We had their catfish bucket delivered a couple of weeks ago and we absolutely LUVED it, so decided to get dinner from here today. Unfortunately, they didn't have most of the items we wanted to get. Gizzards..not available. Fried mushrooms..not available. Fried okra..not available. Pickle chips...not available. The cashier was super nice about it but I'm incredibly disappointed.

Google
4 out of 5 for decor but this location is NOTHING like Chicago taste wise, they’re so stingy with the mild sauce that’s supposed to go on the chicken, on the fries and literally everything but that’s ok because the mild sauce also didn’t taste right NOT like Chicago, something was off. My bread was buried at the bottom of my platter, I had to dig deep for a while I thought I had no bread. Cashier forgot my pop and extra napkins, I do not recommend this restaurant. Can’t believe I drove from Colorado to Nevada to be disappointed with the food quality, the service was ok.

I have decided to no longer patron this location which is sad because I do enjoy the lemon pepper hot fish when it is made right. The wait is not the issue since I appreciate my food being fresh but the customer service is what sours the entire experience. I have been going to this location since they opened. I can only recall one time that I was actually greeted by any of the workers. No hello, what can I get you, no thank you, no come again just absolutely nothing. The feeling I get is "why are you here". It's sad because I was excited for Harold's to come to Vegas but I just can't understand the attitudes of the employees.

Google
They make it as you order...chicken was moist with a wonderful crispy flavor...shrimp were large and delicious....if I didn't eat so much I would go back and get more now...

Google
Waited for almost a half an hour for the chicken. The employees seemed to be more interested with talking with each other and singing music. I figured that the smell of the restaurant would be indicative of some really good chicken….. BOY WAS I WRONG!!!! I have a couple of pictures for your viewing pleasure. Notice how the crispy part looks?the chicken was not meaty at all. It was dry and overall not worth the wait… the only thing good that came out of the visit was the hot sauce…. If I could give it a .5 ⭐️ I would.

Google
I’m a Chicago native, the chicken at this location was horrible. I waited over 30 minutes to be completely disappointed. I ordered a bucket of 24 wings with fries for $35.99, they failed to mention they were pieces not whole wings and the pieces were unseasoned and on steroids!! I will never, ever give them my service again. This Harold’s need to close ASAP since they have no integrity and cannot uphold the correct standards of customer service while profit seems to be the only objective! The cashier was nice though.

Google
Originally from Illinois myself this place hits home. Fresh cooked to order so if your in a rush you may not enjoy the wait time. Everything is good down to the sides. Definitely recommend if your a fried chicken lover.

Google
This place is horrible. This is not Chicago’s Harold’s chicken. I went to all the different locations here in Vegas,The chicken was either over cooked or under cooked . The sauce is water down taste nothing like Harold’s chicken from Chicago. The fish had no flavor and the young Employees was arguing with each other at one location.. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Yelp
My family is from Chicago and we would always get Harold's there. I've heard some Harold's chicken in Las Vegas were not as good previously however I had to try it. I got the chicken wings and fried catfish combo with fries. The wait is up to 35 minutes depending on if they're busy and what you are ordering. Fried chicken and fried catfish were both amazing. The mild sauce is a great topping I had to get more of. Fried were nice and crispy as well. I recommend eating here to make sure it doesn't get soggy I they bag.

Yelp
Really wanted some good fried chicken but this was not it! I waited 50 mins for my food which was 1 piece of fish w/ wings and fries. The chicago sauce isnt my cup of tea. Its sweet. The chicken was fried well but lacked flavor. The batter wasnt impressing at all. The fish it self was good but also lacked flavor. The fries were basic unsalted fries. They were out of gizzards and okra on a friday. Mind you there was only one fryer working. Not quite sure where all the hype is coming from but this place isnt it for fried chicken.

Denice C.

Yelp
This was our second choice as it was Sunday and we didn't know Zupas is closed in sundays. I ordered the chicken dinner, it came with fries and a drink. The chicken was good kind of tasted like church's . The sauce is like a sweet and sour sauce yummy y need to ask for hot sauce. The service was ok , only a cashier and a cook. Half the restaurant is campy with stacked chairs that you can tell could never be used in there. So what's up with the storage? It didn't feel inviting. We were going to stay but they did not have a working bathroom so we took it to go. The fries were tasty but unfortunately this is a non repeater , just ok.

Yelp
Last time they didn't have no chicken to serve this time they done have me the booty of the bread loaf , the food was good this time tho

Yelp
Lots of parking, dined in at 7:30p and restaurant was Empty . Giving it a try amongst so many bad reviews. Cook had wireless headphones on..?!?! The cashier has to Yell at him, oh and they have a stereo on too.?!?!?? Restaurant dining room clean and tidy. Service is alright 3 out of 5 stars, I think she was just frustrated to tell rack customer that went in What they were Out Of; I'd be tired of repeating myself constantly, not fair to her..!!! Management Get It Together..!!! They were out of quite a bit of stuff, which disappointed patrons, so some left without ordering anything... Soda machine is broken, so they're selling canned drinks. At least they have something for patrons... Batter on the tenders and catfish is nice. Size on the tenders are fairly large, nice! The mild sauce is Very Disappointing. It's like ketchup and bbq sauce, but watered down... The ranch sauce is very watery..?!?!! Food quality - 3.5 stars Sauces - 1 star Food quantity - 4 stars Cost - 5 stars Employee hospitality - 3.8 out of 5; again it could be exhausted frustration due to items not served causing a reaction from unhappy customers lashing out at employee. I'd come back, but bringing my own sides to compliment my order, don't want to be disappointed next time.

Antonio M.

Yelp
The place needed to be swept and mopped. The tables were filthy and definitely needed to bewiped down. There are signs everywhere that say no standing and no waiting. We order the hot wings. She said they didn't have any. We ordered the mild wings. She said they didn't have any. Two of the three TVs were working. I ordered water and two sodas. They ran out of soda. I paid for our bill, but they could give me a receipt because they ran out of paper. When the lady brought our food to the table, I asked her for napkins. She said they ran out. The wings were halfway decent. But more than likely, I will never come back here again.

Yelp
Great food, excellent customer service, great environment. I'll be eating here more often and I'll recommend to anyone who likes fried seafood or chicken.

Bianca R.

Yelp
At this point, Just close up shop. I tried to support so many times, but this place is just poorly managed. This location never has anything in stock. Today they didn't have full wings and are serving party wings, do you think the price was changed...No. The cashier was nice, but the business is poorly ran. The wait time is also ridiculous.

Ciana S.

Yelp
I've only ever picked up DoorDash orders from this place so I can't speak on how the food is, but all 3 times I've picked up from here there is ALWAYS an extra 20 minute wait for the food when it was supposed to be ready at a certain time. Last night, the food was supposed to be be ready by 6:38 pm, the girl at the counter told me, and I quote "it'll be ready in 2 minutes" I ended up waiting an extra 40 minutes for 1 order of the perch and 3 chicken wings. Not only that, I watched people that came in 20 MINUTES after me order and get their food BEFORE me. After 25 minutes of waiting, I went up and stood to the side of the counter and the girl at the counter looked at me and snapped "it'll be right out ma'am" before I could even say anything, of course I waited another 15 minutes. Super insulting watching people that just came in after you've been waiting so long get their food before you when I'm picking up a small order. They also had an extra 30 minutes to prepare the order I was picking up but I still ended up waiting that extra 40 minutes and got snapped at when I was being polite. I will never pick up an order from here again and I will never try the food here on my own, and I don't recommend anyone else trying this place either.

Yelp
Fry the chicken separate from the fish! Everyone knows you can not fry chicken and fish in the same oil, well maybe not Harold's. Hopefully it just was a busy day and they did this. I think you would want your chicken to taste like chicken and the same with the fish. The cashier was professional and had a nice smile.

Yelp
We were in Henderson leaving Lake Las Vegas looking for something to eat. Our cousin was in town, we're from Chicago but moved years ago. Usually when family is in town we figure they don't want home food but I forgot he no longer lives there LOL. My wife pulled up to Rubio's and asked did they want Harold's he said "LET'S GO!" I was happy because I've been meaning to come by but we don't live near this location and we have not made our way to the North LV location. I love the décor of the lobby/dining area. Embroidered seats and crazy Harold's history posters all over. We were assisted by Kyland at the counter she was very helpful with our order and questions. We all laughed with the staff asking who from the west side vs south side. The only problem which it wasn't really was the wait. The food took about 20 minutes but this is not fast food this you buy we fry so fresh food takes time and we respect that. I know this place doesn't have the best rating and I've read on Facebook from a few people saying its nasty. I'm not sure who was cooking that day or their experience with the cashier, or whatever their issue but we enjoyed our visit. Sometimes you can't go off others opinions and have to check them out for yourself. My wife order the 4 pc tender dinner it came with some nice size tenders, I ordered the 4 pc wing dinner: mild sauce, lemon pepper and fried hard just like back at home. We don't eat this often so it felt good to have a little taste of home.

Yelp
this place needs to close. no AC, rude workers IF you can get their attention. service is ALWAYS slow. 20 minutes for 10 wings.....

Kisha Y.

Yelp
I love this Harold's. My favorite is the catfish dinner. They do catfish right! If you are a Chicago native you already know about Harold's. Is my go to spot for a catfish dinner/lunch.

Dee D.

Yelp
Service was excellent - she was patient and helpful. We asked for flats (wings) and got home and had flats and heads. Also, restaurant is not handicap-accessible. My friend needed assistance navigating the curb on the entire strip mall.

Randy V.

Yelp
OK, so the signage at this place should have given me an idea of how long we were going to wait for our food. "Good things come to those who wait" I came in on a whim with what I thought was only going to be a few minutes to get some chicken but ended up a lot of minutes later. I came in with a few people in front of me and you could tell they must have just opened as they were still prepping things. I ordered a bucket of chicken and waited, it was probably a good 25 - 30 minutes before our chicken came out. Thankfully this was some good ass fried chicken. Other than wait, I wasn't complaining much after I had some chicken in my mouth. Definitely I would come again, after placing an order online that is :) Good service, great fried chicken! W Sunset location.

Selyna B.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place! I mean, who doesn't like fried chicken. Unfortunately, they don't season anything. The here was no seasoning in the fried chicken or the fries. The fried mushrooms were pretty good after I added some salt. The only sauces they had available were Louisiana Hot sauce and a "mild" hot wing sauce that tasted like ketchup, ketchup, and tartar sauce. They didn't even have ranch dressing. The only drinks available were a few can sodas. It took between 20 and 30 minutes to get our food. Unfortunately, I would not recommend and I will not be back.

Aoife Sheelan N.

Yelp
First, I called about their chicken livers only for the phone to ring forever and when I called back about ten minutes later someone answered. The guy told me to give him my name and number because someone was bringing the chicken livers! WTH? He then handed the phone to a young girl and I said the chicken livers were a no go. Because let's be honest here people who has time to wait for a phone call that might not ever come and why not just just say, " Our inventory hasn't come in yet to, so we're out of chicken livers. I'm sorry, but if you come sometime next week and remind me, my name is " " I'll give you a discount on your order. " My partner went here anyway with what I wanted and they didn't have most of my order and they had gotten their chicken livers in, but my partner and other people had wait over an over because the two cooks only knew how to cook one thing at a time and when my partner brought me my order there was dang loaf bread in it! Not a good presentation and it wasn't packaged right at all either and they ran out white meat chicken for orders, so nobody there knows how to order. I was a manager and I ran a restaurant. Maybe I should teach them how to do it. They call themselves classy, but they're not.

Mark D.

Yelp
I asked the woman taking my order 3 times to repeat what she had said when I asked what the Chicken Dinner sides were. Finally I understood that she had said "French fries and a slice of bread." I told her that I didn't want the dinner and ordered just chicken. I also wanted some chicken livers so I ordered them, not knowing that the fries and bread slice I had passed on were included with the chicken livers. I waited 30 minutes to get my meal. When I was paying I asked if there was an up-charge for using my credit card (I hate this) and was told yes there would be. So I wanted to pay cash, but she didn't have change for $100 (6 pm). So I said that since it wasn't my fault they couldn't change the $100 would they be dropping the fee for using a CC and was told no. Miraculously, they found change when they realized I was willing to walk away. All that being said, if the chicken had been good I would have still gone back......but it lacked flavor, didn't seem seasoned at all and I will not be back.

Yelp
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Harold's Chicken in Henderson. After waiting for over 20 minutes for my order, which was already frustrating, the real letdown came with the mild sauce debacle. When I placed my order, they asked if I wanted mild sauce with my chicken on the side. I said yes, thinking it was a standard part of the meal. However, when my food was finally ready, the white woman behind the counter rudely informed me that they were out of mild sauce. This was especially infuriating because I had just watched her give mild sauce to my friend right before me. To add insult to injury, I overheard her telling my friend not to say anything, and there were two big bottles of mild sauce on the counter behind her! The mild sauce is one of the main attractions at Harold's Chicken, and their handling of the situation was completely unacceptable. The combination of poor service, dishonesty, and a long wait time made for a very unpleasant experience. I will not be returning to this location and suggest others take their business elsewhere.

Danny K.

Yelp
Looks we're definitely deceiving. I just wanted to get my food and leave. It was hot inside I felt sorry for the workers. Soda machine down no ice just horrible. It took over 30 minutes to get my food. But when I tried the shrimp it was the best fried shrimp I had in Vegas so far so I give it a 5 star for food 2 stars for the store its definitely felt like I was back in Chicago

Shelly H.

Yelp
Just great fried chicken. The two folks working were super as well. They cook to order so it takes 15-20 minutes but so worth it. Going back

SteeLo X.

Yelp
Disgusting! Fxcked up my order after i spend 50 dollars they give me what they wanted to give and had missing items why tf did you take the order if you can't fulfill it properly oh you wanted that 50 and gave me wtf you wanted to no where near what I ordered with my good money and got the nerve to have a mf attitude I will never support black owned business ever again

Travelle s.

Yelp
Bring the sauces and mild sauce from Chicago and it'll complete the establishment, lacks the things that truly makes it Harold's from back home: mild sauce is basically ketchup and no seasoning such a as lemon pepper

Larry S.

Yelp
You know when you are craving fried chicken and I mean really good fried chicken? You look high and low for it. Well we knew Harold's had opened then closed soon after it opened so we waited until it opened and stayed. We ordered the 10-piece tenders meal to go. Yes it took a bit as they fried the chicken at the time of our order. It was to come with slaw, rolls, fries and sauce. I imagined it would be enough for 4-persons and the young lady at the counter said yes. We waited and we got our order to go. I thought it strange it was all in one bag. When we got home this is what we had: 10 nice piece's of fried tenders 4 very small portion cups of slaw 1 slice of what looked like plain white bread A very small helping of fries 2 mild sauce (small portion cups) 2 hot sauce (small portion cups) NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED! With it all bagged together: - 10 nice piece's of fried tenders - Steamed and soggy not crispy fried chicken - 4 very small portion cups of slaw - HOT and like eating hot cabbage - 1 slice of what looked like plain white bread - Where are the rolls and why just a slice of bread? Also it was on the bottom and turned to mush. - A very small helping of fries - barely served 1.5 persons and they were so steamed it resembled the starting of mashed potatoes. - 2 mild sauce (small portion cups) - half full each - 2 hot sauce (small portion cups) - Both had broken open and spilled all over the inside of the bag coating everything and for some of us (actually all) cannot eat hot sauce and do not like it. So to recap - Everything was steamed and soggy and covered in very hot sauce. Not a pleasant first visit. Not sure if we will return.

Yelp
I don't understand yall Yelpers at all. I'm from LA and we have the best fried chicken on the planet, and when I moved out to Vegas a few months back, I couldn't find 1 good fried chicken spot, but then HAROLDS came to play. Hands down the BEST fried chicken in LA. The wings are real wings... they're not cut into winglets. 1 wing consists of the drumlet, the flat, and the flapper hand. So 6 peice wings here, is a 12 peice everywhere else. And they're fried to perfection! The actual chicken peices are everything POPEYES used to be when they premiered. Fat prices, beautiful and golden. It doesnt get better!

LaKeisha T.

Yelp
This place is known for its sauce!!! I paid a lot of money for chicken and NO SAUCE!! They sent bbq sauce and ketchup! I called the young lady was very pleasant but my dinner was RUINED!! Who eats Harold Chicken with no SAUCE AND LIGHT SKINNED FISH!! Do better please and thank you!!

Jodi C.

Yelp
I have no idea why anyone would give this place anything less than 5 stars! The chicken is seasoned well and flavorful. It's crisp and has a lite crunch! If your going to eat fried chicken, get it here!!!!

James F.

Yelp
Friendly staff and good food, what more could you ask for. I always get the catfish and shrimp Chicago style. Hits every time.

Keith S.

Yelp
My family & I frequent this establishment and me being from Chicago I must say that the food tastes the same. Delicious we are very thankful to have this establishment here In Henderson. The food & service is always impeccable and we all appreciate that thanks again see you again soon!!

Joseph K.

Yelp
Just had the Catfish dinner BEST I EVER HAD!!!!! Wait was not long at all And the Girl that took my order Extremely Nice and Friendly !!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH SEE YOU SOON

Timika S.

Yelp
This is the 3rd time I've been to this location and had to wait for over 45 minutes after I placed my order online. I've tried to be understanding but at this point it's ridiculous and on top of that the food is hit or miss and they always seem to be out of something (no ranch, no breast, no receipt paper) I can no longer justify spending my money here. Please do better!

Francisca C.

Yelp
As a person that lived in Chicago area for 20+ years, we loved to go to both Harold in the south side and Uncle Remus in the west side. It's safe to say that after moving to Vegas we misses those places. So glad we finally found out that we could enjoy at least one of them here. Get yours with salt and pepper only and dipping sauce on the side, mild and hot.

Lisa B.

Yelp
Zero stars!!! Tried to go to two locations on Sunday 6/17 but both locations were closed - even though no notice was posted and they were supposed to be open. The new location by me was supposed to have a full menu but has not since they opened in March. Subpar service at best

Savannah

Yelp
Fantastic food & amazing people! My family and I decided to try Harold's Chicken out for the first time today & it did not disappoint! The woman working in the front was amazing with my daughter! We ordered our food & as we went to walk to our table, my daughter said, "wait mom I want French fries". (She's 3) the women said, " here honey & handed my daughter a basket of fries with a chicken tender & ranch!!! When they brought our food out, the women said, "I didn't know if she (my daughter) was going to eat the tenders or now, so I took 2 out so they didn't have seasoning on them. So thoughtful! The gentleman in the back cooking the food, did an absolute fantastic job! It was so juicy and crunchy all in the right ways! The sauce, omg the hot sauce go try it! Lol we will definitely be back! & bringing family when they come to visit!

Gerchelle G.

Yelp
The wings with the mild and salt and pepper will always be delicious. But it is not worth the poor costumer service and lack of hospitality. After witnessing an argument and waiting 55 minutes for my order. I finally received my chicken but not to my surprise they had NO SAUCE AVAILABLE.

Victoria Torij J.

Yelp
This has to be the most unprofessional establishment in Las Vegas. Says that they close at 10pm but shuts the fryer off at 9:00 and they wouldn't cook any food.. usually it's a 30 to 60 minute wait. And the workers are the worst at both locations. I don't know how they stay in business. They should be ashamed of themselves. Wow!! I didn't want to put one star!

Lenardo M.

Yelp
Once again I tried to give this business a chance to earn my patronage, and again I'm disappointed. I won't be going back. I went to the Henderson area store at 3pm on Sunday. Walked in to order, and was told they were closed. The sign on the door said they close at 5pm on Sunday. This is not a place that you can call and order ahead of time, nor ask what time they close, because they don't answer their phone. No apologies, just... we're closed. Like I should know how this sorry assed place does business. Well now I do, and it won't be my business they'll be doing. The disrespect they have for their customers is totally unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and boycott this establishment if you find yourself in a similar situation with them, and you can consider my experience proof that you were warned, and this is who they are, and how they treat their customers.

Diceson H.

Yelp
Ok, the overall appearance the place could use a good cleaning. We live on the east-side of Las Vegas, ordered online before we left. The wife ordered from a restaurant a couple doors down. Her food was ready for pick-up but I had to wait another 15 minutes or so. Inside had signs for you to check your food here before leaving, well that is a lack of confidence in staff. When I left with my food, a woman came back in because they did not give her fries. I checked my food immediately. The overall enjoyment of the food was okay. The fry on my chicken and catfish was good. It was not good enough for me to endure the drive, the wait or the lack of customer care. Overall would not recommend but if you have a craving plan accordingly and it will cure it.

Yelp
When I visit Chicago, eating at Harold's is a "must" for me. I've eaten at a couple different locations around Chicago, so I'd like to think I'm somewhat educated on the ordering process. Now that Harold's is in Las Vegas, I think I'll stick with visiting it while in Chicago. On this particular Saturday, I was quoted "35-40 minutes" for my order of lemon pepper gizzards with fries and 10 wings. In actuality, I waited 1 hour, 42 minutes. No apologies or further explanations were given. I waited so long that I decided to purchase a soda to pass the time, only to find out that their soda machine was out of two sodas and had no ice. "No refunds" signs are posted near the register, so I was stuck with a soda cup that didn't offer me my first 2 soda choices. No apologies or further explanations were given. Once I got my food, it tasted like Harold's in Chicago. Though my gizzards didn't taste lemon peppery (had to add my own seasoning when I got home) and a couple of my wings were fried too hard for my preference. Once they master their ordering process, this could be a better experience.

Jennifer D.

Yelp
Will have you waiting for more than an Hour for your food. Then put a piece of great value bread in the order. Runs out of shrimp so offer extra fish that was over salty. Damm I thought catfish was a freshwater fish Damm fish gone give you hypertension after 3 pieces. SMH

Mikey V.

Yelp
Amazing customer service,, excellent choices. Cat fish shrimp and wings were a hit and the nuggets... My daughter tried lemon pepper Fry's, wasn't a fan but glad she tried them... Very happy and will definitely be back. Thanks for the slice of cake ... P.s. lemonade was delicious sincerely PayPay and Mikey VIP

Yelp
This review is for the Harold's Chicken located at 6320 N Simmons #135. My daughter told me about Harold's as she wa very pleased with the food at the Sunset location. Simmons is near where I live. Very disappointed when I arrived around 12:30 PM. The place was locked up tighter than Ft Knox. Hours posted on the door stated that the business should be open. Another pissed customer showed up to pick up his food that he ordered on line. I want to give my business to the little guy, but you have to be open. Oh yeah no one answered the phone. Customer Service/Satisfaction is in the TOILET... I will go at 3PM (business next door said the sb open at 3. I ain't holding my breath. Giving the place 1 star, wish that there was minus stars.

Marc O.

Yelp
I had such high expectations for this place. But unfortunately it was a huge let down. Popeyes is way but and cheaper. The restaurant was dirty they didn't have hardly anything on their menu. They don't let you use the restroom to wash of the grease after you eat. All in all a bad experience. Felt like staff didn't even want to be there. I would never go there against n!

Angie A.

Yelp
This is for the NorthLV location....I will justify this rating based off of experience because I dined in with a party of 5 and it took 45 mins to receive our food. I'm not a time snob but for chicken and fish, fries and gizzards that was entirely tooooo long. If and when I decide to eat here again...I will call ahead and order to go. Now the food was good (definitely 4 stars) the gizzards were tender, fish piping hot and well seasoned. The chicken was good too. It's teeny tiny inside to dine in as well. We had a great time catching up bc we had the time. They also charge for water so bring your own. Overall, good experience. Nothing to write home about but definitely good food once you get it

Shirley B.

Yelp
The fried chicken here is legit! Choosing this family run business over the corporates is a no brainer! Mr. B who was born in Illinois mentioned that his dad took him here ..waay back in the late 60's (giving away our ages now ..lol). He was super excited when we drove past by and saw the sign couple months ago. Our orders his: chicken tenders mine: 2 pc dark meat chicken platter comes with slice white bread and fries and a small size order of liver! YASSSS! I haven't seen that on a menu in forever! Only my mama used to make it . Yes THE WAIT TIME seems like FOREVER especially when you are hungry and watching customers devouring their bucket full of fried chicken! Patience is a virtue for reals here! I totally get it though ...unlike your corporate spots up the street, I didn't see any trays of chicken under warming lights ..so that means your chicken is made to order! Worth waiting the 22 minutes for our food. We had our orders packed to go. Rushed home, opened up the steamy bag so the food wouldn't get soggy. Chicken skin crunchy good! Seasoning not to heavy, pieces are average size, dark meat juicy. Ultimate favorite for me though was my order liver! Battered and deep fried! Sunset / Stephanie area. This spot used to be Pizza Rev I believe, the interior layout still pretty much the same. Fast casual, so order and pay at the counter. Service went smoothly. I snapped photos but they're from home, so another reason to visit and dine in next visit!

Yelp
Lemme just say I'm mad I spent my money. Does it taste like the one in Chicago? Definitely not! Fries wasn't seasoned. My catfish was undercooked. It was more battered then anything. Mild sauce uumm yea. Service was ok.

Yelp
Definitely place your order online and then pick it up. The food is delicious and made fresh to order, but that can mean a 30-minute wait, as it did in our case on a Wednesday night. I had fried chicken and fries and my cousin got the tenders. Both were so juicy and flavorful on their own, but the Harold's sauce really took it to another level. The bread underneath was a nice touch, but they were using Walmart white bread and it was really gummy so the sopping up effect was lost. The restaurant is a bit interesting. It seems like they're really trying to cut costs right now. I've never been handed a cup already filled with ice with a lid on to get my fountain drink. That was a little weird. I'm not sure if the ice maker in the lobby was broken or something, but the Pepsi sodas all worked fine. The employees were all friendly and helpful as well. Next time, we're definitely buying online so we can pop in and go!

Yelp
I really wanted to like this establishment and was excited to compare the one in Chicago to this location but they failed me unfortunately. Mostly due to service and the extremely long wait times. The food wasn't half bad but it was extremely crowded on the inside of the restaurant and it shouldn't take 1:45 for a 6pc, fries, Mac and okra . It's more of a fast food vibe than somewhere you'd sit down but if you decide to eat here , just make sure you're not hungry .
