Hands down, one of the best butchers in the area.
I’ve had the pleasure of coming here a few times, amazing meat cuts and the best roast chicken ever.
I’ve also dined there a couple of times and have recommended it to friends.
They used to serve the best Basque cheesecake ever, but tonight’s was a bit disappointing.
The texture felt like a thick, rubbery omelette. It’s usually smooth, creamy, and actually tastes like chees, but not tonight.
I really hope they haven’t changed the recipe, if they have, they should definitely rethink it, because the quality didn’t match the usual standard.
