Five stars to the food! We loved every protein we had. The sides we are also good (portioned in the smaller side), specially the beak beans! So good! Mashed potatoes were a little dry. The place: you can only eat outside, very hot. But in a way, it’s part of the experience. Prices are reasonable and there’s plenty of parking around. The wait time: yeah, long. But worth it

We stopped here on a whim after leaving the gas station next door. I love a good non pretentious meal. I first had to see who was in the kitchen and when I saw it was my play aunty I knew we were eating there. Ordered the family combo meal with fried chicken, smoked chicken quarter, mac n cheese, and collards with a piece of pound cake. Ms.Patricia (maybe the owner?) was so pleasant and seemed like she knew her way around the kitchen ! The food was fresh and delicious. We did not have to wait as it wasn’t a busy time. There’s no indoor seating but some tables outside. I don’t like smoked chicken typically and I don’t prefer thighs, YALL!!!!!!! I added some of that delicious BBQ sauce and was in hog heaven! You know someone who been making the greens and mac n cheese over 20 years. Really phenomenal spot. Don’t think twice!

We come here every year on our way to Florida because the food is so good! We ordered fried chicken and I was moist and crispy and seasoned so well! Their Mac n cheese was perfect! Fried okra, YEP!! And you have to get the hush puppies!!! Sooooo good! We’ll def be back!!

Pretty decent food. Had to wait about 30 minutes for food and they didn't go in order which was interesting. Mac and cheese and okra were very good. Pulled pork, tenders, chicken and brisket were good. No seating inside but a few tables outside.

Hit honey was absolutely tasty. Had that orange chicken vibe. Collard greens was really nice but no body can touch my aunt mayberry. And of course...red velvet....nice and fluffy moist.

Salute to the Queens..we enjoyedOur meals ...3 seperate visits throughoutour weekend..Southern Hospitality at it finest and Everything was indeed splendid!!!

Tender juicy amazing you have to stop here. I ordered two briskets sandwiches three legs meat only and a macaroni and cheese and French fries I travel all over the country and search up some good brisket this brisket was tender with a slight Smoky flavor untrimmed comes with a barbecue sauce Carolina style I tried the macaroni and cheese it's homemade and delicious I didn't try the chicken I got for my kids but it smells and looks good I give this place a five-star just alone for the brisket which is very difficult to get correct. Enjoy I know you will feel the same way I do.

So, I absolutely LOVE this place. They are so kind and courteous. The food is AMAZING, it is seasoned generously and i am obsessed. My dad, step mom, and I ate for the first time today and I had to hop on and give them 5 stars. It doesn't look like much but the FOOD is THE BEST!!!! The seating is under a patio outside, no indoor seating but the patio protects from the rain and there is an amazing breeze when you sit on the end closer to the gas station. Thanks to the breeze you do not smell the gas station and only smell their delicious food!
