Terrible Experience
I ordered a $160 gift basket with a few pears, some truffles, and a card, expecting it to arrive on the specific date I selected during checkout. The website still displayed the delivery date, so I assumed everything was fine. However, after it didn’t arrive, I spent over 30-40 minutes in a frustrating chat—first with a bot, then with a supposed live person—only to find out my order was on hold because they couldn’t meet the requested date. No one ever contacted me to inform me of this.
I also tried calling their customer service line but gave up after waiting almost 15 minutes without getting through to anyone. Their solution? They could ship part of the gift in a few days and the rest weeks later. Weeks! For a $150 gift basket, this is completely unacceptable.
Poor communication, no proactive updates, and extremely slow, unhelpful support make me question why anyone would shop here. At this price point, you’d expect far better customer service.
