My first time in Harlem. My first time at the Underground. It was Everything I'd imagined but better! The shirts, the sweats the customer service..YAZZZZZZZ..I had to make myself stop shopping. It will definitely will be a part of my gift giving for those well deserved loved ones. Can't wait to go back as well.

Bought a black Wonder Woman shirt there! I live in RI and continusoly get complaints on it. People love your work I recommend everyone and anyone to go here. Also please open up more stores!! Can't wait to go back for more

I had a hoodie and t shirt made and i love them both. The shirts came out better than I expected. I will continue to patronize this business. They have a wide varierty of tshirts and hoodies that have afrikan and caribbean inspired designs.

I love this store, i have to stop myself cause i love everything they have and could spend all of bread in there. The service is great too, very friendly and a real good spirit, make you feel welcome. Don't no anyone's name that work there, but and again thank you so much!

I had been stopping by the store on Fredrick Douglas Boulevard for a few months (because it is by my sons school) and had been repeatedly told that, "Boys hoodies will be in in about 2 weeks." I finally went to the store on 125th st because I wanted to get my son and my nephew a hoodie for Christmas. I was informed that there were none at this store either (although the guy at the other store told me there were). The lady sugessted that I purchase a plain hoodie elsewhere and bring it back for them to place their mark and customize it. So I came back with the hoodies and was quoted a fee that I felt was a little high considering I had to go but the hoodies elsewhere, but I agreed to follow through with the original plan. The hoodies turned out great. The boys liked them. The stitching on my nephew's hoodie began to unravel after 2-3 days of wear (no rough playing involved). I brought it back to have them restitch it and they did without any hassel. My son's stitiching began to unravel after one wash. I took it back to the store to have it restitched. I was told that the hoodie would be ready in one day. I went to the store to pick it up four days later and it still was not ready. I asked the guys if they could deliver it because it is very hard for me to stop what I am doing to come there to try to pick it up. That was my eighth (8th) time coming up to that store in total). Both young men in the store confirmed that they could deliver it. I was told that it would be ready the coming tuesday and when I called on wednesday, it still was not ready. They said that the owner would call me back later. I didn't ask to speak to the owner, but I didn't mind speaking with her. That never happened, but I understand because I don't have much time to return phone calls either. Just called to see if the hoodie was finished and if one of the young men could bring the hoodie by like they said that they would, and the owner emphasized that this just was not going to happen, although she did state that it "was slow" today. Based on the tone that I received, it was clear that I had become "worrisome." Maybe because I have been there 8 times and called 2 times overall for these hoodies but , believe me, I have better things to do with my time. I guess I will be making my 9th trip to this one store to retrieve my son's property. I am not mad that the stitching in both jackets unraveled almost as soon as I had them done. Just disappointed with the tone that I just received and my time spent and wasted having to go back and forth to the store and having to prepare a package to send my nephew's hoodie out of state.

Great Urban Store Just Need More Big Men Sizes 3XL & 4XL and My Man Walter at The 125th st . Store , He Hooks me up Every Time.

A little pricey which seems to fit the changing neighborhood. But awesome T-shirt’s! Recommend a visit if your in the neighborhood.
