Rude and offensively overpriced. Went this morning to but some flowers and a blonde woman was so rude and patronizing. Terrible customer service. And the prices are a joke, she charged me £85 for these!!! Laughable. I think she must have bumped her head or something because that’s one of the great rip offs of my life.

This is the kindest flower shop in London. Last year, I ordered a Xmas tree but they weren’t in until the week after. I left my name and contact details for them to call me. Lo and behold a beautiful Xmas tree arrived to my door. But I hadn’t yet paid! I went down to pay but they would t take the money off me-no matter how hard I tried. Now I come here all the time and never go anywhere else for my flowers and trees. Beautiful place staffed by beautiful people.

Called from abroad, ordered blind, for a last minute delivery and Sophie was amazing and helped arrange the flowers and champagne to be delivered all locally on time the next morning. Was so relieved and grateful for the brilliant service and would highly recommend.

UPDATE: I ordered flowers from them again for my Mum's Birthday. I ordered online as I'm in the USA. They have a space on their form for order directions and I asked for the flowers to be delivered "Saturday Morning 29th April Please". When I got up at 6am US time, I contacted my Mum and with no sign of the delivery at 1pm I called the Kiosk only to be told that "oh we have gotten around to the online orders yet". What sort of business are you running there, if you're putting a section for directions from your customers on your order forms and not honoring them!!! Perhaps you need to check your online orders to see if there are some that need priority before just discarding them till later in the day! I didn't only spend a coupld of quid either!!!! A pretty poor show!! I ordered flowers online for Mothers Day at the beginning of March to be delivered today. I spent (in my opinion) a fair amount of money. I'm in the USA and by the time I'd checked with my Mum today around Midday or just after, they still hadn't been delivered. I work in the floristry industry here in the US and was surprised that they hadn't delivered them by lunchtime, as the order was put in a couple of weeks ago and I purposely chose today to avoid the Mother's Day rush. Once I called to chase them up, it was then delivered (around 1:30pmish) and my Mum was really pleased with the bouquet she received. Super happy with the flowers, but a little disappointed that I had to chase it up and that it wasn't delivered earlier in the day.

bad customer service. went during summer 2022. although it was the middle of summer, it was not too busy and there were around 3 workers. one was making a bouquet of flowers and was acting very snobby. when i asked how much a particular flower was, she looked me up and down, and told me the price and i had the feeling that she thought i couldnt afford them. which 1) the flowers are overpriced 2) nevertheless i had money i wanted to spend on flowers and wouldnt be standing there if i hadnt. she also kept walking right in front of me to carry on with her bouquet which seemed very rude as it gave me no chance to see the flowers up close. yet, she acted lovely to the other customers so im not sure if she was discriminating against me or what. p.s. im oriental asian and she also seemed oriental asian. just terrible. even my older sister felt uncomfortable. bad vibes and left to go SPEND my money at another florist nearby

I've ordered three lots of flowers in two weeks, as special occasion gifts.. They've been beautiful each time and good value compared with other florists in this area. Charming service. Don't understand the miserable reviews that a couple of people have posted

Stopped in for Valentines flowers. Quirky street corner florist, that were truly brilliant on a very busy day. delivered a creative contemporary bouquet in five mins flat that was exactly what I wanted. Not the cheapest on the day but may have paid a V day premium. Will be going back to see what they can do with a bit more notice.

This is my go-to flower shop. Well, not even a shop really... it's just a little stand just east of Portobello Road Market. As is to be expected, the flower selection is best in the morning and on non-market days, when everyone and their dog seems to find it romantic to pick up a bouquet during their market shop. They carry an array of beautiful flowers throughout the seasons, often including unusual succulents, herbs, and even thistle and wildflowers, and will happily sell you a few stems of your favorite hydrangeas or tulips. But they shine in the arranging department as well. I recently had them put together an autumnal bouquet for my dining table. It was made up of rust and yellow dahlias, a lush purple wildflower, and springs of rosemary. It lasted more than two weeks! It can be a bit pricy (I paid 30gbp for the large bouquet mentioned above), but it's excellent value for money. And I don't say that often in London, and especially not of most of the businesses near Portobello Road Market.

This is a small flower stand run by Harper & Tom's (main shop on Clarendon Rd). Sitting on the corner of Kensington Park Road and Elgin Crescent, the colourful stall helps keep this part of Notting Hill a little more neighbourhoody (vs chain-store). The selection of flowers is stunning, and I've yet to see any looking less than a day old.

Ordered and paid for a bouquet the day before I needed it and arranged to collect it today. On arriving they clearly had no idea, figured out they must have sold it and then suggested I was rude when they started to offer me random groups of flowers saying they were worth the same amount. I will not be buying from them ever again
