Some of my favorite local baristas recommended Harlem Coffee Co. to me this week. It's located inside a Sauvage Wine Bar. I'm usually a macchiato drinker, but I went for the Louis, a special with a bourbon reduction. I had it over ice, and it had a hint of sweetness without overpowering the espresso. My wife had a strawberry espresso tonic seasonal, which was also excellent.
I also had a peanut butter-oatmeal-chocolate chip cookie which was as good as it sounds.
Parking is a bit tricky, but Harlem Coffee is worth the effort.
