Hardee's

Sat at the drive through speaker/microphone for 10 minutes and had to remind the worker that I was still there. Waited another 10 minutes after I ordered. Then realized I got the wrong order 10 miles down the road. It wasn't busy at all, just incompetent employees.

Im sorry, maybe its because im from WI but the service was very lacking. Pull up to the drive thru speaker and the guy roughly barks out order when your ready. It was the tone of how he said it though. Then pull up to window and waited for 5 min at least....I almost drove away. Is it that hard to open the window and say give us a minute or soemthing?? Instead of ignoring a customer for 5 minutes....then I get my food and it was totally not worth it...total regret. Customer service isnt that hard people and it wasnt busy at all.

Stopped by on my way through town. The monster burger combo was good as always the fries were hot and fresh. Will stop again.

This milkshake was absolute gas thanks to Colton S. Would recommend the chocolate milkshake every time you go, great service.

1st it's 7pm on a sun and the doors were locked, couldn't eat in, 2nd the drive thru person was very short with us as if we ruined her night, 3rd we didn't get all our food and hand to bang on the window to get them to come to the door we couldn't get in to tell them what we didn't get. The food was cold.

Food was good and hot. Great service!

Food is delicious. Chicken tenders are the best of fast food. But bill is always like a sit down restaurant. Need to be competitive with other fast food. Main reason I don't consistently go here

Walked into the restaurant to order take out and the counter person was surfing on his cellphone. Not a great start. Ordered two identical meals (mushroom burger, curley fries, drinks) and after we got back to our hotel, discovered the orders were wrong. Not worth the effort to drive back, and just ate what we had. The burgers were a decent temperature, but both orders of fries were not warm in the least. Unfortunate, because we don't have Hardee's where we live (used to) and we were looking forward to the meal. Not afraid to give it another try the next time we visit Devils Lake; can't go anywhere, but up!

Approximately 25 minute wait for our food. Room temperature as it was delivered, not hot at all. The workers showed no urgency to help the customers at all. The guy in front of us waited 30 minutes and left

We were passing through and decided to stop for a quick meal to go, it was anything but. There were two guys working up front who seemed like they were lost. There was one guy cooking all the orders, I guess he was doing his best considering the fourth person I saw walking around the back wasn't doing anything. As I watched order after order be served to people other than me I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Every single item of food was taken out of a cooler and microwaved. After about 20 minutes I was finally handed my order. Upon inspection we found that we were missing one item. Just an absolutely pathetic operation. I guess the place was clean but I can't congratulate them too much for that since that is the expectation. Never again.

On the road needed some breakfast and hubby chose Hardees...No cream for coffee? Seriously?!!

Sunday afternoon employees very rude and EXTREMELY SLOW!!!! Twenty minutes and still no food and only a few customers in the place!!! Hot ham and cheese was not even warm enough to melt the cheese, fries were not hot, onion rings overcooked and not hot either. Won't eat here again!!!

I don't know if this place is always like it was at lunch time today but I've never waited as long for "fast food" as I did here! When we came in the door and stepped up to the counter there was nobody else waiting to order but we were told they would be with us in a minute. Approximately 8 or 10 minutes later a lady took our order and we paid and sat down at a booth. Now the waiting really began! We waited over 20 minutes for the food to be brought out to us. Now don't get me wrong the food was exactly as I've come to expect from Hardee's, very good. However this long of a wait is unacceptable in my opinion. We will try some other place next time. Get your act together Hardee's!!

We had went to Hardess at 9:10 on Tuesday March, 10, 2015. I know that was the time because she was trying to refuse a bus saying they were closing. The funny part about that is they do not close until 10. There were 20 kids on that bus that had played basketball and Hardees was refusing to feed them. Luckily the coach told the kids to order and they did feed them but with horrible service. I was parked in the handicapped because I had my 72 year old mother with me and she has severe arthritis. She refused to let us go back out the door by the handicap parking and then turned around and while my mother's elbow was still on the door pulled the door out from under her arm to make sure it is shut fully. Today when I called to talk to the manager I found out she wasn't just a night manager she manages the entire store. I will never go back to the devils lake Hardee's and if that is the kind of people they employee I may never go back to any Hardee's!
