Harmon Retail Corner

This review is for the store Roots LV in the Harmon Corner mall. They conveniently don't have their own website or social media page (not that I could find after half an hour of searching online, at least). This is NOT a THC dispensary. It's very deceptive. The packaging does not list the THC content and there are no signs that state that its products don't have THC, so I was naive and trusting. The salesperson, Esteban, was very nice and helpful. However, after learning that we're tourists from a state where THC is legal and that I consume THC regularly, he failed to tell me that these products are not going to give us the high we are looking for as experienced marijuana users. We spent $310 including a generous tip. When we opened the packaging, we noticed the very VERY tiny print that states that each product (except the gummies) has less than 1% THC. VERY disappointed. I hope the Harmon Corner encourages this store to at least display a sign that discloses that it is not a THC dispensary. Go to The Plug on the bottom floor of the Harmon Corner instead.

20 something dollars for a 2 dollar meal and they managed to overcook my eggs. They offered to make me new eggs after I was done eating my sandwich. Long wait to get in and even longer wait to bring out your food and chances are the order is going to be wrong. Would not recommend it.

Lots of selections of stores, with stuff way cheaper than the nearby hotels. Water here was about $2.50, compared to $6.50 at Paris. Kind of annoying as a few guys to just walk aroind, at times there are too many show girls. We got asked six times in about three minutes to do pictures. Though if you want to find show girls, this seems to be the place. There are cheaper drinks, and cheap restaurants here as well.

Came here for Taco Bell Cantina and Rainforest Cafe, and loved the two of those, the rest of the shops were okay, but the constant scent of marijuana outside kinda sucked, but the rest was good,but if you are nearby or plan on passing by, I'd recommend stopping at the Taco Bell Cantina.

Visited the Walgreens to get some snacks. Things are so over priced here which I expected but dang it was on another level. Definitely bring your own snacks and anything you might need while here in Vegas.

It's a Walgreen. It was clean, staff was helpful. Of course they are attentive to discourage shoplifting. Unfortunately, the 1.5 blocks I walked to get there was infested with the usual Vegas street crowd. The walks were dirty and the air stinky and stale.

This place is awesome. I highly recommend visiting. We got to make a custom chocolate bar.

Donna was our waitress, and she didn't miss a beat. Her smile is everything. We are here celebrating my grandson 10th birthday, and she made everything extra, extra special for him. We most definitely will be back

Came for my friends birthday dinner & the food came out hot & fresh within 20 minutes. Our server China was great; good service and a pretty face. She made my experience so fun and even waited to poor my drink until I came back from the bathroom. She had great recommendations on the food & drinks & did NOT disappoint. 10/10 recommend

We came here as my friend is over. Tried one of the drinks. I will say they use a lot of ice so maybe ask for less ice or minimal ice. The smoking drinks are a lot for one person we share between three people. You have to be careful sometimes when you're drinking through the straw, the smoke comes in as well and Caused us to cough not a big deal. Just wanted to let someone be aware. There was a private event so we couldn't sit at the bar. There were a few seating options in the restaurant say about eight tables. There was seating upstairs as well, but we did not venture up there

I preferred their last location. This one is hard to get to and in a busy area, maybe that's what they were going for but it was empty when I walked in. Could be because it is also hot inside. Seems like they still have an A/C issue. Cute restaurant. It's been about 7 years since my last visit and they're still obsessed with the Kardashians. It's old azz footage of them playing non-stop. Let it go. Anyway, the food is mid. No matter the state. This time I ordered cheeseburger fries and the beef was chopped up so fine like for taco and flavorless. It probably would have been better if they left the beef as chunks. I give the fries 3 out of 5. I ordered a house salad. My lettuce was welted. Service was good and our waiter was friendly. They are known for drinks. Their drink menu is triple times bigger than their food menu. I ordered the margarita flight and it was delicious. That was the highlight of the trip. Besides the food, another issue for me was that mandatory 20% service fee on every bill then asked to be tipped. My bill went from $77 to $98. I think I would return for drinks only.

I wrote to corporate on Thursday but never heard back. I was trying to deal with corporate on this and not blast this place on YELP, but when push comes to shove, you do what you have to. In my opinion the service, lack of cleanliness, lack of a/c and overall rudeness of everyone in this place ruined my daughter's 26th and husband's 49th birthday. Here was my letter to Sugar Factory Corporate: To whom it may concern: If you are wondering why your 3 level restaurant is empty on a Thursday night in Las Vegas, I would like to tell you my experience on 9/12/24. I made a reservation for my Husband's 49th and my Daughter's 26th Birthdays. On my reservation through Open Table, I clearly stated there would be 5 of us, and asked for your best table. Upon arrival, the host walked us to the 1st table as you enter the restaurant. This small, nasty, hot (lack of a/c) table against the wall behind the host stand. I asked the host, if we could have a better table and she rudely responded, "This is all we have, our other floors aren't open". So 5 of us were cramped in a hot assed corner. Already, I felt misled as all your photos of the inside of this restaurant are bright, colorful and well decorated. There was none of that. We were handed dirty menus then sat at our table for 5-7 minutes before a male brought us water, without any greeting. We sat there with our waters at the table for at least another 7-8 minutes before the waitress walked up, did not greet us or introduce herself, and said "Do you know what you'd like to order".... Shocked! I then noticed, she took our order and went behind the bar (our waitress was also the bartender for the restaurant). FYI, though it was stated on reservation we were there for birthdays, the waiter was clueless. I would like to point out that I watched the manager of this location, (Asian male, mid 30's), pick his nose at the bar and persistently walk around the main floor with his hands in his pockets! I've been in the restaurant business my whole life, I've never seen such unsanitary procedure as well as a manager who paced the floor with his hands in his pockets while it's apparent they were understaffed! My daughter & husband ordered cocktails, we watched them sit on the bar for at least 5 minutes prepared (mind you, bartender still walking by them, other wait staff) just being ignored (our waitress was still making drinks behind the bar). I actually walked to the bar and asked if those were our drinks melting on the bar, of which they were. Overall the food was MID and I only had to approach the bar to get our waters filled, but to also order birthday desserts!!! Ridiculous! This was because our waitress was too busy making drinks to wait on us! Yet your restaurant has a mandatory 20% tip?!?! We also had to approach the bar to ask that our dirty plates be taken away before desserts arrived and for to go containers. THIS PLACE HAS THE AUDACITY TO MAKE THE 20% TIP STANDARD... I PAID $60 FOR SHIT SERVICE AND TO BE IGNORED ALL NIGHT. WHAT A JOKE! I made it clear to the host, the service was horrendous at the restaurant and she not once sent the manager over. THE MANAGER KNEW WE WERE DISPLEASED AND DID NOTHING TO SMOOTH IT OVER! Nothing was comped, even though it was obvious, we were disgusted with the service. I figured rather than ruin my husband and daughter's birthdays, and create a stink, I would bring this to the attention of your corporation. My bill was over $346 and to be honest with you, I would have NEVER tipped 20% ($54 for horrible service!!!?). In my opinion my family's birthday was ruined by a horrible table, bad service ... truly lackluster and disappointing. A FULL REFUND is not at all out of line to ask for. I figured I would share my experience with you respectfully rather than add to the bad reviews your restaurant location already has. I DO NOT WANT A GIFT CARD FOR ANOTHER VISIT BECAUSE I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. I WANT A FULL REFUND. I hope you take notice and fix things at this location. I spent years as a secret shopper in the culinary realm and this restaurant would have without a doubt gotten an F. Hopefully you'll highly consider this criticism. PS. The decoration at this location is very candy vibe. The drinks and desserts are what this is about. The food not so much. The colorful sliders had a doughy taste and the fries very salty. We also got the sampler but it was also bla. Very bar food. Service was soso not good not bad. The meal over all was. 3-10 The cool part was just seeing the drinks. The music is not kid friendly. This is more of with buddies after drinks and walking the strip kind of place.

Sugar factory is located on the outside corner of planet Hollywood. I recommend reservations by all means as this place is pretty popular on the weekends. Heads up they automatically charge 20% gratuity and there are literally signs everywhere so don't be surprised. The vibe of sugar factory is loud, hip. If you want a quiet/indoor voice place this is not the place for you. They have loud music playing along with birthday celebrations that include dancing, Food: is delicious! We Ordered the goblet drink pretty in pink for $45. It was decent just a bit sweet. I drank it by myself and didn't even get the slightest buzz. Otherwise, the chicken fingers, loaded fries and cheesy burger were all great and super filling! Overall, a fun spot that is entertaining and seems to be great for celebrations! Definitely will be back!

Very cute inside! We made a table reservation ahead of time for 8 people and were seated within 5 minutes of arriving. It was not too busy on a Monday night, but we were very disappointed to find that the ice cream sundaes were not available as this was the prime reason we chose this place and went across town for this. We opted for the milkshakes instead. Although they were flavors were there, it was a bit too sweet and loaded with lots of syrup on the inside of the cup. 2 milkshakes could probably fill you up, though! There are a couple of photo op areas inside and options to buy various types of candies.

First off let's start with location. It's located outside of an outdoor mall, hard to find after parking. We finally get there and thought there would be tons of candy selection...nope, just one wall of candy. Then we get seated on the second floor, not really sure how big the place is because it's weird. The place was hot, not sure if it was because the everywhere around it looked to have been under construction? There were maybe 5 table on the level we were on, almost as if it was a wrap around terrace. Anyway, we had a great server and the food was decent. Only reason I gave them 3 stars. We ordered everything from loaded fries to rainbow sliders. Let's not forget their milkshakes which was probably the best thing we got. Safe to say we'll never be back. Glad we got to try it.

Ambiance is amazing , waiting was minimal .. & our server Donna was awesome and very patient! We visited for my son 10th birthday and he is very nonchalant about everything and Donna made everything very special... Thanks Sugar Factory for the good food , drinks & service!

Horrible service, food was not seasoned and it was cold. Regret deciding to celebrate birthdays here, they offered a free beer to my husband which I'm like this is our bday can we get a piece of cake or something. It was really bad, a waste of $218. Don't go dine there, it's not worth it the waitress/waiters don't know what they're doing. So dissatisfied and disappointed.

had a lot of fun here. Interior has cute details and Instagrammable moments. might use some slight updates here and there though for the wear and tear. Overall pleasant and clean. The very friendly and Jolly hostess suggest that we got seated on the rooftop patio and she is totally right! because the outdoor space is fabulous, you can directly look down at the main street and the façade of the crystal shopping mall. They take the cheesecake smoothie concept literally and there is an actual cheesecake on top of the glass of smoothie. cheesecake was good, the smoothie is vanilla based. would be nice if the flavor of the cheesecake is somehow incorporated into the smoothie more. salmon is slightly on the bland side and overcooked. my mom did not enjoy the onion soup because it is not as dense as traditional French onion soup, but I actually really like the refreshing quality and zest, how light it is and the flavor is great. chicken penne vodka was enough to feed 4 people on its own. the waiter was surprised that we are sharing two entrees but when the food arrived I'm surprised to see that he would think we need more food Looking around I'm seeing that this place is popular among the African-American community, especially families. The children seem to really like the pop inspired interior.

First time coming thanks to the kiddos and I'm not too sure how to feel about it. Service was amazing. Nancy checked us in and being a group of 12 she was able to get us a table within 15mins. She also asked if we were celebrating birthdays which we were actually celebrating my 2 kids august bdays so that was nice. Of course ordering took a while cause we had 8 9 and under kids and 4 adults. But easily we were able to share the rainbow sliders, samplers, loaded fries, fish tacos, and a cheese burger. Along with 2 big drinks (one non alcoholic for the kids) The fish tacos were good. But the loaded fries were my favorite Each kid got a slider and it's was just a basic burger. The Mac and cheese balls i wouldn't order again. Aaron was very patient with us he made sure to explain items and give us time to chose. Very good at what he does. The place is really for pictures and fun i would say everyone visit once

I was so excited to come here for my birthday with my family. I thought it would be perfect because we had kids in the party. Well, it was not. 1. It was so hot in the restaurant I could hardly enjoy my meal and I was sweating the whole time 2. We had hair in our spaghetti. The manager came over and offered to take half of the bill and then quickly fixed it to half off her meal she ate about 1/4 of 3. We had a milkshake and the inside of it was warm and chunky. I'm not sure if they mixed warm milk with ice cream, but we sent it back 4. They completely forgot about my birthday. We told them several times. By the time we had reminded them for the third time, it was too hot and we had been there too long. We didn't even wait for it. This is really disappointing because I was so excited for it. I had my mom and sister visiting from out of town. I'm not sure if it's a coincidence but 4/7 of us also didn't feel good after eating.The videos I've seen and the atmosphere were so fun, but the food was okay, but for the price it was NOT worth it. The service was slow, and it was so uncomfortable. The drinks were good.

Can't come to Vegas and not try the Sugar Factory! It's a candy shop and restaurant known for fancy cocktails and a sweet ambiance. We ordered the Rainbow sliders, basket of fries, onion rings, fried macaroni & cheese pops, Rainbow Brite insane milkshake and the Brownie Volcano insane milkshake. Everything was wonderful and the service was great. We had a good experience. Worth the price tag. (Check out Groupon for deals)

We got drinks from their side bar , got a cantarito the first day and all was good but came back the next day and got another cantarito only to find out what I suspected from the start that the girl serving us (Lupita) gave us a smaller cup the second time but charged us the same price so just be careful and get what you pay for, don't be afraid to ask what size you will be getting before they serve you And on top of that the girl looked like she was been forced to be there she was quiet unfriendly.

Our server is the only reason why there are 2 stars here and I left her name off so she isn't associated with this review. Came in to this "bucket list" place with our kids. They told us we would be seated upstairs, I tore my meniscus and cannot take the stairs so they offered the elevator. Then we were told the elevator didn't work... then we were told someone would come assist with the elevator to get upstairs since the button didn't work... WRONG! We got stuck in the elevator with no one coming to check on us. My husband had to pry the doors open and we were out. I didn't want to let the kids down so I went very slowly up the stairs. Our server came over and she was fantastic. Desserts were just okay. It was so loud in there so we just wanted to settle the check and go. We were in Vegas on vacation and when we were getting ready to leave, we were gifted a gift card. we set our check with the gift card to pay the balance and unfortunately the manager charged the entire gift card amount. So then we waited about another 15 minutes until our server came back, apologizing like crazy and assured us the gift would be taken care of if we wanted to go. it was a "well, we did it"kind of place and we won't do it again.

This place is fun. Gaudy and over the top. A nice place to celebrate and take pics. Definitely pricey though and the food isn't really that good. They typically have groupons available. Ambience (5): This will hit you in the face when you walk in. Extravagant and screaming vegas at you! It's fun! Take pics and be as flamboyant as you like. They're apparently known for their cocktails and huge goblets which point to their fun vibe. Service (3): Attentive and contributes to the party vibe. The menu is huge and our server didn't know much about the food, just the drinks. Food (3): I'll give them credit for being over the top. I mean rainbow pancakes and sliders with a duck? Cheesy bacon burger with a crown of liquid cheese? Desserts and sundae's that will satisfy your monthly sugar intake? All fun and great celebratory items. When it comes down to it though, the food just wasn't that good. The flavors are pretty standard and nothing really stood out flavor-wise. Overall, this place is perfect for drinks and photos. Don't expect much by way of culinary excellence. Definitely gaudy and fun. So get your drink on and social media photos on, and enjoy the time. Solid 3.5 so I'll round up.

To be honest, I wasnt expecting much coming here as the ratings were on the low side and it looked more like a gimmicky bar than a restaurant but I was impressed! The place is very cute and 2 stories, stroller friendly. The salmon that I ordered was very good! The sliders were kinda dry. The ice cream was huge but so good. Portion sizes were just right. I must say some of the chairs need some attention/fixing but other than that, we all had a positive dining experience!

I came to the Sugar Factory for a friend's birthday, and we had a great time! It's a very social atmosphere! The music was amazing, and the shareables were delicious! The service was great as well! The servers really made her birthday special! My favorite part were the goblets! We each got our own goblet, and they truly stay smoking the entire time! The food was pretty good, but the drinks were better! Definitely a fun experience!

First time attending. Heard great things on social media and had the opportunity to visit while in Las Vegas. Ambiance is fun, and the servers make sure it happens. The server was very nice and helpful with his recommendations. It's a bit pricey when you think of brunch but no complaints. It was to see how they celebrate birthdays. It is a real show with an oversized goblet that flows like a volcano. Had the chicken and waffles, which were very good. They are a growing franchise opening up multiple locations nationwide.

Food was not great, I ordered a salad and it was so bland and welted ordered rainbow sliders and tasted like dye, it's over priced. Restaurant looks run down and out dated. Service was good.

I went for a friends birthday brunch and honestly I felt it was a fun place to have drinks and a burger. Some of the menu items were pricy but I got a maple milkshake that was around $20 that was really good and then a burger for $20 that was a pretty large and a decent burger. I think it's a fun atmosphere place to go have some eye catching drinks and food. I'd go back if I was invited for another birthday.

I've been to the Sugar Factory in Vegas in the past, when it was in the Fashion Mall and I will say I/we much preferred the old location compared to the new one in the Harmon Center. It is not as festive. And they automatically add a 20% service fee to your bill. There were 3 of us in our party, I know most places do that when there are 6 or more. There was a sign in the front that we didn't see, until our way out, as it was not very big and could easy be missed. We went to celebrate my birthday. Didn't even get a happy birthday from the server. No biggie. But when we ordered drinks, my friend got an iced tea. She was told it was unsweetened, again not a big deal. It was brought to the table and when we asked for sugar (as they didn't bring a sugar caddy, which is common in every other restaurant I've ever eaten in) the server said. "I told you it was unsweetened ". The food was fine. The 4cheese grilled cheese could have been cooked a tad longer. All of the cheeses were not melted. The Hot Honey Chicken and Waffles could feed a small army! And the ginger chicken salad was tasty. And at the end, there was an issue with our Groupon, it was saying it was used (but hadn't been) and it was clearly marked as Not Used under the My Groupon. The restaurant was not able to help at all with this, which I get is a Groupon thing but the retailer should also have some sort of work around with that. They need a virtual gift card and not the Groupon voucher number. And the only dessert we were interested in, they were out of! All in all, maybe I've just had my fill of Sugar Factory as I don't think I'll be back, at least to this location.

It was my first time going to sugar factory and I was very impressed! The inside was so cute and suitable for all ages both kids/families and adults. The drinks are so cute and they can make non-alcoholic versions. The appetizers are big enough to share and the desserts are also shareable. The staff is so kind and the vibe inside was so fun especially when there was a birthday! I definitely want to go back!

I'm really thankful for the sugar factory, giving me a very memorable experience. I came here with a really big party celebrating a bunch of birthdays, and we had the time of our life. The service was really good and the food was really good as always. I'm a sucker for appetizers and went crazy with the sugar factory appetizers. And I was not disappointed at all they were absolutely delicious.

I was visiting my daughter for her birthday, and other family members came from California. She really wanted to try this place. So we decided to try it out. It looked like a cool place with a good vibe. Should have read the reviews. When we got there i told the gal at the counter that we were celebrating a birthday, she said I'll let your server know (she did not). I'm not sure if the air-conditioning did not work, it was so hot in there. Very uncomfortable. We ordered our drinks and food. My daughters partner ordered a mango milkshake it came with lumps in it and the milk was warm. (Like they poured it in a warm glass.) She returned it. They did take it off our bill. My granddaughter had spaghetti after eating maybe a 4th she found a hair in it. 50% of her meal was discounted. They did offer to make a new plate, but her appetite was gone. My other daughters boyfriend got shrimp pasta dish, about 1/2 hour later he was in the bathroom. Out of 7 of us I'm the only one who didn't get an upset stomach. After we were done I went up to our waitress if she new we had a birthday, she said no one told her. 10 minutes later we were still waiting and over this place. We asked for our check. Needless to say we were very disappointed . I would not recommend this place.

The food is ok! The drink menu insane! The service was just ok! I wish it was better considering the bill was over $125 for two people. A food critic I am looking for exceptional service and today I didn't get it! For the price I expected more. My waitress was Vanessa! She didn't do anything wrong, just expected more for the type of place we were in. She was great! Jacob was awesome as well! I had to send the salad back as it was mushy! The drinks were the best part! Def come try the drinks yall!!

This is an akin to a typical "foodie" place. Great decor and trendy picture spots with very below par food. To add on, the service was really unfriendly. I waited 20 extra minutes for my food compared to the rest of my party and got a really hard waffle. I ate a quarter of it and just sent it back before leaving.

Came here for happy hour. Environment caught my vibes. I got the Strawberry and Watermelon margarita. It was decent for $10 per drink, but I wouldn't come back again unless I needed a quick drink. If you value "quality" drinks, I'd skip but definitely worth a visit if you're curious about the fun environment!

China was the best! She was awesome and made our mother daughter date super fun! Service was top notch. Chicken was dry but drinks a 10.

This was my first time at Sugar, we were greeted quickly. There was a private party going on, so the bar was closed but there was a few tables available off to the side so we got seated pretty quickly. Our waitress was very quick and helpful with recommendations. The drinks are very large, so I'd recommend splitting one! It was very strong in my opinion. Great atmosphere, music was fun and upbeat.

I went to Sugar Factory in San Diego CA and it was bomb. I needed to have another one of their fun drinks while I was in Las Vegas. We stumbled upon it in our adventures down the strip. It was a big mistake to partake in a drink here. Not because it wasn't tasty and fun. The bartender was very cool and helpful. The mistake was the 20% fee they tacked on to the bill. We sat at the bar and only got one drink and the bill was $57.00!!!!!!!! I was prepared for the high price of the drink but not that I would be charged 20% on top of that. I asked and the bartender said 5% goes to the restaurant and 15% to the tip pool. I get it but come on. I tip based on service and I do not respond well to being forced to give what an establishment tells me I should. I know it's the strip but come on!!! Either I didn't see any fine print about this or that fee was not stated anywhere. Will not be back and buyer beware.

10/10 recommend coming to this place. Loved the food and the service . Our server Chris was the best as well :) The goblet was worth it & the price.

We are currently in restaurant. We made reservations well before our trip here for a birthday dinner for my 10 year old. We brought four adults and five kids. Our dinner was highly anticipated by the kids! YOU GUYS!!! THE AIR CONDITIONER IN THIS RESTAURANT IS BROKEN!!! When we checked in we could tell it was hot, however, we figured it was because we were still near the entrance and close to the elements. June 23rd... the weather is 107 degrees today. The hostess gave us no warning. There was no warning. It's not until you're seated, kids are excited and you've already spent money on drinks that you figure it out. Big boxed portable air conditioners... only one on the third floor. By the time the food comes (average wait time) you have lost your appetite. I'm not a dramatic person but the kids faces are pink and we are sweaty and we did not eat much. No one wants to eat hot food in a blazing hot building:( Next... the servers are still having to wear long sleeves. These poor people are working their butts off and sweating their butts off. I feel for them but now think about how much the cooks must be sweating and dripping sweat while handling food. I wish I could rate the food any other basis but this was a miserable, expensive experience :( No discounts, no apologies, no warnings I'd like to edit to shout out to outlet server Jade. She must have been exhausted and so hot and still hung in there with our big party and was sweet and polite to us. We were not her only big table. Good job girlfriend

The Sugar Factory is always a fun place to visit for me no matter the location. It's Vegas, so, I have no clue about the parking. The restaurant was decorated nicely and the server, Jordan, was great!!! The food was tasty and the portions were great. No complaints. A wonderful day to celebrate my daughter's birthday.

China was an amazing server. We had a great experience would come back for the peachy drinks!!

First I would like to say the Host are not welcoming or accommodating, we had a group of 10 and they sat us right in the front in a tight space and the worst was part is they have no running AC so it's uncomfortable to sit and enjoy anything the food was nasty it gave the quality of a meal from Denny's aside from the Mac and cheese balls and milkshakes nothing else on the menu was good. The best part is the setting it's truly beautiful inside and the milkshake presentation is awesome other than that it was an overall bad experience because who doesn't have ac in a Las Vegas casino

This is a fun whimsical place. Staff were friendly and the place was vibrant. They sale candy and have a pretty extensive menu. Food was American inspired nothing extravagant, but the drinks and desserts are what people come for here. Cheeseburger nachos were tasty the peach fish bowl goblet was okay. The chicken tacos were dry. May add a 20% gratuity to your check, but we were only a party of two so it didn't make sense. We weren't a party of 6 and usually it's based on how service is on how much you want to tip. The place was vibrant and fun. Hope you enjoy.

I always have a great experience at the sugar factory. It's always beautiful and the customer service is always great. The food was delicious as always . The drinks were good and set so pretty .

My friend and I came in because we bought a Groupon $35 for $50 there is a mandatory 20% fee . We were seated within 10 mins but was never given a menu . The waiter said we could have used the QR code but we were never told . And inside was so hot! We ordered ice cream and 2 drinks but couldn't really enjoy ourselves because it was so hot inside ! This is Vegas , for the prices we paid crank up the AC . The waiter was really nice , I wished I remembered his name . He came back and helped us chose a drink because the option were endless . I would not return to this location.

I was super excited to go so I took my son for his birthday. When I placed the reservation I mentioned it was his birthday. When we arrived we were told to go upstairs and someone would direct me to my table. We were seated right next to the kitchen and there was no air conditioning. Mind you it's 109 outside. As we sat down my son noticed that the table was sticky and there was something spilled underneath the table. We were told someone would come and clean it up but they never came. I ordered a drink, tomato bisque soup and artichoke dip. My son had the banana waffles. The soup was not soup but had the consistency of porridge and the artichoke dip was bland and turned brown after I let it cooled down. Both were inedible and I sent them back. The waiter even confirmed that Red Robin's dip is wayyy better than that mess they serve. I knew that the food was on the pricey side, but I expected it to taste worth the money, and it just wasn't. I expected much more, and I was highly disappointed. I even mentioned several times to the waiter and the people that work there that it was my son's birthday and there was no acknowledgment no free birthday dessert no nothing so this is definitely not the place you wanna take your kid or someone special unless you're a celebrity and then they'll do something big for your kids birthday but they didn't even say happy birthday to my son.

My girlfriends and I had a great time here! It was my first time ever coming to Sugar Factory and was pleasantly surprised at all the drink options. Fried mac and cheese pops were a miss - not much to them. All the drinks were perfect. We did want to shout out our server Brennan! It was our friend's birthday and he made it an overall nice experience and had us laughing the whole time. There were many beautifully designed walls, perfect for photo ops. Would come back again.
