Harmons Grocery - Santa Clara

We were cravings salad, so we tried the salad bar and loved it! Love being able to completely customize your salad, they even had some pound cake and strawberries with whipped cream, so we had a little dessert on the side. It’s $9.99/lb. I need to do this more!

Just bought this rose dozen for $20 and the dead and decay was hidden under all the wrapping paper. Bought these as a gift. What a joke :( (bought them an hour ago) Only 6 were salvaged and they’re still falling apart.

Very clean and super organized store. The staff are very friendly. The food options are plentiful and the prices are to be expected for a Harmon’s but you get what you pay for. This store was very convenient for us on our trip. I’d stop here again.

My favorite place for fresh everything. Few of my faves is chicken tenders and hot soup at the deli.... and I love their fresh minced garlic. It makes my cooking sooooooo much easier!! There's much much more...❤️❤️❤️

Really good food but really pricey! I love the salad bar and all the variety from beets to sushi and shrimp. Plus the soup bar. If you spend at least $5 on a salad then you get a free Smart Water but the catch is you have to be part of their club. I thought I was but I wasn’t. Instead of helping me sign up (I’m here in vacation), the checkout lady just removed the charge. Rude. I thought the point was to get people to sign up for your loyalty program. So I go upstairs to eat and get water from the machine. But it’s so confusing that I gave up and found an employee to help. She didn’t know and complained about working here. I found another employee downstairs at the deli. She said to hold your hand behind the cup to trigger the sensor. She was helpful! It worked, but they need a sign to explain it. Besides the lady in the deli, the customer service wasn’t very good, especially for a high end grocery store. I don’t live very close to one. I like supporting local but to pay more and the lack of service makes me want too choose another place unless for the salad bar and bread.

This is my favorite grocery store! The produce quality is always The salad & soup bar is exceptional. the staff are exceedingly friendly; I always feel welcome and acknowledged there. I am a "foodie" and love cooking Thai, Asian, and lots of soups. I can always find the more exotic item at Harmons. Love this store!

You already know that Harmons is fantastic. The best employees and excellent selection. You will pay for it. I’m visiting from out of town and it’s nice to have a quality cup of coffee while grabbing a few essentials.

From the second you step inside, it's immaculate, beautifully laid out, and genuinely feels like an upscale market. The highlights are endless: an incredible cheese selection with so many varieties, a fresh bakery turning out phenomenal sourdough and pastries, vibrant and always-crisp produce, plus specialty stations for salads, sushi, and gelato that are all top-notch.The staff is exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. A special shout-out to Adam in the Kitchen—he's an absolute gem! Kind, polite, incredibly talented, and a true professional who never does anything halfway. His work ethic and customer service are outstanding; we've been blown away every time.Yes, prices run a bit higher than some other spots, but the superior quality, freshness, and the convenience of having a real chef like Adam crafting meals in-house make it more than worth it. Add in their excellent rewards program and seasonal specials, and it's a no-brainer.

Beautiful and large store that we love visiting when we are in the area. There are so many hot/cold food items in the right side of the store, you can easily get a quick lunch or dinner here. Their salad bar is the biggest I've ever seen with so many different options. We have had their cold deli chicken and shoyu tuna poke on our most recent visit and they were great. They usually have a glass bottled milk brand that is delicious, especially the chocolate milk. It wasn't available over the past couple days, I hope it's not discontinued in store. The store itself is very cute and kept very clean. The employees are very friendly. Prices for everything are generally higher than what I think is normal, but I'm unsure for the area as I'm not from here.

Beautiful grocery store with everything you need and a lot more! We couldn't believe how lucky we were to find this place while traveling. Delicious Greek restaurant in same area.

I was kind of shocked that such a cute grocery store still had reasonable prices. I was expecting Whole Foods prices when I walked in. Employees were also very nice.

I hate to say it, this is the best grocery offering Santa Clara has! While Harmons isn't.. terrible, it's also not exceeding my expectations in every aspect. The cheese section is still incredibly impressive (prices run a little more than other stores), but the selection is jaw dropping. There were plenty of cheeses to choose from even for the most discerning palate. This time around I grabbed a Triple Cream Mushroom Brie, D'Affinois, Blue Cambozola, Smoked Mozzarella, and a Horseradish Chive Havarti. Prices overall aren't the cheapest, but they are still within reason. This place definitely carries more gourmet items than most stores in the St. George area. I really wish the produce here was better priced and of better quality. I didn't see as many bad leafy greens as last time, but they still weren't over the top fresh either. The store is tidy, easy to navigate, with lots of parking.

unbelievable! I wish I had this where I live, which is on the other side of the country!! It has just about any and everything you might possibly need. From gifts and home cleaning supplies to the biggest selection of any and every type of protein product, and even an amazing selection of different types of toys for different ages of kids. You could go there to get a birthday gift or a hostess gift or you're every day groceries and of course they even have a pharmacy! It's such an elegant well organized, clean, relaxing, shopping environment, and the staff is all unbelievably nice and kind and so beyond helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

This is a clean, pretty store. I came in one morning hoping to find prepared foods to take with me. Unfortunately, the salad bar and hot food options were not available yet. There didn't seem to be a deli to have a sandwich made. There were breakfast burritos, but not dairy allergy friendly and cold, with no microwave or anything to use. Staff didn't seem very interested in helping. I grabbed some bagels, vegan cream cheese, bananas, and cut carrots and called it good. They do have a good selection of organic and natural foods.

Complete nightmare of a day. Their system goes down and is only accepting cash. No one informs me. I make a salad at the station and wait at one of the 2 stations open, again uninformed of only taking cash. I make it up to pay and I'm informed after she tells me my total. I leave and return with cash not even 5 minutes later, they inform me that they threw away my salad and I would have to make a new one. So I do. I finish and return to only 2 of their lanes open. No self check out, just the two lanes for the entire store. My entire lunch break was taken up just trying to pay for my meal. Communication is lacking. So disheartening.

Our favorite supermarket. We drive a healthy distance to shop here. The other location in St George is closer, but everything about the Santa Clara location from the expanded premade meals to the bigger variety of products is well worth the drive

Beyond thrilled you carry Nancy's Fancy Gelato! I tried this for the first time and was blown away this is by far the best ice cream I've ever had store bought. Wow! Highly recommend.

What a fantastic neighborhood grocery store! Extremely clean, staff is extremely friendly, selection of products abundant, and tons of fun fancy stuff you will want to buy too! At first I was nervous the prices would be extremely expensive and I was happy to see products from all price ranges. So if you too are worried that everything will be off the charts expensive, don't worry, they are not. They have everything you would expect and then some.

Get choices. Beautiful store. Friendly and helpful team members. The salad bar rocks.

I've lived all over the country and Harmon's--and this store in particular--is the benchmark for a grocery store.

What a huge grocery store and the variety is incredible especially when you're in a smaller place like St. George. It's on par with whole foods and the selection is robust with tons of fresh food and a variety of products. Ample parking, great customer service, clean, and tons of options for all your dietary needs.

Despite their prices being really high they do have good quality produce. And their gelato shop is awesome the girl working the closing shift on April 7 was amazing and so patient and helpful with a large order close to closing.

The foodie card is a scam. Never ever saw ANY discount. High priced "conventional" Stores are clean though. Meats are not so great, but their fish is usually the high point

There are those who think Harmons is some sort of mystical and magical grocery store. I am not one of those people (ever been to Wegmans?), however it is just fine. Recently I visited this location later at night, and coming upon this giant in the dark with the huge lit from within windows...it did look a bit extraordinary. My sister and I, weary from a road trip and eager to stock up on some snacks, both exclaimed rather excitedly that we may have discovered the fanciest Harmons in existence. It's definitely brand new, and very pleasing to the eye. On first entering you'll see the gelato just to your right. We lusted over it, lamenting, "Like anyone would be here this late to serve gelato," then a moment later an employee appeared behind the counter, greeting us with a smile. We happily sampled a few flavors, and bought a pint to go (blood orange and fig, if you're curious). Next, we meandered along to the great cheese display, admiring a truffle infused one, lovely fig spreads and honeycomb, and myriad salamis. Then produce, picking up cape gooseberries and bananas. Onward to the bulk section for a pound or two of saltwater taffy! Lastly, we had to check out the home goods and kitchen items (golden sprinkles? Yes please!). On the way out we were stopped by their extensive plant selection, the air plants in particular were drawing our attention, and in that same area they have some really fantastic candles too. My mom is one of those aforementioned people who adore Harmons, and though we were only in St. George for a few days I think we somehow ended up returning here three or four more times, at least one or two of which I think were just because she loves it so, and not because we needed anything in particular. It was never horribly busy, all the employees were friendly, and they do have an excellent selection of products, including many really unique items (though I'll note I find them to be overpriced the majority of the time). I still don't think Harmons is magic, but this location is about as close as you'll get!

Just left the store. At the self checkout I asked Madison, minding the first register but without a customer in sight, to assist me with the code to ring up my iceberg lettuce. Through her black face mask she sarcastically uttered "she can help you with that" while pointing to the self checkout clerk playing with the nearby plants, who sauntered on over and had to lookup the code herself. Anyway, Madison totally pissed me off with her poor customer service attitude. I don't forget poor customer service, especially when I was one of the last customers in the store.

Love the cafe here. Got an iced cold brew today with the coffee ice cubes. Best part about the 100 degree+ heat today is the coffee ice cubes. Drink melts down a bit and doesn't get watered down. Brilliant.

Brigham was THE BEST employee. So friendly and helpful when I asked about two items I couldn't find in the aisles. He bagged my items like a pro. Made me happy.

This is the best grocery store I've ever been to. The selections from fresh bread, fresh cut and chopped vegetables, pre made section, meat selection, to the staff who is always friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere clean , open , bright. I wish every grocery store was this quality.

Every Harmon's is an awesome shopping experience, and this newer store in Santa Clara might be their best yet. Extremely broad selection, cheeses, deli, salad bar, coffee bar, kombucha on tap, seafood, pizza, bank, you name it....it's here. I decided to be healthy and had a salad bar. It had everything under the sun on it. Three different kinds of chicken, olives, sun dried tomatoes, different cheeses. It's basically the best salad bar in Washington County!

Clean and well organized and well stocked. Friendly staff. Quick and efficient online ordering and pickup.

When I'm visiting family in Utah, Harmon's is my favorite place to go! I'm not kidding when I say that I can spend 2 hours walking around and looking at everything. I can never get out of Harmon's without spending a lot of money because they have unique items, delicious foods and more. It's an experience for the senses because everything is so beautifully presented. Their meats, cheeses and baked goods are gourmet. I'm a fan!

Love this store! Fabulous fresh organic produce, great cheese selections, yummy salad bar! It's an equivalent to Whole Foods.

Super cute stuff!! They get you when you come in because you want to buy all the decor in the mini decorators paradise Section haha. They have a high selection of goods and even have a small whole sale section where you fill up your own baggies like at winco. They feel like a high quality store and it feels nice and clean inside. I actually wanted to stay a while just to browse lol. Unfortunately I don't think they're prices compare to cheaper grocery stores like Walmart or winco. It's a convenient pit stop if you are staying in Santa Clara

The pharmacy is terrible. I scheduled an appointment to pick up meds at 2:25pm. I got there on time. When I finally got to the front, the pharmacist (Kevin) stated that my prescription wasn't ready and it would be another 15 minutes. When I remarked that I had scheduled an appointment for 2:25pm he looked at the clock (2:38pm) and said: "You're late. It will be ready in 15 minutes." 1) Why schedule pickup appointments online if they're not going to be honored? 2) I'd appreciate some more professional behavior. When I came back in 15 minutes they weren't even completely finished processing my medication. Ridiculous.

My friends and I were in town for a play at Tuacahn. We were thrilled to find harmons open so we could grab some groceries. We checked out at 11:15 (they closed at 11) and our cashier, Priscilla, was way above the norm in terms of being courteous, kind, welcoming, etc. she acted as if she was truly happy to see us even though we were obviously making her stay late. We love Harmons as a store - it is truly a cut above, but employees like Priscilla really make it shine.

This is the only place I shop for groceries. Their PEOPLE make the shopping experience a pleasure to be there. If you're looking for "deals" or cheap food, you can look elsewhere. But if you're looking for quality meats, specialty cheeses, cooking classes or special items you can't easily find, this is your store. But the real reason I am writing this is because of the delivery service they offer. My husband & I have covid. I placed a food order online & the truck showed up the next day. The delivery man placed the groceries in the garage, so we did not have any contact with him. Very impressive. It was quick & easy. They also have a pharmacy which offers vaccines. And a post office. And good bread in their bakery. One-stop shopping!

The most beautiful market I have ever seen. The selection and quality is superb . I love this market. I live in Los Angeles and we have Erewhon Market which is great but Harmon's beats all markets in my neck of the woods.

Holy Moly! This place is the bomb! Picture a very upscale artist colony that also has a tea bar, a coffee bar ,a salad bar, a cheese bar, and a sushi bar! This is it! Oh yea, they also sell groceries! Sign me up!

I signed up for a Harmon's cooking school class, and it was a blast!!! Pasta 101. The chefs were very knowledgeable and fun, we learned a lot! We got to eat it afterwards with 3 different sauces the chefs had made! It was such a fun date night with me and my husband! Will totally be taking more classes!

I love the pharmacy Kevin,Paul,Scott,Cecilia, & Demi are amazing people! They always have a good attitude and greet me with kindness. Paul is very smart and funny the man always cracks me up I like him. The pharmacy is full of Amazing people. Don't get my prescriptions there but I just love the pharmacy regardless! Definitely recommend just saying hi!:)

I finally signed up for the Harmons Cooking School. I've heard good things about them and have been wanting to try it since I moved here several months ago. Oh my goodness!! So good. The Ghirardelli class is what chocolate lovers dreams are made of! Lava cake, fondue, truffles, and fudge! I'll have a chocolate hangover for days but it was so worth it. The chefs were so fun and knowledgeable. I can't wait to try more classes. They also have kid classes! My 12 year old daughter is going to be so excited when she finds out that's one of her birthday presents.

The Santa Clara location is stupendous! Do yourself a favor and visit it. Go ahead and select something from the coffee bar or salad bar and sit upstairs to nibble it. The store is super clean and divinely well-stocked. The folks that work there are friendly and helpful. The cooking classes and Chef's Table dinners offered there are the best in Utah. Really! 2 years in a row, they've won best of state. Check it out !

The quality on produce has been slipping over the last several months. I spoke with the GM a few months ago and he said they had been having a lot of trouble keeping people in the produce department, which I understand in the current climate. Still, I have on several occasions purchased packaged produced (such as Haricot Vert (which are not offered any other way) only to find that when I open the package at home a third are rotten. I've tried to overlook, but today I paid $9.00 for 1 lb of asparagus ($9.00!!!) only to find that a third of the tops (the BEST part!!!) had to be cut out as they were totally rotten). Also, I have found that you have to check the expiration dates carefully because items are frequently past their sell by date. And don't even get me started on the meat. This is just a darned shame, because they are the closest store to me and I've been shopping here for 5 years. I do understand that there significant staffing and supply chain issues, but I am absolutely not going to pay inflated prices for bad food. I have increased the size of my garden and I guess I'm going to have to drive to other stores for fresh items. This store really needs to step up their game.

What a beautiful new addition to Southern Utah! The store, itself, is beautiful both inside and out. The selection of premium food is astounding. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My family had great experience at this location!

The variety is extensive from bulk products , in store home made tasty soups, salads, breads, desserts , etc. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful (With the exception of one cashier I had the displeasure of dealing with this afternoon ) Santa Clara is so lucky to have a Harmons .

This is a grocery store! Huge salad bar! Cheese selection the largest I have ever seen. Bakery you can not pass by. Try the white chocolate walnut bread! Amazing!!! Love this place!!!

Lovely Mother's Day tea! Cheese course, tea sandwiches and dessert. Variety of teas to enjoy. So accommodating to my dietary needs. Met many wonderful ladies. Mom and I had a very special time . Chef Jackie and Chef Shane were incredible. Looking forward to culinary classes with them.

I had the pleasure of meeting Suzette in the floral department at Harmons. Suzette's service was unbelievable, unforgettable and top notch. I needed flowers for a very difficult time (sudden death of a friend) and Suzette showed empathy and gave comfort to the stressful situation we were in (I needed white hydrangea's and looked all over St. George and finally tried a grocery market and she had them - Santa Clara store!) If you need flowers, forgo the floral shops and other grocery markets and have this wonderful lady help you. She has beautiful designs and really listens to what you need.
