My God! The food here is top tier! Idk how they prepare the food so quickly and have it taste sooo fresh. The chicken is to die for! The employees are so nice. Even when they are ridiculously busy, there attitudes dont change at all. There positive and upbeat. Ive never had a bad experience here, ever.

Google
I really appreciate this place. It's super professional always clean and a very chill welcoming vibe. They are very professionally here and totally know what they're doing. They have lots of experience and can make really helpful suggestions. I highly recommend listening to them, they know how to make it really turn out well in the end. Certainly not the cheapest place I've been but totally worth the money if you want a really well done beautiful piece of ink. I see Christy and love her down to earth straight shooting approach

This was a huge disappointment—I’ve shopped here for years and always thought returns were hassle-free across stores. According to their official policy, returns should be accepted at any location with a valid receipt, no exceptions for low-value items like this. It felt like unnecessary gatekeeping, and the employee wasn’t even willing to check the system or call corporate for clarification. Wasted my time and left me questioning loyalty to the brand. Harris Teeter, please train your teams on the full policy and make cross-store returns seamless like you advertise. Shoppers deserve better!

We handyman at craftsman direct love Harris Teeter. This store is so incredibly clean. And I don't mean just the produce section or the wine section or the meat or refrigerated. It's everything including the bathrooms, the register area and the door was cracked so I peaked in the office and it was clean too. I feel better about a grocery store that squeaky clean like Harris Teeter is. Being clean helps me feel good about cleanliness and food safety. The staff at Harris Teeter is absolutely wonderful. There was a few items that I couldn't find and I really try to look because I know these people are busy and don't want to impose. But after an exhaustive search, I had to go to one of the guy stocking and I pardoned myself, but I Wondered if he may have a minute to tell me where the pickles were and he didn't tell me he actually took me over there and he knew that there was a variety that was actually going on sale that day that wasn't marked quite yet so I got a great deal on two jars of pickles Because of this guy that stuck in the shelves that were so friendly I couldn't believe it. The reason I was there was that the circular online had Boston, but on sale for $1.29 a pound. So I bought four and I put those on the smoker we had to make barbecue and they came out so good. I know their meat is absolutely Wonderful. Fresh and it was trimmed so that you didn't end up buying a lot of fat that you were gonna throw away. That Boston, but didn't need any trimming whatsoever. We just seasoned it with the killer hogs butt rub that they sell. And we put them on the smoker and they were perfect. From now on, I'm going to Harris Teeter for everything and all of our groceries. I would encourage you to do the same. They are super good.

We shop here pretty much on a daily basis and the quality is top notch and the deli is fresh and delicious. The service is also very good and always helpful. We enjoy our experience at this location everyday and we are so glad that it's so close to where we live. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the Ivy Creek area.

Google
I am sure the low reviews with pictures of bad/rotten produce and meat are true. However, I am specifically leaving this review due to the multiple things. A shorter lady with glasses at the self-checkout has been very helpful and patient with me and many people. The subs here have been consistently great. Eddie and one gal have made great subs, would recommend!

Google
One of our regular stops. Staff has always been good to us! We have used their pharmacy as well, and they're much faster and more efficient than most in the area.

Google
Good morning, I needed assistance with a money order, I had went to another location and the system was down. I came here and they were up and running. Customer service was very helpful, fast and prompt. Thanks

Yelp
The staff here are very nice and super helpful. I had one employee take time from stocking items to help me find what I was looking for.

Yelp
This Harris Teeter at "The Commons" shopping center is bigger, has more features, and has a better selection than our go-to Harris Teeters at Meadowmont Village (Chapel Hill) and Hope Valley Commons (Durham). Hence the four stars. For example, this Harris Teeter has a 14-pump gas station and convenience store lite. The Murray's cheese counter and the florist department are the biggest I've seen at any Harris Teeter in recent memory. And they have a good fresh-cut fruit selection unlike the aforementioned locations. Not that the other locations are bad, this one is just better. At the beginning of each fall, get your annual flu shot at the pharmacy here and receive a $5 coupon. I'm from Atlanta and have never signed up for a Harris Teeter VIC membership. Instead, I just use my Kroger Plus membership at Harris Teeter for the same discounts and benefits as a VIC member. VIC members can do the same at Kroger. Fuel points are interchangeable too and are earned the same way (e.g., 1 fuel point earned for every $1 spent on groceries). Overall, I do think Harris Teeter is nicer than Kroger. When it comes to produce among grocery stores in this tier, I think Publix is the best.

Pilar D.

Yelp
Now the most expensive store by my accounting. And yet they still can't keep up with their pricing. I am consistently charged more than either the sale or posted price. Today, two items marked on sale rang up full price. I bag my own groceries because I'm better at it so don't always see when something is overcharged at point of sale and annoyed at to have to go back in and fight for my two or three dollars. They are making bank on just the errors let alone the gouging on a regular basis. Food lion, trader joes way better. Wegmans even more affordable. Harris teeter now more than whole foods. Overcharging just adds insult to injury. Used to only shop here. Now I'm done.

Keith M.

Yelp
Food quality and shopping experience have both gone to hades in a grocery cart. Packaged fruits and vegetables frequently contain rotten items. Frozen food has obviously been allowed to melt and refreeze. The store is so jammed with employees filling carts for drive-up orders and rude shelf-stockers that navigating the aisles is a hassle. It's convenient to my house and I've shopped there since it opened, but I'm giving up on it. The only positive is that most of the long-time employees are very friendly and helpful. That can't make up for the spoiled veggies and other low quality groceries, though.

Yelp
Every now and then I like to go to Harris Teeter's just to switch it up. This one is right near a Harris Teeter fuel which is awesome so I can use my fuel points. The layout is different than what I am used to at my usual Harris Teeter, but it's a very clean and organized store. This one is a little more crowded though no matter the time of day or day of the week I visit, so I do not come here often. But they have a great selection of produce and specialty items for the fall!

Evelyn A.

Yelp
This Harris Teeter is convenient to a lot of communities in SW Durham. Has a gas station next-door. The customer service is great. It's usually pretty well stocked, but on several occasions as you walk through the door, you're greeted by the smell of seafood/ fish, which is not good-counter for the seafood is all the way in the back of the store and you should not smell fish as you walk in. Please fix this.

Yelp
This neighborhood is surprisingly dangerous. The locals are actually quite threatening to pedestrians, particularly if you're from "out of town." The grocery store itself is okay. They're not particularly accurate if you order online. The retail store is generally clean and the staff is typically quite polite.

Chuck A.

Yelp
Ken our checker was great. I always enjoy his uplifting attitude and happy demeanor.

Yelp
Going to get staples for next week. I found the store well stacked, however it took more time to check

Jeff J.

Yelp
I shop at the Creedmoor Village Harris Teeter and think the most of the of staff and products. I always seem to find what I am looking for and the quality is fine. Fresh wild Salmon is on my list every time when available and the folks behind the meat and fish counter have been so helpful. Well, I have to admit the deli is close by, and my vice is the meatball sandwich, good for two meals (way better than the other Sub by the way). Half the meatball sandwich and part of the sushi rolls I must grab get eaten in the parking lot. So, about checkout and the nearby customer service people, I don't mind waiting in line because the customers and checker all seem to be happy and when I need to ask a question of the CSR staff, they are friendly and informed, even the manager has taken time to help me. Honestly, I am a guy that will say if something isn't right, I will speak up and if they are I will say so Thanks Jeff

Yelp
We are all entitled to our own opinions right? Well here's mine: Location: 5 Parking: 5 Decor/Ambiance: 5 Customer Service: 4 Great location, always stock shelves, great selection at the hot bar. They even have a sushi bar. They offer many fine custom cakes. They also have a unique wine section if you are a wine connoisseur. I've noticed that the staff is not the most friendly. Often times whenever you utilize the self help machines no one will even speak to you, and when they come up to help you they don't speak then either other than that it's a decent experience. They always seem to have everything that I need when I go..

Yelp
This is one of three Harris Teeter locations within a few miles of me, and my overall comment applies to all of them. Their quality and selection are usually good but their prices are on the higher end. This place can get quite busy on the weekends and the parking lot can be a hassle. Nowadays, I'll come here if I can't find an item anywhere else or if I have a coupon. I'll still hit Aldi and Sprouts first, though.
google avatar

Chris K.

Yelp
This location was undergoing a facelift for months which made it difficult to get in and out of, including the parking lot. Finally it's done and honestly I don't notice too big of a difference. Now they're working on installing their own gas station in the space where Fuddruckers used to be. Overall it's just your typical Harris Teeter. Nothing outstanding. It's not near me so I only visit if I'm in the area and need something, but I do so reluctantly because honestly the parking is a mess. The lot has never been big enough for all the businesses in the strip, including a drug store, making it a hectic experience even before you've even gotten thru the door.
google avatar

Yelp
For some reason, I really like the layout of this store. It gives me the counter clock shopping experience that I'm used to - veggies, carbs, meat, dairy, and back around. It's a really clean store with a lot of parking. Also, located by a bunch of other stores too. I usually grab my Asian groceries at Li Ming, I didn't realize that this was just up the road. Sounds like I've found my new shopping route!
google avatar

Yelp
Don't expect this store to be properly stocked on a Sunday afternoon. Today they were out of Roma tomatoes, limes, regular size Nathan's hot dogs, potato roll hot dog buns, and red onions. Ok to be fair, there was one lime left, but it was an organic lime that cost $0.75 and looked more yellow than green. I hope this place can get it together and fix their consistent inventory issues. Very frustrating and not what I expect from a Harris Teeter. Update (September, 2019): I joined Costco and haven't looked back!
google avatar

Kristen N.

Yelp
This Harris Teeter was very similar to other ones. The produce section was much more fresh than the other ones I have been too. The shelves were a little bare but I did come late afternoon on a Sunday so that was expected. The parking lot can be a challenge during busy times. It was very hard to pull out of the parking lot and there were other cars coming from every direction.

Yelp
I recently relocated to Durham from Charlotte, where I was a regular HT customer for the past 11 years. A couple of weeks ago I was in this store and purchased three packages of tempeh (fermented bean curd) about $3/each. When I went to cook the tempeh a few days ago I found the contents blackened and rotting well beyond useable. (Sometimes it's possible to trim the blackened edges but this lot was too far gone.) I returned to the store today without a receipt...(I'm living in an Extended Stay while I look for a place to buy and getingt my ex-wife with severe dementia set up in the assisted living facility she's moved into. Life is challenging and chaotic... and who can keep track of receipts?) The CS clerk refused to issue a refund because I had no receipt. Read the policy I was told. In the Ballantyne stores I frequented in Charlotte on occasion I faced the same issue and never had a problem. Forget how much money I've spent in HT just this year and for maybe $8-$9 they're gonna piss me off and lose a customer? I asked to speak to the manager. He asked me if I used my Vic card when I made the purchase and I assured him I did. He then asked the clerk to search for my purchase. The clerk asked me for the date of purchase. Who remembers that? He obviously wanted to stick by the rules and issue no receipt. I understand the need for receipts. But I also understand good - and sensible - customer service. Does it make sense to lose a good customer over maybe $10?. So what did I do? I WENT TO WEGMANS! LOL PS. While I was requesting the refund there was a Black man to my left doing something with another CS clerk. He felt it necessary to comment to the (Black) clerk who was serving me that this was "privilege." I got it. I know what white privilege is. He may have been right. As the dialogue continued he indicated that "a Black man would never be able to return something without a receipt." And we got into it - almost to fisticuffs. That may be true and patently unfair. I believe the same rights and privileges ought to be furnished to ANY HT customer. It's just plain bad business to lose a customer who's spent hundreds of dollars for $10. The manager is an idiot. And this store must see too many deadbeats for customers to warrant a more liberal refund policy. BUT WEGMANS! WHAT A PLACE!

Yelp
The customer service at this Harris Teeter is better than any other grocery store in the area. Not just at the customer service counter- where they are friendly and kind even when I ask the dumbest questions ever. But also at every single register, where they greet you by name and chat while bagging your groceries impeccably. The store itself is clean and nice, with a full meat counter and sushi counter, among other offerings. I don't always shop here because it can be crowded (because it's so good) but whenever I do I'm not sorry.

Yelp
Manicured grocery store with a wide selection of organic products, clean bathroom, free wifi and ample parking, with a Starbucks within the store... By joining their loyalty program, you can get discounts. This grocery store is opened on Thanksgiving.

Yelp
Sunday, August 13, 2017, 2pm Employee- BARBEE I don't make a habit of calling businesses out publicly (just good reviews, or no review), but I have never experienced such crappy customer service before. My husband and I were checking out, maybe a dozen items, the usual pleasantries were exchanged and then as we went to pay we inserted the card too soon. Had to start over, insert, "yes", and then it cancelled (no clue why). Barbee became annoyed and terse. "You cancelled it AGAIN!" We didn't "cancel" anything. Maybe it was the machine? We described to her what is was saying on our side, trying to problem solve. Someone only just got in line behind us, so we weren't holding anything up. She scoffed and rolled her eyes, shaking her head, at which point I asked, "I'm sorry, are we bothering you?" She didn't respond, looked at me smiled and raised her brows, then turned to look at her screen, shaking her head, smirking and rolling her eyes some more. We were completely stunned. I even asked, "Seriously, what did we do?" I have NEVER been treated like this. EVER. People have crappy days, but this wasn't a bad day, this was straight up "DGAF about you and there's nothing you can do about it". I wanted to see a manager, but my husband asked me to let it go. If I were her manger I'd want to know. Will NEVER be back to this store again.

Yelp
I live nearby which is the only reason I come to this harris teeter. Other wise I would not. The employees are all stressed and mean compared to the other stores in the area. I got yelled at by the self check out person because I waved at her to confirm my order (bought beer sorry) and she was very angry that I had the audacity to wave since I had been waiting for several minutes while she stared off into the distance. I can't wait to move away from here.

Yelp
Not a fan of this place at all. There are several very basic items that I can always buy at other supermarkets that this place just doesn't carry, for no known reason. So I often leave here with only about half of what I need, and then I have to go someplace else. For example, the standard Mt Olive jalapenos... they only carry the super size version. Why?!!!! Same with my tp brand... they only carry the giant rolls that don't fit on my holders. Just plain stupid. Everyone else carries the regular rolls. I could go on and on about all the very common items that they don't carry. The parking lot/shopping center layout was designed a very long time ago, and it can be EXTREMELY inconvenient to get out of here (getting in is much easier). Lastly, they usually seem to be short-staffed, and there never seem to be enough cash register lanes open, so it typically takes a lot longer to pay than at other places. I also hate how there is no treadmill thing to put your items on, so if you aren't using a cart, you have to set everything on the floor while you wait. I really dislike this place, but it's the closest supermarket to my apartment. Oh yeah, and their hand baskets are always filthy.
google avatar

Rose L.

Yelp
My favorite shopping experiences in the Triangle center around Harris Teeter. Harry Teets (my pet name for the store) ranks between a Whole Foods/Fresh Market and a Food Lion/Kroger. Prices might be a little higher than your average supermarket, but they're affordable and they consistently have discounts and regular good value deals. For example, you can always buy chicken breast from the deli for $1.99/pound. They have a great selection of produce that stays fresh, BUT if you have something that goes bad before the expiration date, simply bring it back and they'll not only exchange the item (for one of your choosing), but they'll also refund you the original amount. When I stop in at Harris Teeter, you can typically find my cart loaded with their pack of 2.5 dozen eggs (yes, you can buy that many eggs in one container!), their fresh whole bean coffee (love the Hazelnut Creme and the French Roast), HT freshly baked bread or maybe even some Alaskan Cod ($6.97/lb with VIC card). Speaking of the VIC card, this location offers a 5% discount for students with the rewards card (sign up at the customer service desk). This location also shares it's space with a Starbucks and you'll find a Redbox inside the front door.
google avatar

Luke C.

Yelp
If I rate supermarkets by unique items I can get, this HT probably ranks the highest in Durham. This place also stocks fresh rhubarb and in a pinch, they also have frozen rhubarb when baking calls for this ingredient when it's not in season. A large wine section sits close to the front of the market. This supermarket offers drive by service. You can order and pick up items at the parking bay. We don't use this service, but I know of busy people who do. This is a good supermarket - it's a little out of the way for us, but we like it!

Jessica H.

Yelp
I come here all the time to grocery shop and I've never ever had a problem. Well today I gathered everything I needed and I was missing one thing so I went to look for it. In one of the boxes near an aisle I saw some jars and I wanted to know what it was. I touched the one in the front and something sticky got on my finger so I slung it off. I moved it to see if it was leaking. The one in the back was leaking through a rather large hole near the bottom so I grabbed the top thinking it was fine and sliced my fingers open. Immediately pissed, I take it to the front and all the lady said was " I'm sorry, would you like a bandaid? Meanwhile I'm dripping and running blood everywhere. I've never been so displeased or disappointed in my life at a grocery store. And yes the manager saw it bc he was in the customer service area when I went to ask for a bandaid. And yet he still did nothing! The only reason I was trying to move it is bc it was low enough for a child to grab and I didn't want them getting hurt!
google avatar

Tiffany L.

Yelp
I always struggle on how to rate grocery stores. This harris teeter is not that different from any other grocery store. It's clean and has a starbucks in it. Overall prices can be a little pricier, but the selection is better than say Food Lion or Kroger Some tips if you're new to the area on how to save money and things that I like: -sign up for the vic card -sign up for evic as well and emails. I've found that evic deals are always pretty good. For example a gallon of milk $2.97, individual greek yogurt $0.77 -footlong subs are $5 on fridays -you can accumulate points for free subs -subs are good -the in store brand is always pretty good -they have double coupon days

Yelp
Review of the Asian Food Bar at Harris Teeter. Don't get ripped off by the Asian Food bar at this Harris Teeter. It costs $6.99/lb. At the nearby China Buffet, you can buy food by the pound. For lunch, it is $3.59/lb and the food is much better than Harris Teeter and also there is a lot more variety. China Buffet is only 0.9 miles away from Harris Teeter (about 4 minutes drive) at 3720 Mayfair St. The Yelp page for China Buffet: http://www.yelp.com/biz/china-buffet-durham-3

Yelp
Every time I walk into this Harris Teeter and get a nice, deep whiff of fresh fried chicken, I ask myself, "Why do you hate it here, again?" And then I start shopping, and I remember: 1. The prices are absurdly high. An item here or there will be a great deal (like strawberries, when in season, or fresh bread), but for the most part, they're astronomical compared to other area supermarkets. 2. Other customers are jerks. I find this to be true about most grocery stores, but this location must do something to attract the jerkiest of them. I'm talking kids playing hide and seek in the wine aisle; dads racing their carts at full speed without regard to others; and people seemingly intentionally getting in your way. 3. The customer service sucks. Now, I'm sure they're not all bad, but on my last visit, the cashier (who happened to be Assistant Customer Service Manager), was a total ass, sighing deeply throughout the process and acting altogether overwhelmed and inconvenienced by my presence and purchases. More like Assistant *to* the Customer Service Manager, amiright? I'll only shop here for the few select items I can't get elsewhere, and then get outta there as fast as I can.
google avatar

Joyce K.

Yelp
This isn't the best Harris Teeter I've been to, but it gets the job done, and probably a bit more. I thought the selection was more than adequate, the produce looked quite fresh, the store was quite clean, and the staff is courteous. I think I am staying with 3 stars only b/c the cashier was a bit on the slow side and couldn't do any bagging while checking. (I tried to help him out.) I thought that was sort of strange and that he should be better trained. I did get greeted by a friendly but odd bagger/assistant who insisted on shaking my hand and telling me I was pretty. It wasn't really that creepy, just sort of bizarre. I also think it's great that this place is open 24 hours. Now I'll never want for any groceries, any time of day!
google avatar

Christi C.

Yelp
Ok, I will first and foremost agree with the person below me who commented on the Asian bar. The chicken is really fully of fillers like a flour or something. I noticed when I was eating it. If it was actual chicken, I suppose the price wouldn't be so bad, but the fact that they pass off fried flour or soy as chicken is REALLY bad which is why I subtracted one star. Ok it is pricier on most days then Walmart, especially in the meat department, but on good days it can be cheaper in addition to doubling coupons. What I do enjoy about this store though is the SERVICE. It really is better than the lazy - I don't wanna be here- gossiping employees at the local Walmart or even Target. They also have a lot of products that most grocery stores don't carry. For instance, Coke in glass bottles! I wouldn't recommend buying produce or meat here unless you are looking for something specific because it is very over priced. However all in all it is near my house, service is fast, friendly, and efficient.
google avatar

Lauren M.

Yelp
So, I am bias when it comes to grocery stores because I am a lover of Wegmans. And since I've moved to the area I have become a Trader Joe's fan all of the way but this Harris is my go to after Trader Joe's has closed or during their busy hours. First, it's open 24 hours a day which is great for a graduate student. Second, the people are alway so friendly. I've only experienced one unfriendly staff member in the year I've been frequenting this store. It's a little pricey for a grocery store so I always bring coupons, but the quality of the food is good. The parking lot can sometimes be crowded and I always make sure to be cautious near the exit because not everyone has a stop sign.
google avatar

Andrew R.

Yelp
I am really happy with this store. Listen, I may be biased, I live in Baltimore, and I am unaccustomed to the great hospitality that you get in the land of the pines. This store had everything on my shopping list + an awesome set of micro brews. Yeah, this place is okay.

Virginia B.

Yelp
I went to this HT at 6:15 am on Monday to avoid crowds and hope to get the "cleanest" experience I could. It was certainly better stocked than when I went two weeks ago which was great. Still no toilet paper. However, it seems that staff were pretty cavalier about the safety measures. No one was wearing a mask. Staff was also not following the 6' separation from each other. They were, in fact, congregating in small groups (to be fair, it was very small groups at 6:15). I need to feel at least somewhat safe when I go out so I'll be trying elsewhere for future shopping trips.
google avatar

Betty T.

Yelp
Harris Teeter is one of the better grocery stores around you can always clean the people are nice and you can find what you want. The deli has a great selection and the bread is actually really good too. the meat selection is good though I wish they had more lamb. Overall very nice shopping experience

Jody P.

Yelp
I don't know why I keep giving this store a second chance with the online ordering. My checkout time was 6 pm, arrived at 6:08 and after 30 minutes of waiting was finally brought my groceries at 6:38. They never have items I want in stock on weekends and are usually wrong with my order 50% of the time. I'm done, going to try another online ordering

Pat D.

Yelp
Will never go back. After years of spending a LOT at this place I can say that almost every other time they leave something out of the bags. They can see it to charge me but not to give it to me! Apparently no training. I don't need to be told to have a nice day- just correctly pack the groceries. The one thing they are there to do.
google avatar

Bradd N.

Yelp
Checked online for a store opened 24 hours. This Harris Teeter came up. Checked and it said opened 24 hours. Drove out here and they are closed.

Christen W.

Yelp
This is consistently the WORST grocery store I have ever been too. I've been to this Harris Teeter several times over the last year and every time they have charged me incorrect prices for sale items. And it's usually not a 10 cent difference. Several times I've been overcharged by several dollars on the 1 item I happen to know the shelf price of so that doesn't even include all the items I don't know the prices of. I complained the first two times and was told that I would have to pay for all my groceries and then wait in line at the customer service desk to get a refund on my card. Considering the fact that every other store I've ever been to usually allows the cashier to either handle customer issues or call a manager I was unimpressed with this process. To be honest, the overcharges have gotten so bad that I pretty much believe they are flat out stealing from their customers! I've had several other problems with their customer service overall, such as my last visit where the cashier was very rude to me after I pushed the "call cashier" button on my self checkout. I know, terrible of me to do what the machine told me to do when I had a problem. Overall, I can't speak for Harris Teeter's everywhere since I've only been to this one but I'd advise customers to stay away from the Harris Teeter on MLK in Durham unless you want to be ripped off and treated poorly.

Yelp
Harris teeter is awesome! This location is super friendly. The floral guy always asks me how my daughter is doing and chats with me for a few minutes. The front end staff is friendly and always asks if I need help getting my groceries out to the car. I've bought a few expired things, or things that weren't fresh like they should be and I've never had any problems getting them exchanged or replaced. Love ht!

Yelp
Great deli and great employees. Love coming to get the pizzas on Mondays. Wish all HTs had the pizza station it's pretty good and a very reasonable price.

Yelp
OUTSTANDING floral department - went above and beyond!!! Late one Saturday evening during the busy Christmas season, I ran to HT to get a very last minute corsage for my 15 year-old son. The floral manager, Aman, had stayed past his shift thinking there might be a holiday floral emergency. He quickly made a beautiful custom corsage for me, and my son and his date were over the moon. Thank you for coming through in a big way, Aman!!

Yelp
I will start by saying that it is a Harris Teeter so of course at baseline you basically know what you are going to get. That being said -- this location has gone through a HUGE transformation and it is my favorite HT in the area. It has gone from being borderline sketchy 10 years ago to being a place I actually (gasp) look forward to walking around in every week. They have moved the food items around, which was annoying at first (for us regulars) but has turned out to really make sense now that I have gotten used to it. Now when I go to other Harris Teeters I wonder why they aren't set up this way. It seems to flow better, I'm not going back and forth the way I used to. Also -- mysteriously-- the egg handling has gotten way better. I have not found a broken egg in months! I don't know what the management is doing but they are doing something right there. Everybody who works there is friendly and helpful. The other day I had to go to the HT in Morrisville and I was reminded how this HT USED to be...and I am delighted that they have brought it to a new level!

Yelp
My girlfriend got food poisoning from the deli. Asked to speak to the manager and was shown the exit.
