tairyn A.

Yelp
I came to two events in a very short amount of time. Both experiences were different as far as where I was seated. For one event I had floor seats and the other I didn't. On the floor seat (Diana Ross) We were taken to our seats. Which were fold up chairs. On the second event (Walker Hayes) we were on the upper level. I actually enjoyed this experience more. Plus the bar was very close hahaha. It was quite organized too. It's always hard to find parking at the Hard Rock no matter when you go, especially on weekends. Also, the casino environment kind of ruins it for me. There are food places. The more affordable ones are always super full and service isn't fast or great. Then there are the expensive places which require reservations and at least $500. All in all is an OK experience. It is what it is type situation. It can be. Wry pleasant or very frustrating. Depends on the night

Austin B.

Yelp
Honestly a exceptional venue that I really do love coming to. Every seat here has a great view of the stage and the mixing of the sound has always been a hit when I'm here. I will say that the prices of tickets can be absolutely insane and they definitely drive away a handful of their customers due to the prices. I have gone to a couple concerts and for the nosebleed section sometimes the cheapest tickets have been over $100 before taxes and fees. Everyone that works here is always super friendly though and always making sure I know exactly where I'm going. They will even walk me to my seat instead of pointing to the section and telling me good luck basically. The entire venue is state of the art and I love how the seats, no matter where you are sitting have cup holders! That is definitely one of my favorite things about this place! Drink and food prices are little reasonable, with a single mixed drink being $14 and a double being 23 or a little more. I will say that the food is a little on the higher side with a grab and go sandwich being upwards of $17. I got it one time and I don't think I ever will again, it is very forgettable. Overall a nice venue and it is very easy to get into and leave at the end of the night without that much of a pile up from everyone else leaving as well. Definitely one of my favorite venues!

Eileen L.

Yelp
The venue admitted an intoxicated disruptive person. After finally removing the individual and her friends, the ushers interrupted me 4 more times during the show to speak to them about what happened. I told them I was happy to talk to them after the show. I wasn't going to miss any more of the concert and spent a lot of money on my seat. The concert was only 1 3/4 hours. The staff ruined my night more than the woman who was escorted out.

Lea D.

Yelp
I always love seeing a show in this venue. I saw Hassan Minaj before and then recently I saw Matt Rife. The staff is always really nice and efficient. The seats aren't terrible and I feel like everywhere is a decent view. The drinks/snacks are a bit overpriced (like any venue of this kind) but they are good and worth it, imo. I'd gladly see another show here.

Stacy J.

Yelp
Nadia in the concierge is super nice and helpful. All employees should be like that. Parking lot realy needs to be fixed, takes forever to get in. Too many lanes closed off. No reason to go around the entire 2nd floor when you won't find spots until 5th. Also way too much smoking.

Paola G.

Yelp
I got tickets for my husband & I to see Tom Segura this weekend. We had never been to a show at the Hard Rock Live & it was a very pleasant experience. Coming in was very organized, they scanned our tickets ( I saved mine ahead in apple waller & good thing I did service was iffy ) then they have several bars, snack bars & a Lounge. These are on every level. The actual venue is massive, very clean. The seats are okay fairly comfy. We couldn't use our phone during, but we could before which was a relief this does vary show to show in some I have heard they make you lock it in a baggie. For our pricing ( which also varies per show ) the seats were perfect. To have an idea we were seated in area 114. Exiting was a lot. So many people seemed to be gushing out. Also a heads up they close the bathrooms at exit so you gotta hold it. All in all not bad, looking forward to more shows.

Monica G.

Yelp
Great venue for shows. It's not huge so you actually fet to see the performer. Clean theatre and bathrooms throughout the venue. Drinks & food are pricey but it's what you'd expect when you go watch any show. The exit leads you right Into the casino.

Chris S.

Yelp
Went here to see Andrea Bocelli. Concert was great and the venue works, but biggest problem is it is MASSIVE. Make sure to budget extra time for parking and especially leaving after an event. Food and drinks inside the venue are predictably expensive, which is to be expected, but not too much variety. It felt odd to have what felt like movie theater food (hot dogs, etc.) as an option for purchase at such a nice event. I would recommend coming early enough to check out the rest of the casino and the restaurants available there--no shortage of choices out there!

Richard S.

Yelp
A truly magnificent venue seating 5,500 people. Great sound system, amenities and plenty of bathrooms. Comfortable sets with nice legroom. Saw Rod Stewart in concert.

Lucia P.

Yelp
I just came to my second concert at Hard Rock Live and it's honestly such a great venue! I definitely felt the different between a weekday show and a weekend show on the garage capacity and overall busyness. Parking is free in the garage which is awesome! With that said it's good to show up a good amount of time before a concert/event. You walk through the hotel into the hard rock live that's situated inside. The area is really nice and everyone is helpful in guiding you to your seat or with any questions you may have. Merch is all in the first floor, but you will have drink and food options on each floor. Most food is on the first story. As any venue of this size, the food and beverages are pricey but it helps that staff is kind. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Lots of stalls so even if there is a line you're not waiting too long. My favorite thing is the sound and seats. The layout of the venue is great, and the sound is so great! I've thoroughly enjoyed both concerts I attended. Exiting is also very orderly which at times can be chaotic especially with such high volume. I look forward to the next time I come by!

Kristynella C.

Yelp
Parking can be a hassle as the garage can get full easily since it is a hotel, casino and a theater. We came in 45 minutes before the show, and the parking garage was full. We ended up doing vallet for $40. Acoustics were really good, my ears were not bleeding afterwards. I could hear the artist clearly when she speaks.

Vero M.

Yelp
Love coming to the concert hall to see all of my favorite bands live. The service clerks are always helpful and the concert has great acoustic sound, lighting, seating, setup and display. This is about my fourth or fifth time this year. I have a been able to see Paramore, Godsmack, Staind, comedian Fluffy, and many more performers. The only downside to this venue would be that they don't really offer food. They do have a full bar but they do not have food and the shows sometimes can go for three or more hours. The only items they offer to eat are chips, candy bars, and popcorn. Nothing that would actually hold you over all night lol. Besides that they're great!

Gabriel Q.

Yelp
Enjoyed Sting's "My Songs" concert. Absolute perfection. Truly memorable... But... Two separate confrontations took place between guests seated behind us and guests to our left. Cursing. Shouting. Physical aggression. I defused one by speaking with the aggressor and calming things down for a moment. Shortly thereafter, as things heated up again, my wife and I left before the encores and advised the four "security" staff posted no more than 10 feet away. They had not noticed anything, nor did they respond to our report by, at least, checking on the situation. Great venue, unbelievable performance, but I cannot recommend any locale that does not take an active stance in addressing inappropriate and potentially violent situations. Sting sang "Englishman in New York;" we were "Guests in the Thunderdome." A spectacular show marred by an operational failure. The stars are for Sting only; would have been more, but missing encores and feeling unsafe definitely hurt. Hard Rock: it may be time to retrain "security" staff.

Sarah M.

Yelp
We came to see TOOL. We were greeted by Ebony and shown to our seats. She told us we would be having table service and someone out shortly as well as the do's and the don't requested by the establishment and the band. There was a small menu for snacks like popcorn, candy and sandwiches as well as beverages ti choose from. Felicity came out shortly after and took our drink order. Ebony and Felicity were both very attentive during the whole show. Best place to see a live show to date. Can't wait to go back.

Traci W.

Yelp
First time actually seeing a show at Hard Rock. I had heard the venue had no bad seats and I can say I agree. It seems the intimacy of the smaller size offered really great viewing from just about anywhere. The venue was clean and comfortable. Several bars scattered throughout. Service attendants inside the auditorium were so friendly too. The sound system was great. Look forward to seeing more shows hear.

Samuel F.

Yelp
This is a nice theater to see a concert or show in. I just recently visited to see Dave Chapelle perform and loved it. My phone was required to be locked away for this event so I was unable to take any pictures inside of the venue. Food and drink is available for purchase. The food is subpar, not worth getting. For a drink, I recommend the frozen margarita! This was delicious. This theater is located right inside of the casino so when youre done you walk right back out jnto the casino where it was waiting for you to begin gambling again. Seats are a little close together, only complaint.

CW W.

Yelp
We had a group see Bruno. He was fantastic, this is about the venue. We hated getting our phones put in locked small bags.? My roommates alarm was vibrating the entire night) We couldn't find our friends after for 30 min waiting to text?! Finally found them by the bathrooms out near the bar area. I had a sitter and that made me very uncomfortable and I went to the area Allow to unlock the stupid bags 2ce Just not our era people!!! It's too small anyways, we are going to Coral Spring BTT next concert in the fall!

Olivia L.

Yelp
As someone that works in the hospitality industry and was just trying to enjoy their night off I cannot believe the attitude. this woman gave me and my friend visiting from Michigan. I simply asked her if I could have a Tito's, and she yelled at me across the bar that she was too busy and that she needed a minute, after rolling her eyes and completely not acknowledging us then proceeds to flirt with some random guy definitely will not be back after this being our first time here don't work in the service industry. If you don't know how to be nice to people. By the way, I tip very well so you definitely would've made at least $100 off of our tab alone. What a joke.

Jeff S.

Yelp
Having just seen the Rock Gods known as Cheap Trick here, I have to say: the Hard Rock Live is truly a great place to see a show! The facility is top notch, with comfortable seating, exceptional acoustics and professional staff. The capacity is 7000 which a great size for a rock concert. It's not too big where you can't see the band and the sound suffers and it's not too small where the venue is standing room only and you're smushed in a sweaty mess of fans. It's simply perfect. Even if you opt for a seat in the balcony, the view and sound is fantastic. Music aside there are some other cool features about this place. You have easy access to the casino if you feel like gaming before or after the concert. Also there's a beautifully done indoor shopping center leading right up to the venue. They have a bunch of interesting stores to browse and there are quite a few food and drink choices as well. The parking situation at Hard Rock Live is also a big plus. Unlike many other concert venues, parking is both plentiful and free, making it easy for concertgoers to get in and out of the venue without any hassle or exorbitant fees. The only downside to this venue is the steep ticket prices for some of the big-name concerts. I recently saw Metallica tickets go for over $1000 for very unremarkable seats. Likewise, Guns 'n' Roses is charging the same for their upcoming show. Nonetheless, the Hard Rock Live is sensational. It is a top tier music venue that provides a convenient and comfortable option for music lovers looking to catch a live show. I definitely have to give it five stars. I can't wait to see another show here!

Devon S.

Yelp
I've been coming to events at Hard Rock Live for a few years. I appreciate that there is free parking and plenty of restaurants and a food court nearby if I want to grab a bite to eat before or after the show. Even for larger events, the line to get in usually moves pretty quickly. There are ushers around to assist with you getting to your seat. I've sat on the lower level and in the first balcony and all the seats have great views. My only complaint and it's a smaller one is that the concession lines always seem to move at a snails pace.

Dale F.

Yelp
Hard rock live always has some good concerts. This was a summer day series concert and it was a tribute band of Bon Jovi. They were a very good band. The concert hall is very large has very good sound system. The seats are comfortable and you can see from wherever you're sitting.

Cara D.

Yelp
Stayed for one night. Overall we were very dissatisfied for a $300+ a night "casino resort". No one seems to work at the hotel itself (only the casino) called down for utensils to eat food from the Hard Rock Cafe I'd ordered. The phones seem to intentionally not work, it would ring and then just silence. Called from my cell phone in hopes to finally reach someone, they had me on hold for 30 minutes and eventually the employee gave up because no one was answering in dining. Finally just decided to go search the hotel myself. Fine. ALL FOOD CLOSED AT 10 pm. They didn't even leave a single place open, not even pizza, which seems like a massive money loss for them. When asking where to find food we overheard someone being told...the Burger King down the street? There's not much surrounding the casino so make sure you bring your lunch to the slots! CASINO DRINKS ARE NOT FREE 9$ Heineken in a bottle...need I say more? Toilet clogged because there's little water pressure on the 10th floor, thankfully maintenance came surprisingly quickly to fix it, must happen a lot. Oh and the bathroom shower curtain that could have easily been washed, covered in MOLD!

Vero V.

Yelp
Service is really bad, employees don't really want to be there and you can tell. The drinks are amazing but they are expensive. The casino it self is nice, lots of machines and tables.

Chester C.

Yelp
I'm at the Stevie Nicks concert and it's 9p and concert has not started. To me if a venue states concert starts at a certain time then it should start at that time. I know this simple complaint won't matter to Hard Rock but it's my way of giving my opinion.

Chris A.

Yelp
Went here a few weeks ago to see Bert Kreischer, such a funny show and big venue, the hard rock hotel and casino was very nice as well

And L.

Yelp
I hate almost everything about this venue. First, they outbid every venue in town for acts that should be playing in arenas or stadiums and they jack up the price. You can go see the same artist in any other city for much less. The audiences are horrible. Its either rich people who aren't fans, gambling addicts that spend a lot of money in the casino and get comps and total douchebags. People talk loudly and sit down the whole show. Even for Metallica... my whole section was sitting. It's a boring venue for rock concerts. Sometimes, it's like a retirement home crowd for rock n roll shows and you can't stand up and if you get up to go to the bar or bathroom, all the people in your row get upset. It's the absolute most sterile concert venue in South Florida.

Brooke I.

Yelp
I wish i could give ZERO stars. Me & my friend, and another group got in line for a concert at 5am. 2 people before us at 2am. We lined up near the venue, then around 8-9am we were told by security to move to the water fountain until they get the ropes set up for the line. When told to go back to the entrance of the venue, a mother and her kids, a group of 5-7 people, cut the entire line. I confronted them about it and the mother claimed me to be "disrespectful" and "agitating" and was saying there was "no line" when there were 40 people at that point. Talked to multiple security guards and made a couples calls and they kept saying the was nothing they could do. "Stop being angry! Just love!" one of them said. Line cutters got to keep their spot and got everything they wanted including sincerity from security since she went Karen mode and made me out to be "harassing" her. If I talk to her again I was told I would be kicked out. This is extremely unfair. How can nothing be done... Is it that hard to tell someone to move??? Do better. Never coming here again. Worst concert venue experience I've ever had. I don't even write reviews and here I am writing one.
