A great place to go for dinner and a movie. The chairs recline and there are sliding table trays for food and drinks. They serve alcohol, soft drinks and light hot foods. Our group had wings, macaroni & cheese, quesadillas, chicken strips and several other items. The prices aren't bad for what you get, and it came to about $40 per person, including the movie, drinks and food. There are tables and chairs in the lobby to chill out while waiting for the shows. Seats are reserved. If you buy tickets at the door they are cheaper than online.

In general, this theatre provides a great experience. The seating is comfortable, the food is good, and the staff is usually friendly. However, we went to see a later movie (8pm) as that was the only evening showing of the film we wanted to see. We ordered our dinner before the movie started and asked the waitress if it was okay to order our popcorn and snacks a little while after the movie had started. She told us that was no problem and to just press the button and someone would come take our order. Around 8:40 we pressed the button to order refills on our sodas and popcorn. A different waitress came to our seat and when we asked for a refill and popcorn, we were told the kitchen closed at 8:30 and the only thing she could serve us was water. We explained that the other waitress had told us we could order these items later and her response was “I don’t know when you thought ‘later’ was, but our kitchen closes at 8:30 so you can only have water.” She even did air quotes when repeating “later” back to us, and with a heavy attitude. On top of this, I am seven months pregnant. While my chicken tenders were fine, I was REALLY looking forward to popcorn which I was denied. Two things that could have made it a better experience: the original waitress could have informed us that yes we could wait to order popcorn and snacks but to ensure it was before 8:30 as the kitchen closed then. Also, the waitress who told us the kitchen was closed could have been more emphatic about the situation, especially once she found out we were being given conflicting information. I understand that they may have a time of the night they can no longer make meals or desserts. However, we weren’t asking for either. We wanted soda and popcorn at a movie theatre, these seem like simple things the theatre can offer until the movies they are showing end. We will not be returning to any movies later than 6pm at this theatre as they clearly are not interested in offering the services you paid for if it is later than 8:30 at night. We could have gone to a normal theatre and this pregnant lady could have gotten her soda and popcorn.

I love coming here! The seats are comfortable, and the theatre is always clean. The drinks and food are tasty, and the service is great, especially Joey. He has taken care of us a few times and always has a positive attitude.

We have loved having the cinegrill here in Peoria ever since it opened. The theatre is clean, the food is really good and everyone is always friendly. Big shoutout to Joey who works there. We see him before our movie almost every time and we love chatting with him and getting his opinion of the movie before we see it and he always is quick with our orders!

We like enjoying dinner and a movie; this place is perfect for that. Just don’t think the food is great. The menu has a good selection of different kinds of food and I like the portion sizes too. They don’t offer any bags or containers to take home leftovers, we had to go to the bar out front for that. Other than that we like this location because it’s clean and convenient for the family.

First visit, and it was a great experience! I absolutely love the concept, truly dinner and a movie. I love that they take your order at your seat in the theater and bring everything to you. Prices were pretty reasonable. The popcorn came in a cute bowl, which was convenient for sharing. For the main course, I went with a chicken sandwich and Brussel sprouts. Both were good but not great. The Brussels were cooked well, but the sauce was too much. It was tasted like sweet chili sauce, and it just didn't go well with the Brussels. The chicken sandwich was decent, a bit overcooked, and not super flavorful. The breading on the chicken was good, though. I went to the movie with my Dad, and he got a burger with fries and said it was really good. The decor in the lobby is very modern and inviting. The full bar is awesome. While I didn't partake on this visit, I will definitely have a drink or two on my next visit. The seats are comfortable and comparable to other theaters.

What a beautiful place! There was one person who made us feel welcomed and explained the ordering process since it was our first time! I wish I knew her name but she provided great customer service!

Such a cool movie theater. You get to order food from your seat, even popcorn. You can use your popcorn rewards too. Definitely recommend going in 15 to 30 mins before so you can read the menu and order and easy with the lights on. I got the wings. They were huge! But felt like wings from the freezer section. I got the strawberry mocktail it wasn't good. Food is okay. Tried the chicken tenders. They were okay. Also tried the Mac and cheese. The kids meals come with fries and grapes. The donut holes were good. Wish it had white chocolate sauce.

No N.A beer options in 2025 - get with the times. Every domestic beer has an NA option; sucks to only have soda

Service - great service all around. Very efficient servers with good customer service. Food - ordered a salad with a child's grilled cheese thinking small portions. That was my lunch and dinner. Decent portions and tasty. It was so dark though I couldn't see what was left on the plates. Only drawback and I didn't want to bring the phone out. It's an experience that I would do seldomly as it is pricey and wouldn't want to see a movie without ordering something. They keep it very clean inside the theatre so I was impressed.

Kind of a mini dave and busters vibe. The games and the sports bar and bowling alley were present. The difference is the pit area with all the tables facing a giant TV and other TV sets. Didn't eat anything, but menu is nothing creative. Had a bud light for $5.64.

Walked in and asked some questions to the guy who takes tickets since I had never been there. He was very polite and nice and helped me out. When you first walk in you walk into a waiting are with lots of seating and a bar. Very nice! Walked in to the theater and found my seat. T a young lady came over and kind walked me through how to order things. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. And she explained if I need anything to hit the call button. My food came and the burger was amazing. There were no condiments on it just cheese onion and tomato. Condiments were not missed. The burger was seasoned so well and juicy. Fries were also very good. The seats do extend like a recliner. I could see after a meal of you are a little tired you could fall asleep lol. The chair was very comfortable. It felt totally weird to leave everything at the seat for someone else to clean up. I did not get any pictures of food because it came when it was dark and previews were going. Did not want to bother other people. I will be going back. So if I get a picture I'll ad it later. I did get a picture when I was alone in the theater.

Called to reschudule a movie, Mia was extremely kind, patient and helpful. Handled the proble within 2 minutes over phone. With no exaggeration, this was the quickest and best customer service phone call i've ever had. Ususally you have to wait 20 minutes on hold, or they have to get a ton of information. Mia was straight forward on what she needed and solved it with swiftness. Thank you Mia!

I love this theater. The staff is amazing and great customer service. I don't drink alcohol and the girls at the bar were super friendly and made me a mocktail. They do offer mock-tails on the menu but if there is something specific they can make it for you. The chairs are super comfortable and just the whole experience of watching a movie in comfortable seats and where you can order food is amazing. I highly recommend

Nice movie theatre with ample parking. No long lines at concessions. Large comfortable seating. Clean and cool theatre. Reasonable pricing esp for matinee. A very good experience and would def return!

Love this Theatre, clean, comfortable, great Food, Drinks and Customer Service. Seats are excellent and clean. Bar Area is super nice with TV's and a great selection of Craft Cocktails, Wine & Beer. Can't wait for it to cool off so we can take advantage of the outside patio area. One of our favorite hangouts in the West Valley.

We loved the food we ordered: hotdog and fries, grilled chicken sandwich with the roasted brussels sprouts, and chicken quesadillas and of course popcorn! The food was great, but we all felt that the popcorn was a bit too salty. The theater is very clean and new! The bathrooms were clean too. We loved our seats at the movies, but we would've like a slight under seats, lighting for when we're eating. Overall enjoyed this place. Oh and there is a full size bar!

Comfy seats, great service, and pretty legit food. We've been here a few times and once just did popcorn and drinks and the second time we had lunch. Lunch was better than I'd expect for a dine-in theater and popcorn is always fresh. Seats are very comfortable, too! Will definitely be back.

What's not to love about this place ?!? Harkins has always been my favorite theatre and Cine Grill is so fun! Kids chicken tenders is such a great deal for $8 and it's cooked fresh! Medium soda refill with my 2024 movie cup is just $3. Popcorn here is my favorite kind. Recommend coming 20-30 mins early to order all your favs and enjoy!

I pushed the button to order another drink about halfway through the movie. It took about 10 minutes for someone to show up and they never brought me the drink that I ordered.

Simply one of the best theatre's I've been to. Comfortable leather reclining seats. Clean as whistle while waitresses bring you what you ordered off the menu. It would be great one of these theaters would open in or near my hometown. The food options that are available are extensive. From pizza, sandwiches,appetizers not to mention the typical popcorn, soft drinks and candy. Did I mention the full bar where you can order a draft beer, glass of wine or a cocktail ? This is not your grand parent's movie theater that's for sure.

Our family loves this movie theater! Definitely our favorite out of the one in arrowhead and AMC. The food is always on point so far everything on the menu has been really good except the carne asada nachos. It's the only thing that didn't taste good. We always order the big bowl of popcorn and order a few small bowls to share. The chicken tenders and brussel sprouts is my personal favorite. The recliners are very comfortable and service is always great!

Came here for my birthday to see Alien. The theater and atmosphere is really nice. Wings I probably wouldn't order again. Nachos were pretty good. But the Pineapple drink they have with tajin and chamoy? Absolute perfection!

Other than a $12 half short glass White Russian and an extra charge for popcorn even with my popcorn rewards, it was a good experience. The hummus and quesadilla were good, as was the popcorn and all our drinks.

This place is already very busy and hard to find a reservation. The smell of new building (awsome). The staff are friendly and very polite I felt like in a real theatre from the 1950's. They have plenty of food options and they are really good. We got the pepperoni pizza and though it was a little grease it was delicious. We split it between two people because we also got drinks and popcorn. OMG! The huge bowl of popcorn so good. We couldn't finish it but they do give you a to go bag in you need. Sadly the popcorn was chewy the next day unlike the ones sold at a usual Harkins ( the ones in a bag to keep them fresh). Unless they changed the recipe I'm not sure. I liked this and I hope I can make another reservation soon.

The interior is beautiful! The seats were comfy and had space to cuddle with my boyfriend. The food was alright, but I expected more from the place. They messed up on my drink (spiked lemonade) they didn't put alcohol, so they brought a different one (could barely paste the liquor added). Overall, we enjoyed our movie.

I absolutely enjoyed this experience! I have not previously been to a movie dining experience & this was a great first time! The theater is very clean and seats are pretty large with good-sized tables on a swivel to help with accessibility and comfort. Each chair has a call button to call the wait staff to ensure you are well tended to even throughout movies. Prior to the movie showing, wait staff is constantly roaming the aisles to explain the process & take orders. Food is fairly priced for a movie theater & portions are pretty big! Everything came out pretty fast as well! I even ordered dessert mix-movie because I couldn't resist! There was a mix up, however, with our popcorn perk due to a miscommunication so please be sure you give the waiter/waitress your harkins # if requesting to use the popcorn perk. Overall, I loved this experience & will definitely be coming back!

We have gone back multiple times since the opening. We have found consistent service, which is impeccable. The food continues to be surprisingly good for a movie theatre. I honestly find myself wanting to door dash the food without even going to the movies! Which I actually believe you CAN do! The AC is nice and cool so bring a small blanket. Seats are comfy and prices are in line with other normal theatre prices even though you get much more with this experience. Kids love the chicken strips and Mac n cheese, I love the Caesar salad with light dressing, and the steak nachos are a big hit! For dessert you must try the s'mores brownie! It was so good I made my own version at home. Check out this theatre you can't go wrong!

Great staff and food selections! Too bad the folks from "other" neighborhoods like Glendale or S. Peoria have to come here to ruin the vibe sometimes. There are plenty of theatres in their part of town. This theatre is clean, beautiful and modern. Sometimes the speakers aren't loud enough but they'll fix it once mentioned if movie is too quiet.

This is my favorite movie theater in AZ. Really clean, easy to order, great food service. Love the lobby when you walk in too. Food comes quickly and service is quick and attentive, even during the movie. I will definitely be back!

The WiFi that is offered is compromised as we got fresh spam on our phone messages. That's just the start. Cinegrill no longer does physical menus so they are forcing everyone to use their WiFi. There is no place to leave a note to personalize anything like say "light ice" or "heavy lemonade" for an Arnold Palmer. I told my wife I'm ok with not going to the movies here or not buying anything. Maybe just some free water I guess. We usually spend between 45-60 dollars each visit. That ends today. We usually come twice a week. That is also ending today. Harkins management has taken a great theatre and made it fubar.

Had an exceptionally poor experience with Harkins Cinegrill. Staff blundered the food order and after we reminded them we were still waiting after 40 mins - they bring the food twice and act annoyed with us for bringing this to their attention. They also ran the charges twice and upon me calling to question this, could not find the transactions in their system despite me giving them all the information. Guest services didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. On the whole, poorly trained staff seems to be the issue here - but when you market yourself as a lux cinema experience service is 95% of the experience. AMC just found a new customer.

Nicely done and I hear the food is pretty good however we only ordered popcorn. Order in advance or you will be ordering in the dark if you don't go early. I'm still not sure how I will like it though. I've been to the theater in Scottsdale Quarter and it wasn't fun to smell all the food and have servers step in front of the on going movie. I didn't notice it as much here though, so perhaps the seats were placed and designed with that in mind.

YES! This place is perfect. Beautiful new theatre, full bar and a REAL menu- like food you would expect at a mid priced dine in restaurant. It's so frustrating to go to other theaters and only have fried and microwaved food. This food is delicious. They have burgers and sandwiches and light eats like veggies and hummus and cheese plates. Everything is served to your seat and in reusable classy plates/bowls/silverware. I thought that having service at the seats would be loud and distracting during the movie but it wasn't- the staff makes every effort to duck down and whisper as to not disturb the experience. The seats are fantastic - every two seats can have the armrest lifted to create a comfy love seat. They fully recline and have a large tray for eating that swings out of the way when not in use. The bathrooms are clean and huge- never a line. This is our new go-to theatre.

Overall nice place for a slightly different theater experience. The lobby certainly feels more upscale that regular movie theaters, which is nice! The movie posters are digital along the walls which was a cool change as well. The service is good, it helps to have a button on the seats to call someone over for napkins or anything else to order after the first order is placed. Have been here a few times now and the staff have all been friendly, and last time they even asked if the kids were doing kids meals for their food as we ordered drinks - all because it would save money on the drink. That's great looking out for the customer if you ask me! The food expectation for a theater is automatically lowered, I'll say that out of the gate. The food has been okay in my opinion and certainly a nice option to enjoy a better meal than the typical reheated frozen food of other theaters. What I have really liked is that the popcorn every time is fresh and warm! Not sure if it's made to order or they have better timing, but the bowls of popcorn have always been great! No small kernels at the end or cold popcorn that's been sitting out for a while. Check it out and enjoy the movies, with nicer food options and in nice comfortable chairs next time!

Wanted to update my review. We go to this Harkins all the time. The service and food are great. I think they initially went through some minor growing pains in the beginning. But now it is one of our favorite places to watch a movie.

Saw the Haunted Mansion at the new theater. Chairs were comfortable and it's nice not having any big heads in front of you. Nice big aisle way. Food was great! Customer service was top notch! Missing one star because I ordered a coke and they never brought it. We had to go get it because I was choking on popcorn kernels. Lol Of course with anything else it's a tad bit pricey. Food comes on regular plates and bowls for popcorn. You can ask for to go boxes so you don't have to leave your expensive popcorn. Lol I will definitely be back! Everyone was so nice.

Today, Hubby and I went to check out the brand new Cine grill by Harkins. We really enjoyed our self. We went two days in a row. When you arrive at the front, there's beautiful cooling misters and a place for seating if you want to eat outside because they have fresh food to order. It has a full bar as well when you walk in with little cocktail tables that you can sit at even if you're not going to a movie. The wall art is really nice. It has famous actors and reflects diversity. The staff are very attentive and each one we passed was sure to greeted us. This reflects training and great customer service. The location was clean and new and course. The first day we had sodas, candy, and popcorn. The next day we got cocktails, chicken fingers, macaroni and cheese, french fries carnesada nachos and popcorn all were delicious. Note: You don't need your Harkins cups because they won't use those. They bring you their own cups and popcorn bowls. The popcorn holders are really cool as it sits in the middle of your seat and is designed to do so. You may feel nervous upfront using the popcorn holder in between your seat, but it does work and doesn't fall. The seat reclines and you have a QR code in it to see the menu with your phone so you can order. There is also a call button for you to call your server if you need anything. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and can't wait to go back!

My husband has wanted to go here for a little while now. & finally, we did. It's nice for a date night, as you can see a movie and have drinks and food for around $100!!! Not bad! The drinks were banging and my husband enjoyed his pizza!! Service was great as well.

It's overpriced (as movies are), but the pizza was tasty . The seats were super comfortable and the speakers were high quality. 9 money out of 10 popcorn.

Surprisingly large theater. I imagined the theater would be small because dinner and a movie at the same place is a niche. But it was full size. I had a cheeseburger and fries and my meal was just as good as it would have been at a full service restaurant. We watched Furiosa and the sound/screen was also just as good as a normal Harkins theater. Will visit again.

Exceeds 5 Stars... A movie theater that gets dining right! Harkins Lake Pleasant Cinegrill is seriously a game-changer. The comfy reclining seats come with perfect swivel tables, and the food menu goes way beyond your typical theater snacks. They offer a full menu with burgers, pizzas, fresh salads, plus a great selection of drinks including craft beers. The service is very quiet during the movie, but super attentive. Just push a button when you need something, and they appear like magic. Picture and sound quality are top-notch too.

We had Jacob as our sever for the materialist movie and he was AWESOME!!! You guys are lucky to have him!

Check-in was easy. Good food and selection. Loved having food and drinks delivered to our seats Only glitch was that I had a coupon for free popcorn. Didn't notice until we got home and I looked at the bill.

Great theatre with quality service. This is a theatre where you order food from your seat and it did not disappoint. We went to see a new release as a date night and decided to do the whole experience. We both ordered dinner and a drink once we got there and the food was delivered pretty quick. The servers did not take away from the movie at all. I was afraid of that. The ordering of a meal or popcorn, as they don't have a concession stand, did end up requiring a tip, but to have it delivered was worth it. And those servers did an amazing job. My husband opted for a beer and the cinema burger and I opted for a cider beer and the jumbo quesadillas. Both were good and we would consider coming again. I am excited that the seats do still recline and the theatre is so much closer to where we live. I see this becoming our go to theatre once our AMC membership runs out. This is great for a date night.

Great location that started out serving OUTSTANDING chicken fingers! Huge and juicy, great quality. Harkins changed food vendors. Carne Asada and Chicken is different than the first few months they were open. Why? Salad was soggy too. Popcorn is good, staff is very helpful and professional.

Came to the cine grill had a great server named Garret who helped me, but I don't rate the movie very much because it was really quiet and not a whole Lotta dialogue. The movie was the quiet Place. I would not recommend seeing it if you're looking for a movie with dialogue. The water was good but they gave me sparking water the first time (not garrets fault) . 5 star for cine grill and garret. 3 star for the quiet movie.

Love this location. Drinks are great, food is great, service is great. I thought the food and drink service would be a distraction during the movie, but it wasn't. I will be going to the movies more often.
