Always enjoyed H&D, even giving as gifts. Received this yr w/ 1 damaged/rotting pear. Customer service said they would replace. Ate other pears. 1st couple great, then a couple were bland and mealy. Have had better store bought. Also, never received replacement pears. So, not only sent subpar pears, but customer service lied to me. Will never do business w/ them again.

Quality of items way downhill from previous years. Pears were rotten and had mold on stems. Customer service is very lacking, they don’t want to refund money just resend item. So these replacement pears are to arrive Christmas Eve. Items are for stockings so we’ll see if they arrive and if not bad.

This company has gone so downhill. My gift basket had a moldy orange in it. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service because another thing they can’t do is figure out how customer service. They don’t even have an email for customer support. Don’t use them!

Received a 6 box tower today from a friend for Christmas and all 6 pears were rotten. I called Harry and David and they said without an email or order number there is nothing they can do. I am shocked they want to have this product in a customers house.

I ordered Cinnabons and hot chocolate to be sent to my daughter in another state. I paid nearly $50 to have it arrive by 12-24-25 for their Christmas breakfast. I was assured it would arrive on time. I came on the 26th. This is the second year my order was not received as guaranteed. I will never order from H&D again. I one star rating is better than the company deserves .

We’ve been long-term customers of Harry & David for over 10 years and, until recently, had consistently good experiences. Unfortunately, things have really gone downhill. Customer service is now terrible and unhelpful, and resolving issues with orders feels nearly impossible. The product quality is also nothing like it used to be, which is especially disappointing given the premium prices. We stayed loyal for many years because the quality and service once justified it, but recent experiences have been frustrating and disappointing. We hope the company takes feedback seriously and works to improve both customer service and product standards. Mark us as another former customer as we'll no longer use them, or any of their other companies, in the future.

We purchased this as a gift for our retiring dentist. Maybe the quality of the individual products is really good (hopefully that is the case), but the presentation leaves a lot to be desired. In person it looks skimpy and unremarkable and the box of crackers is smashed. Honestly, we felt good about dealing with Harry & David because they have been around for a long time, but the next time I am in need of a special gift, I will either put it together myself or buy it at Sam's Club or Costco. Add in the fact that I paid additional money to have it delivered on either of the two days that I chose, only to have it arrive a day late. Never again!!

We always order every year and this year we ordered. I am not happy and will not order from them again. My order was 700 dollars and there was a 35% off promo code and would not work. Called and he told me they would call me back and didn't. Had to call a second time with no resolution. As a huge company and uses online ordering they need to make it easier for the customer. Definetly not easy nor helpful. Will not be ordering again. Goodbye Harry and David
