We’ve been long-term customers of Harry & David for over 10 years and, until recently, had consistently good experiences. Unfortunately, things have really gone downhill. Customer service is now terrible and unhelpful, and resolving issues with orders feels nearly impossible. The product quality is also nothing like it used to be, which is especially disappointing given the premium prices. We stayed loyal for many years because the quality and service once justified it, but recent experiences have been frustrating and disappointing. We hope the company takes feedback seriously and works to improve both customer service and product standards. Mark us as another former customer as we'll no longer use them, or any of their other companies, in the future.
