My husband and sons had the wings and I had the nachos no meat. Nachos needed some guacamole and salsa. The guys enjoyed the wings. Our server was not as friendly, but tolerable. We mainly ate here to go to the sports museum for free. And that was cool.

Chicago hot dog was delicious, however the potato chips was really salty. I would suggest asking for less salt if you plan on order this. Other than that our server was very friendly.

This is CRIMINAL!!!! I won't come back to a place where they cheat on you!!!!!: I'm a big Sportsfan from Europe and was looking forward to visit this Place. I enjoyed the good Museum and the Food was also good. As a single Person i didnt' feel very welcome in the Restaurant. Overall the behavior of the Staff left a bad Impression. First they said as a Single Person i can only sit at the Bar, then they sended me to a Standing Table, then back to the Bar....again back to a Table....and all in an unfriendly way. I don't give a Tip to rude Service-Staff, so i decided leaving this Place not giving Tip. Back in Europe i saw on my Credit Card Details that the Service Staff took 22% Tip (the possible Maximum) from my Credit Card by themselve. Is my Credit Card a Self Service Device??? This is CRIMINAL!!!! I won't come back to a place where they cheat on you!!!!!

It’s ok, I ordered a sandwich and I like it, also we liked the hotdog. I think the service could be better.

From the moment you step into Harry Caray's 7th Inning Stretch, you're enveloped in Chicago sports history and a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. The walls are adorned with memorabilia, creating a fantastic backdrop for a truly enjoyable dining experience. The service was outstanding – our server was friendly, attentive, and full of recommendations, making us feel right at home. While the menu boasts a variety of tempting options, the star of the show for me was undoubtedly the Holy Cow Cheeseburger. Seriously, this burger lives up to its legendary name! The patty was cooked to absolute perfection – juicy, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality beef. The toppings were fresh and well-balanced, and the bun was soft and held everything together beautifully. It's the kind of burger you take a bite of and just say, "Wow." It's a must-try for any burger lover visiting Chicago. Beyond the incredible food, the location in Water Tower Place is perfect for a break from shopping or a pre-theater meal. The energy of the restaurant is infectious, and it's a great spot to soak in a bit of Chicago culture. Harry Caray's delivers on all fronts: delicious food, fantastic service, and a fun, iconic atmosphere. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ And seriously, don't miss that Holy Cow Cheeseburger – it's a home run! ⚾️

There are plenty of good reasons to visit the 7th Inning Stretch. The food, however, is not one of them. Maybe you’re in town for a visit and the location is convenient. Cool. Maybe you want to grab a beer and soak in the vibe. Great choice! But if you’re hoping for a decent lunch, buckle up. I work nearby and ventured in when my usual spot was closed. Big mistake. I was seated at sticky table surrounded by chipped furniture. But hey, ambiance doesn’t cook the food, right? Onward! I started with coffee. Big mistake #2. It tasted like it had been brewed hours earlier, left on the warmer, and aged to perfection—if perfection tastes like burnt regret. I switched to club soda with lime. The lime? Well, it was probably fresher when it was cut. Yesterday. Then came the burger and fries. The fries? Fine. Straight from the freezer bag to the fryer—hard to mess that up. The burger? Cooked perfectly medium rare. And salty. So salty. Any flavor the beef might have had was drowned in salt and what I can only describe as "dirty griddle essence." In summary: if you’re there for the beer, you’re probably safe. But if you’re there for the food, hard pass.

If you're a fan of sports, or specifically Harry Caray, you'll love the style and atmosphere of this place. While I know who he is, I don't care much for sports, so the efforts of the decor were lost in me. However, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, even when I came in less than an hour from closing. The food was good, albeit a bit heavy for all the walking I was doing in downtown Chicago. Overall a nice experience and I'd give the chain a try again in the future.

Yelp
I should have known that Harry Caray's 7th Inning Stretch was nothing but another tourist trap. I had high hopes for the 7th Inning Stretch, because I have heard nothing but good things about Harry Caray restaurants, so I don't really know why I had such a bad experience at the Water Tower location. We made reservations for a party of 35 (an outing for my sister's team) weeks ago, and our main reason for booking this restaurant was because it came with free admission to the Chicago Sports Museum. Unfortunately, the host we talked to when we made the reservation neglected to mention that the Sports Museum was closed for a private event at the same time of our reservation. Honestly, if we had known the museum wasn't going to be open, we probably wouldn't have gone here at all. As soon as I arrived, I realized the restaurant was not prepared for the 35 people we planned for. We had to move 12 people into one of the booths, and had to add an extra 4-top to accommodate everyone. It was already off to a bad start. We waited upwards of 20 minutes to even ORDER our drinks, and another 20 before they were actually served to us. Even though we were the only people in the restaurant, the service was still so slow and our waiter never checked in on our table group during our meal. For such an acclaimed restaurant, the food tasted like something out of a school cafeteria. I had the rigatoni alla vodka, and I was not expecting to be served overcooked noodles with flavorless sauce. Also, everyone's dishes were cold, and many were served with the wrong side orders. The only good food I had all night was a Holy Cow potato chip. After seeing videos on Instagram, I really wanted to try the baseball dessert, but after being at the restaurant for over 2 hours for a less-than-satisfactory meal, I didn't want to stay any longer.

Yelp
Went there for lunch on a Sunday. Good selection of beers and decent cocktails. Just went with a burger and fries. Really good. Their steak sauce is homemade and pretty tasty. There were people there watching the Bears game and cheering. That didn't make it too loud for us to have a pleasant conversation.

Yelp
We stopped here for a beer before going to the sports museum across the way. Beers were great but the fried pickles and dip sauce made it 50 times better. These are the best deep fried pickles I have ever had. Recommend stopping for appetizer (deep fried pickles) and beers before going to sports museum. Plus the sports museum is free after you stop at bar first.

Yelp
Located on the 7th floor of the mall. Sports themed restaurant. Spacious place. Staff was nice. Steak was good. Solid food.

Yelp
Food was great. The special white chocolate baseball was a "Real HIT"! This will be a regular family option when in the city

Yelp
I really liked the salad I had here ... the steak was juicy and tasty and the salad itself was fresh.

Yelp
Harry Caray's Seventh Inning Stretch was the perfect choice for a great meal before seeing a show across the street. We parked in the Watertower Place parking garage. They have a great deal on parking after 5pm, it was only $13, which was nice. If you are planning on going to a show across the street, have your parking ticket validated at the restaurant, it is a bit cheaper than doing it at the theatre. Once you get into the lobby, they have an express elevator dedicated to serve the 7th floor that the restaurant is on, which was convenient considering the other elevator was very busy stopping at every floor. Inside the restaurant, they have many TVs and sports memorabilia throughout. Our waitress was very attentive and really went above and beyond without us asking. I received better service from her (while she was also tending the bar, no less) than I have received in restaurants twice the price. I was very impressed with her. The food was also quite good. Fairly priced for the location, with good portions. The menu is pretty simple, but all the food here was well made. I would recommend the burgers, and the house made BBQ potato chips. I wouldn't say this is a destination restaurant (unless you are a big sports/Harry Caray fan), but it is certainly a solid value if you are in the area. I would normally give it 4 stars, but the service earned it a 5.

Yelp
Where do I start..... sat at the bar, it was sticky as ever, even though the bartender wiped it down (other patrons even said something as well). The bar in general needs to be deep cleaned even the mirrors, stainless steel, and there is a not so pleasant smell. The margherita flatbread was not good, it was wet/soggy/and not fully baked. I'm not sure if they were understaffed or what it showed heavily on some of the employees faces and attitudes, but it was a wait for drinks/bill/service. I didn't want this 1st experience to turn out this way. I will try again some other time, hopefully my next visit will be better.

Yelp
Restaurant is few feet away from the Chicago Sports Museum. Food was delicious! Your typical American cuisine menu yet with an extra taste. The environment is welcoming. Waitress' service was superb!!! Alisha was prompted, attentive to detail and constantly checking if we needed anything. The only downfall was that the hostess did not inform us that if you dine in at their restaurant, you would receive free tickets to the museum depending on the total spent. The total cost on your tab from the restaurant should be sufficient to cover the museum's admission. The manager was great in assisting us, yet that's something that could be avoided.

Yelp
This was a cool place for out of towners. Good sports and Chicago memorabilia. The food is decent. I am sure you can find something more unique in Chicago, however it still delivered good food (burgers are amazing) and fun atmosphere. The servers are super helpful and nice.

Yelp
I came here on my birthday by myself. I was seated at a table near the window which was nice as I could see the John Hancock Tower and Michigan Avenue. I ordered the double cheeseburger burger which came with lettuce, tomato and pickles. The entire order and presentation of the order was stellar. The brioche bun was perfect and held all of the parts of the burger secure making it easy to eat. I especially loved the "special" Harry Caray orange dressing sauce. Delish beyond belief. Many seating options including a large bar, booths, tables, high top tables and can accommodate large group reservations. The music was 70s-90s rock at an appropriate level so not to drown out conversations. My server Xochilt J was attentive, thoughtful and able to balance each assigned table with ease and professionalism. She was so sweet and provided me with a surprise complimentary birthday cake dessert with a lit candle. Thank you!!!!

Yelp
I was eating my margarita pizza. It was really good until I noticed a HAIR stuck in my food. Looked like a nose or armpit hair. Unacceptable. It was stuck in my cheese. And it took an extra 10 min to get a new one.

Yelp
Girlfriend and I planned on spending the afternoon at Water Tower Place. Starting with a bite to eat at Harry Careys. Checked in with hostess, 20 minute wait which is okay. Restaurant was empty. I mentioned to my girl we're waiting because they are short handed and want to give good service. 15 minutes after being seated I could see the wait staff could care less and we were going to be there a long time. One server one bartender. What a shame in such a beautiful spot. We got up and left. I mentioned to the hostess who could care less, maybe we will try again when your not so busy. This restaurant has gone the direction of the rest of Water Tower and I guarantee will close shortly. Garretts popcorn was the only place doing any business. Mall is over half vacant and stores left sell junk. I'm so disappointed. I will be contacting Harry Carreys as well for wasting my time. Larry Moskos

Yelp
How do you make nachos tasteless and horrible? They did it. The server acted like she would rather be anywhere else besides there. It's a true tourist trap. Find some other place.

Davis D.

Yelp
It's a fun easy stop on Michigan Ave, great sports themed restaurant with tons of Harry Caray memorabilia. The service was good, well attended, friendly and knowledgeable. I had the Chicago hotdog, it's was great. It was the most "chicago" hotdog I had in the whole city, all the fixings you'd expect on it. I recommend it.

Yelp
I was here for the second time for dinner. As the location is up on the 7th Floor which also right close to the Chi Sports Museum. Which if you wants tickets for it, you have to buy them at the host stand. I was at a booth that was close to the bar. And they have a game menu, that you can borrow a game during your visit even when eating including Uno, which you cab play while you eat, which will make it difficult, if your eating and you get down to one card, you have to say Uno, or your forced to pick up 2 extra cards. And I ordered a double burger.

Yelp
We went here for appetizer's today. Had the pretzel and cheese. Also had the spinach dip. All were good

Yelp
We came here for a quick lunch. I've been to Harry Carays Steakhouse before, but wanted to see what the 7th Inning Stretch had to offer. The inside is very spacious. Lots of tables, but unfortunately lots of empty tables. There's a bunch of not only Cubs memorabilia, but other Chicago sports memorabilia around the entire restaurant. The staff was great and got us in and out in no time. The food came out fresh and hot! The wife and I both ordered their Holy Cow! Burger. The burger was very juicy and perfectly cooked. It came with smoked Gouda, candied applewood smoked bacon, lettuceX tomato, and Harry's steak sauce. A really good tasting burger. It was served with fries and those were good too. Overall everything was great. Might be a while before I ever return, but I would definitely consider it if I'm in the mood for some burgers and in the area.

Yelp
We came in here for weekday lunch in Water Tower Place, the seating area is very large and the we loved looking at the photos and memorabilia on the wall. After eating you can use your receipt to get free tickets to the museum - we didn't go in due to time constraints. The food itself was your typical American restaurant food, we got the Brussel sprouts (they were ok), bbq chicken bites and the salmon entree. We loved the salmon (we split the meal between two people). Service was friendly and fast, we had a waitress who was also training another person. Food came out super quick as well. The price seemed a bit high for the amount of food we got - for two appetizers and one entree, total about $50.

Yelp
It's clean and cool to look around in. Otherwise, it's basically a chain with bland, expensive food and a limited menu. Service wasn't great, but to their credit, we were there at 3:30 in the afternoon and it was slow.
google avatar

Lexi M.

Yelp
This place is a gem! When you eat at the restaurant you get to go to the museum for free! It's so crazy that it's inside of a mall, but this is a must see! The food and cocktails are good, but the museum is so great and interactive. Great for everyone and anyone that can appreciate sports!

Yelp
One of my last parties (pre-pandemic) was here. We rented out the entire restaurant/museum for my company holiday party. At the time I didn't know it would be years before I would be at a party of that size, but if there was a last party to attend this was it because it was so much fun. The staff at Harry Caray's was wonderful to work with and I left thinking it would be the perfect spot for my son's bar-mitzvahs one day...perhaps still My kids aren't very sporty, but we've stopped in their sports museum a few times and they always have a blast in there. It's good for at least 30 min of fun- they seem to really like the football and baseball games. It's free admission if you eat at the restaurant and otherwise a small fee. This past weekend I took my daughter and 4 of her besties for an overnight at the Ritz for her bday. Due to the pandemic we didn't want to be around other people so I chatted with Harry Caray's about having a private area for dinner..and confirmed the space a few times. Unfortunately, when we got there they led us to a booth, but once i explained the situation to the manager he led us to our own area of the restaurant. We placed an order (a lot of mac and cheese for the girls) and while i waited for the food they played in the museum. There weren't many others in there and they were masked, which made it as safe as possible. Their food came out pretty quickly, which they all seemed to enjoy...and then ran back into the museum to play some more after enjoying the bday cake I brought with us. My salad was pretty tasty as well and it really was the perfect spot for a kids dinner. While I can't see myself coming here with other adults it's a very kid friendly spot and also a fun place for big parties once it's safe to throw them again.

Yelp
We wanted a place to watch the Cubs game before leaving town and this place was a short walk from the hotel. It's on the top floor at the back of a shopping "mall." The Chicago Sports Museum is right across the hall and I believe you get free tix if you make a purchase at this bar. Bartender was very nice and attentive. My burger was excellent. The wife loved her Buffalo Chicken wrap as well. Fries were hot and fresh and beer was cold. Prices are reasonable as well. Great place to watch a game and grab a bite.
google avatar

Steve L.

Yelp
Came here for lunch on Black Friday. You also get free admission to the sports museum! Food is good, service good. Open and large with plenty of seating. Typical pub fare with some nice Italian dishes because it's a Harry Cary restaurant. Burgers and wraps are well put together with burgers done just as ordered. No complaints from the fam.
google avatar

LLuvia-Rain B.

Yelp
There was immediate seating when we arrived. They only had high top tables in an empty restaurant. The food came in a timely manner. The fries were amazing but the chicken sandwich was mostly overcooked breading. Our waitress was quick and on top of everything we needed, even split the check for us since we were a group of 8. If you are into sportS, you would love this restaurant. Sports on the tv and sport memorabilia everywhere. Not sure if i would come back here, not my style.
google avatar

Leah C.

Yelp
decent food, great drinks list for a bar and cannot beat free distractions for the kids (board games and interactive museum). the prices can't be beat for family dining on the mag mile. $9 for a kids meal with decent portions. no real complaints just no real wow factors across the menu either. a very consistent, solid option in the area for easy dining.
google avatar

Mark H.

Yelp
My girlfriend and I popped in after a Cubs game to have a drink and grab a burger to take back to the hotel (a friend raved about the burgers at Harry Caray's). The place was strangely sparsely populated on a Friday evening, but then again, it is on the top floor of a mall. Alicia, the bartender, was incredibly nice and efficient. My girl and I took our drinks and read the historical sports pages lining a hallway, which was a nostalgic blast. The burgers arrived promptly, and we dug in at the hotel. We went with the Holy Cow burger. It is a beautiful burger, but it seemed that an over-application of steak sauce caused them to become excessively soggy. The rest of the burger was pretty good, so we would probably order it sans steak sauce next time. The fries were above average. Overall, fun place, great service, and solid food.
google avatar

Yelp
Harry Caray's hit it out of the park!! Not only was the service a fast ball, the food was homerun! We were three retired couples enjoying lunch following the Gaga concert and we needed rehydration and sustenance. Got them both at Harry Caray's. We each shared a meal: the bacon cheeseburger with fries was plenty for two and the spicy chicken wrap with sides was also plenty. Another couple enjoyed the egg rolls and everybody had a beverage. All agreed, the bills were reasonable. And the food was yummy. Definitely worth the visit.
google avatar

Jenny L.

Yelp
Food was decent but Sports Museum made it all worth it. My kids and hubby loved walking through and enjoying the memorabilia and interactive games.
google avatar

Hunter L.

Yelp
I did not expect the quality of meal that I got from this restaurant. I expected it to just be a novelty restaurant. I didn't expect to get really polished put together dishes. We were seated immediately at a nice spacious booth. We started with some drinks, Avocado Bruschetta, and a Pretzel. The Bruschetta was excellent. I would eat it everyday. The pretzel was over done. Not burned, but getting close to it. The Signature Cocktails were tasty. They had great flavors along with a decent amount of alcohol. From there we went with a couple burgers, a beyond burger, and a hotdog. They were all cooked and put together beautifully. Nothing about my experience here was bad. The Pretzel was almost bad. It wasn't exactly good, but it wasn't bad.

Yelp
Hidden gem if you are looking for family/ group friendly not too crowded, excellent service with good food before a show at the Broadway Playhouse at Water Tower Place. Or if you are just downtown with a group and need a place to dine/ relax. They have a great sports museum as part of the restaurant. The seating is spacious and the servers were attentive. The place was less than half full on 12/23 (when it was no joke -37 outside before the wind chill but the show, our parking lot and this restaurant were all in the same buildings so we never had to go outside for more than a minute.). The food was filling and tasty. The prices were not outrageous given the location and our server had us in and out quickly because she understood about our theater tickets. Definitely will be back next time we come downtown.

Yelp
Ate here since it's a Chicago thing. The food was delicious, the service was excellent. No wait when we went here. It's in the water place tower near our hotel. The food menu wasn't as large as I thought it would be. However I had the "Heater" hamburger that is hot but really good if you like spicy foods. They offer different beers, in which I had the Harry Carry Ale which was a good spirit. They also have the Chicago Sports Museum which is next door. It is free when you purchase a meal at his place. Recommend trying it out. There is several different ones in the city. Take a photo next to Harry Carry's statue. Everyone from the President Obama, to celebrities have all did it.

Yelp
Located in Water Tower Place on the 7th floor at 835 N. Michigan Avenue. It's more than just a Sports restaurant/bar. It's a 23,000 square foot complex offering dining, entertainment, private event venues and retail. Since it is located in a mall, dress is casual, no need to dress up. Take your time to look at everything on the walls, especially at the entrance, there is a lot of Chicago history displayed here as well as in the museum The food here is really good! American comfort food at it's best. The cheeseburgers and double cheeseburgers are some of the best in the city. The Holy Cow burger will make you want to shout "Holy Cow". Try the calamari appetizer, it's delicious as well! If you eat at the 7th Inning Stretch you receive complimentary admission to the adjacent Chicago Sports Museum-a special place for Chicago sports fans. Make sure you order some food though, as just drinks don't count for the free admission to the museum.

Yelp
Chicken was old. Stuck to my teeth as I was chewing so I smelled it and it was sour. Everything is nice about this place except the food. Everyone at our table who had chicken complained. Well not to staff. Sad outcome.
google avatar

Cameron C.

Yelp
Food was meh... service was prompt and suspiciously over zealous. The waitress checked on us 5 times per bite almost. Little less check and the service was next to perfect. Give it a try. But don't expect the food to be out of this world. It did what it needed to do for where we were.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is totally awesome! The food was great and our server Brian was outstanding! The holly cow burger and the Chicago dogs were fantastic! The atmosphere of the place was great! Totally worth heading to while your walking around downtown Chicago!!

Paulette R.

Yelp
Flatbread came out cold, not even lukewarm, and toppings were sad at best. 2 stars just for free entrance to the sports museum.
google avatar

Phiona R.

Yelp
Definitely...an experience. To begin, the hostess told guests there were no open seats and strictly reservation only. We asked if there was a waitlist and we were told it'd be 45 minutes. My party of three checked in on the open table app, and then asked the hostess to put our name down. Our table was ready 5 minutes later. As we walked over to our table we passed a plethora of empty tables...I understand holding tables for reservations, but I don't know maybe it's just me and my incredulity. I don't know the name of our waiter--he didn't introduce himself. The whole routine felt hasty, because by the time I came back from washing my hands, the food was ready! I wasn't complaining until I dug in. Not that it was inedible, I just understood why it came out so quickly. My fried chicken salad was ok. The presentation was exceptional, don't get me wrong, but the fried chicken was cold and dry. The salad definitely gave me some bagged chopped salad from the grocery store energy. The kansas city bbq wings were good, the mac and cheese burger was good, and water was refilled at an appropriate rate--overall I think it lived up to whatever expectations I had for a burger joint inside of a mall.

Yelp
Insane. I'm walking the streets of Chicago with my coworker and my phone to my face trying to find this place. No exterior signage. Finally, after walking around the entire block, we see it in a tunnel under the building. We enter the building through the amazing restaurant banner to find ourselves in a building lobby. A sign says the bar is on the 7th floor so we jump in an elevator only to find out it's the parking garage elevator. We have to jump out and find the proper bank of elevators. Keep on mind we have been traveling for 7 hours and just want a damn beer. We only picked this place because the Dodgers and Oregon Ducks were both playing and we were missing it. We see three elevators and one is an "express" to Harry's. It's closed for construction. The next elevator has a temporary sign that it is a "partial express". Whatever. I push the button for the remaining two elevators and it is literally 10 minutes that we wait. They are glass elevators and we can see the cables below the cars moving up and down but they never come to the bottom floor. The non-express elevator finally arrives and we feel a sense of relief. It now proceeds to stop at every floor. This is a damn shopping mall! I just wanted a burger and a beer. Shoppers are jamming the elevator and don't take "we are full" for an answer. We finally make it to the top and have to walk past a dozen stores before seeing the gleaming lights of this bullshit knockoff bar and grill in a fucking shopping mall. So much for local ambiance. As we approach the door, we see a white sign stating "closed for a private event". Bastards. We have to take the slowest escalators ever down to the bottom just to escape this nightmare.

Yelp
I dined here with a large group of ten people. It's located at Water Tower Place, near the Magnificent Mile. They squeezed us into a booth, which we barely fit into. I don't know why they didn't just put some tables together, but at least we were all pretty close friends. I ordered the fish tacos and a cup of chili. My husband got the turkey burger with the bacon mac & cheese. The food was just okay - nothing to rave about. I guess I expected a little more for the price. It is a great location if you want to grab a bite to eat. However, the food was pretty slow in coming out, so I wouldn't dine here if you're in a rush. One cool thing that is included if you dine here is admission to the Chicago Sports Museum, which was pretty interesting. All in all, I don't think I'd go here again with the plethora of restaurants in the area.

Yelp
It was really cool place to visit since my kids love sports. Especially since when you eat here you get free tickets to the sports museum. The sport museum is really neat to visit to see. The food was pretty heavy. My salad dressing was so salty but they gave me extra salad mix to add on. My one son loved the grilled cheese. My vegan son felt the Brussels sprouts was too oily. This is really close to the John Hancock building and it's on the miracle mile. So once your parked it's a great place for families to have a simple lunch after shopping or visiting JH building and stop by the museum.

Yelp
Cool Chicago sports bar. They have a ton of memorabilia and posters, as well as lots of tvs to watch any game that's on. The staff was really nice and had great safety protocols in place. Prices are at a normal chicago price for lunch. But the reason they loose some stars for me is the food. Although it was ok, there was a lot of flavor missing from both of our meals. The Greek salad looks incredible when you get it, but the dressing tasted like it was only olive oil and the bowl was impossible to eat out of, my food kept falling out of it. And the burger was ok but pretty boring with lack of seasoning on it. And 4$ for a regular iced tea? All in all, it's an ok place for a quick bite but your better off going down to the cafeteria

Yelp
awesome bar, even though it's an italian steakhouse, would of thought to have a different bar menu. Great options and service.

Yelp
Mom and I happened to be at Watertower Place so I could take my Kirsten (American Girl doll) in for a cleaning and a hair styling. Our options were the food court and Harry Caray's 7th Inning Stretch. Since it was the middle of the day, there were not many people there and we were seated in the bar immediately. We chose to split two appetizers (calamari and the Nachos). Both were gigantic! The calamari had too many of the scary pieces (the ones that look like little squid) for my taste, but the pieces I could eat were delicious. The Nachos were gigantic and we took about half home. I know I'm a Sox fan, but I really do like this restaurant. I highly recommend!

Yelp
As an out of town guest I was really excited to try this place out. However I must say that my view of the city is better than the service at Harry Caray's. Our food was decent, the Southern Comfort burger with pimento cheese and a fried green tomato was awesome as was the Burnt City Lager, however the service was like the Chicago Cubs in the 1980's, average to below average at best. When we arrived and seated we had waters brought immediately and then nothing for 15 minutes. I called a manager over and he took our order and then the bartender came over and apologized saying he wasn't aware that we were his table. Fast Forward to the middle of meal, we ask for two Chicago brews, he gives his recommendation and then nothing. We finish our meal 10-15 minute after the order was placed and then he comes back to apologize and asks if we still want the brew... Dude if you are behind the bar stay and pour drinks, taking tables and pouring drinks aren't your thing. Maybe we need to look to the bullpen for some relief....

Yelp
UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! I was watching game 7 of the WORLD SERIES.....the WORLD SERIED GAME 7, bottom of the 4th! When out of nowhere the TVs cut off.....I thinking power outages.....instead this assistant general manager Jenny McKinney, came over and said she had to turn off the TVs.....now I understand if we where on our way out of the restaurant, but our food just arrived......YES we are still eating in the restaurant with the TVs off!!!! Did I mention, we were watching the WORLD SERIES GAME 7!!!!! Nevertheless we it took us another 30 mins to finish our meal, again with the televisions off!!! HOW RUDE CAN ONE HUMAN BEING BE!!! #gonationals

Yelp
Best burger I have ever had! It was the Holy Cow burger. A MUST try! Bartender had multiple tables and still did an amazing job! We were very impressed with the food and decor! Great place to go when in downtown Chicago!
