Harper Apartments

I recently had the pleasure of leasing an apartment at The Harper, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the very beginning, my leasing agent, Jarron, was incredibly helpful and responsive. He guided me through the entire process, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. Jarron's professionalism and dedication made my move exceptionally smooth, which I truly appreciated during what can often be a stressful time. The apartment itself is fantastic—spacious, well-designed, and in a great location. I feel right at home here! I highly recommend The Harper to anyone looking for a new place to live. I cannot RAVE about this place enough. I moved in about a month ago and was waiting to get settled in to leave a review. I love the amenities at the building! Everyone is so incredibly friendly. I especially want to highlight Kristin she did a phenomenal job at making me feel welcomed and explaining to me all of the ins and outs of the building as well as the neighborhood. The building is located in a walkable area, which is great for me since I typically work from home. It’s always nice to be able to get away from the “office “. I spent quite some time looking for a place before i made a decision and I’m so happy that i chose Harper. !

I had such a great experience touring this apartment community today! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome — they were incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. It really stood out how much they genuinely care about residents and future tenants. The location is also fantastic — close to everything I need while still feeling peaceful and safe. Walking through the property, everything looked clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed. The floor plans were spacious and practical, and I could instantly picture myself living here. Overall, I left the tour feeling excited and impressed. This community definitely moved to the top of my list!

So I loved every bit of this tour! The amenities, the floor plans, the STAFF! I was blown away by their professionalism and the way they made sure all of my questions were answered. It was obvious to me that any concerns or issues I would have would be addressed promptly and taken seriously. Definitely a contender and for anyone who's in the area looking for their next home, this is definitely a property worth considering.

From the moment I hit “submit,” the Harper Allston staff treated me like a future neighbor. They followed up right away, explained the review process, and checked in so I never had to wonder what was happening with my application. It’s rare to find a team this organized and genuinely kind. If you’re applying here, you’ll feel supported every step of the way.

The property is amazing! In helping a family member look for an apartment I came across these apartments. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, and there are so many amenities offered.

The building is beautiful and the staff are very helpful. So much time and effort has been put into aesthetic and they have thought of everything as far as amenities.
