Harrington Housing

Spent 4 nights with my husband and 2 teenagers in the 2 bed, 1 bath suite. CONS: AC could have been cooler and beds softer. PROS: centralized location, spacious living area, mini-fridge/microwave in room, excellent water pressure and hot water temp, on site laundry & kitchen, excellent pricing. We did not contact the building for our cons list as they weren’t deal breakers and did not make our stay any less enjoyable. We plan on booking again for our next trip.

On my first visit to New York, I stayed at the Mansfield Hotel. The location, atmosphere, and the attentiveness of the staff deeply impressed me. The hotel employees were extremely kind and helpful. They responded to all my questions with just a phone call. The location of the hotel was truly astonishing. It was just 2 blocks away from Times Square, close to the Central Metro Station, and within walking distance to Central Park. Additionally, it was a mere 5-minute walk to the famous 5th Avenue, and especially the Bryant Park, which I admired a lot, was only 2 blocks further. Enjoying my coffee and croissant there and savoring the vibe of Manhattan was genuinely delightful. Being within walking distance of New York's most iconic places made my visit even more special. The hotel rooms maintained their nostalgic structure while being modernized in design. The availability of amenities in the hotel, such as a kitchen, gym, and laundry room, made me feel at home in the middle of New York for the entire 10 days. The rooms were clean and possessed the features of a 5-star hotel. I didn't encounter any issues with the internet service, which was crucial for me as I had to join work meetings. The next time I visit New York with my family, without a doubt, my choice will again be the Mansfield Hotel

Unfortunately it is not a good service. We had only two towels for two people for a whole week, no floor mat in the shower. Jordan advised me to use one towel as a floor mat that Michael will bring more towels. Every day Michael said the same, he never delivered not even an extra towel. I asked for the right fitted sheet and bed sheet, as they were using a twin size for a queen size, they never delivered the right ones either the whole week. There was no hot water for two days, NY weather was 30 degrees when we were there. They said it was normal that the broiler broke. I asked for a partial refund and they refused. I believe they do not care much on the customer and they are not helpful.

Had a great stay here while on a trip to NYC. Location was excellent, the room was spacious and a great deal for the price. There were some amenities like a library and gym that I was not expecting at the price point. Definitely would stay again!

The team is the best! They are always accommodating and there for you. Everything about the place is very nice, and I had no complaints about anything so far. Special shout out to the Michael, one of the mangers. Hard working and always there for you.

I had a marvelous experience staying over spring break at Seton hotel by Harrington. Arguably the best hotel there is in midtown east! The staff is super friendly and it is in the heart of midtown. I would highly recommend especially for students.

Very good location, about 7mn walking distance from time square, there is a wallgreens close by for all groceries, and you can buy food easily . the rooms are just ok though, if you are here to explore the city it’s not a big deal as you just come to rest at the end of the day but still I would have appreciated if my room was cleaner as I couldn’t stop sneezing all the time because of the dust 🧹🧹
