Hair in food I ordered two original bags both spicy chicken and there is hair on one of the sandwiches. Look close at picture. I literally got off work for a quick bite 9/20/25

Nice, new location. The staff in this location is always very friendly and pleasant to deal with. We always have very good luck here with breakfast items such as the loaded omelette biscuit. Their tater tots and other dishes are always hot and fresh. The lobby always seems clean along with the bathrooms and the rest of the facility. The parking lot is easy to get into and this is now a 24-hour location which is awesome. It's very close to Menards so we go here commonly for a treat when we are picking up materials for our projects.

If you have 0! Staff at this location maybe turn off your online ordering, I just placed an order with no knowledge of this locations situation and I can’t cancel my order through the app and they have vehicles blocking the drive through. I also saw 2 other cars follow behind me expecting to have a meal but were served with disappointment bc the general manager/store manager couldnt turn off online ordering and are actively wasting customers money.

23 minutes in a drive thru is absolutely ridiculous! Smallest Hardees "Big Roast Beef" that I've ever seen. Cold fries. There appeared to be a Manager outside spraying a 3' square piece of concrete while all of this was going on. Very disappointed that I didn't go to one of the many other restaurants within 3 blocks.

Jodi was very friendly, respectful, professional and quick, despite having a queue of drive-through customers. She genuinely provided service with a smile. Thank you so much!

Absolutely horrible! Don't know who they let die in their bathroom but damn was it the Most foul smell of my life! Men's and women's. My wife stepped in with our son started gagging and throwing up do to it. Don't recommend the food or drinks. Soda is just carbonation, coffee absolutely horrible, and let's not forget the sandwiches you couldn't even eat or grab without falling apart. Worst part is the workers looked me in my eyes and said they know they were falling apart and it happens all the time. Got a refund, left the food and drinks there and made me rush out of south Dakota due to it and get food over in wyoming. never again will I ever eat at a Hardee's anywhere ever again due to this experience

Have I only gone to the drive through but always fresh food and nice staff. Also pretty fast too!

Got two loaded omelets to go. The meat in the omelet tasted like old leftovers that should have been thrown out. Won't be back any time soon, if ever. It's the worst Hardee's I've ever been to as far as food quality. The Service was OK. I went thrught the driveup.

So at first I was selfishly upset that after like 6 bus loads ahead of me I couldn't get the 6$bags, but the apple pie and outstanding customer service and great food really made up for it all. Manager- could run an Army Platoon with her amazing skills , fast timely irderlyboace and keeping the show of every operation from the lobby to the drive through , to 6 buses full, all the truck drivers like me andy family, to regular citizensical and our of state, to keeping everything clean and fresh, and sanitized. It was like wow!! Tommie took our order and she was fast accurate and friendly, Kaleb was great and I dropped the list of names I wrote but on 81/10/2024 if you were working @710 pm every single of of you workers Rick and deserve a pay raise and or promotion. Your shift is the all-time #1 crew. We come here like every week to every other week sometimes 2x a week pending loads and day shift you are good but evening and night shift stole your show. From the cooks, to the front main counter, drive through, ECT the manager , you know trained them to be the absolute best , polite, and to do their job well done the first time around. The lobby is so clean and let me tell you amongst the huge crowd and all the orders the cleaning didn't stop either , not in the lobby or the back. Fantastic and it was all done simultaneously , team effort, team work!! By the way the triple monster cheeseburger, regular cheese burgers, and the hot ham and cheese me and my family agree every bite melts in your mouth. The fries were the freshest and oh so good!! The pie , well that has me ready for Thanksgiving like tomorrow. What a great experience and to think , I almost let myself get upset. God bless everyone and thank you for such amazing hospitality and service. 10 stars though it only goes up to 5.

There weren't too many choices out here so we settled for this fast food drive thru restaurant. My picky eater vegan daughter is a fan of their Impossible vegetarian burger so this what was for dinner tonight. The combo with fries was very good for this corporate giant.

If I could give negative stars I would! I've been in Rapid City for over a year for work. Hardee's breakfast has always been my go to when I travel because Hardee's as a whole has good biscuits and good gravy, and their eggs actually taste like eggs. I've ordered a breakfast platter over a dozen times, and I ask for cheese in my eggs. I don't see the problem with putting a slice of cheese in my eggs, you ask if I want cheese on my burger! And every time, the girl acts like I'm inconveniencing her for even asking!! And it is a platter!! They don't include ANY condiments, and NO other utensils other than a fork!!! Is Hardee's as a corporation doing so poorly that they don't have guidelines on their standards of condiments and utensils? Its those little extras that make a generic fast food, a good/better fast food establishment. I hope that someone from Corporate see this and addresses this, because your local competitors are far exceeding your store.

They are very slow and they gave us a wrong sandwich (we ordered chicken tenders instead received a chicken sandwich). Unfortunately, we were already driving away when we realized. And we were the only customers so that can't be a mix-up.

Waited 30 minutes to get our order wrong so tried calling them multiple times no answer went back to restaurant just to wait for another 15 minutes so said f it.... not going back anymore that's for sure

I downloaded yelp just to say GIVE JOJO A RAISE! She loves her job and made me feel like a valued customer, calling me by name, making food and drink suggestions, and keeping a positive attitude even at 2am. Food was cold but I didn't even care because Jo Jo made my night! Every business needs a JoJo!

The customer service is terrible. I sat at the drive through ordering station for almost 10 minutes with nobody taking my order. I ended up driving up to the pay window and was hit with a shocked and confused look when I explained how I was not helped so that is why I am ordering at the window. The lady took my order and I was shocked to see that after the 20 minute process of getting "fast food" that they had still gotten my order wrong. I am beyond frustrated and can't even take my food back because then I'd be stuck there for another 20 minutes. The staff is either short handed or very incompetent or a combo of the two. Bad experience.

Extremely slow on drive thru, had a half hour lunch and spent 20 minutes waiting on food. I had a car in front of me so I just backed out and left. Hope you have time to waste.

Waited 30 minutes for our food order was wrong we had to go inside took then Entire 30 minutes to get the food order was wrong again we just went to Texas Roadhouse

Absolutely wonderful service at this location! Drive thru late night, food was super fresh and chicken tenders where delicious!!! The guy working the front work his tail off, seemed like he was the only one there! He was super nice. Food took a little long, but chicken tenders where amazing! Well worth the wait! Amazing staff and super and impressed with this establishment!

We walked in and the original cashier left us at the desk! They went to the back and made someone else come over to take our order. Severely disappointed. Employee almost ran into my little cousin. The woman that came up to take our order was really nice and is appreciated. The blonde ponytailed kid is the one that walked away and the proceeded to talk to other employees about us and talking trash about our group because we weren't wearing masks. They went to the front and was talking to the cooks and the drive thru members about us as well. Then stood and watched the woman taking our order and kept his back to us. The name on our ticket was Austin B. He continued talking trash the entirety of our stay.

I give this place 2 stars and not one because the breakfast biscuits were actually good. Everything else sucked though. Bathroom was wrecked and the service took a long time. You could tell it would be bad because of the bead smell and the unhappy employees. Terrible dining room just use the drive-thru.

Having "enjoyed" our fast-food experience for almost an hour now, we've had time to reflect. Initially when we ordered, staff was friendly, although bordering on incompetence. My dad and husband were able to thoroughly bond with them since they each had to return to three times to get our whole order. Food was missing and incorrect multiple times, so by the time we got correct food it was cold & a milkshake half-melted. When a double western bacon cheeseburger came out as a single, they slapped a second pattie on top and called it a day. The MANAGER was rude and her failure to lead by example (basic manners and ability to run a food line) rippled down to the rest of the staff, who also lacked any form of customer service training, or desire. The entire dining room floor was DISGUSTING - sticky and food everywhere, which trails into the bathrooms, despite the "sanitary" practices in effect. Considering how low the standard is as far as fast food is concerned, coming into a Hardee's with a slight expectation and experiencing THAT warrants every bit of complaint.

Asked for ID on a 7$ purchase-- really? Worst breakfast burrito ever. It was terrible and cold! Made us feel sick afterward.
