The wonderful folks here adjusted the bracelet on a G Shock watch that I already had very quickly for a great price. A few weeks later I decided to purchase my first automatic watch, and I was blown away by the quality of their service. Harry and the whole team were so attentive and helpful throughout the entire process and were able to order me the exact watch I wanted. Not only that but it arrived in less than a week! I am so very happy with my purchase and I cannot recommend them enough for all of your jewelry needs!

The staff was extremely helpful with my ring selection. I was so happy to have stopped in there. I’ve been looking for a beautiful ring in white gold with an unusual setting for a couple years now. I had no intention of buying any jewelry this day, I simply wanted to browse. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the wide selection of watches, specifically Seiko watches. Top notch experience - I got my ring resized after many years of not wearing it. I did not originally get my ring there but compared to jewelers I have seen in other areas, this one stood out. They were very knowledgeable and thorough. They seemed to care about getting the fit just right for me and not just checking the box to do the requested service, which I experienced at other places. Spoke to Michael on the phone, very pleasant and professional. When I went to the store, I received a friendly greeting, and was amazed of all the different jewelry in the store. I spoke to the manager and she checked my repair. I was given a very fair price to do the repair, I also spoke to the jeweler, he was very helpful and I felt confident he was going to do a good job. When I received the call it was done, I took my sister in law with me. When we saw the ring, it looked better than new! I will be bringing all my work to be done to this store. I had been to many jewelry stores in the area, they just don't know how to treat a customer. One store owner actually called and yelled at me. I hope he doesn't treat all his customers that way. Harry and Arpana are the best when it comes to purchasing engagement rings and other jewellery! They listened to what I wanted and what we were looking for and they also give is their honest opinion on what would be best! I can always count on coming back to Harry K, Jewelers and be able to know I am in good hands!

I had a simple ring sizing done and was happy with the results. To go down a size was $100 which is a little pricey for the very thin band but it was done well so I can't complain too much. I also wasn't called when the piece was done which was a little annoying. To have an expensive ring out without an update for a week plus is surprising. When I swung by to check on it they were apologetic that someone forgot to call. Overall, the staff is kind and I would recommend their services.

I was introduced to Harry K a few years ago. I LOVE jewelry and have found a great jeweler in Delaware! I've had a number of pieces made with family diamonds and have been thrilled! This is, by far, the best Jeweler we have used. Harry, a very creative and wonderful man, worked with us to create the engagement ring and wedding band of my dreams. We needed to incorporate my mother's and his grandfathers rings. Harry made amazing suggestions and we ended up with 2 unique and stunning rings. A piece of both rings were able to be part of the engagement setting. Today, 5 years later, we needed to have the rings fit tighter. I had lost weight but didn't trust a ring guard, like my local jewelers suggested. I waited till I could bring my special rings to their creator. They soldered the 2 rings together, Re-arodium, polished and refinished them. They looked brand new again. The entire staff is very smart, creative, warm and friendly. I am so happy and fortunate to have chosen Harry K. !!!

I went to this jeweler on the recommendation of a trusted friend and customer. She has been purchasing, making and modifying her jewelry for years at this store. She has wonderful taste and is meticulous, so I knew I could count on her referral. I wanted to have my 40 year old engagement ring reset. Aparna worked with me to come up with an elegant custom design that honored the original ring my husband purchased for me while giving it a fresh, updated look. I was so pleased with the finished product and will continue to shop at Harry K's for my jewelry needs. SIMPLY MARVELOUS!

I recently had a sapphire reset in my original engagement ring setting, and had it resized to give to my daughter. Harry K did a great job within the promised week time frame - the piece is beautiful. The price was a little higher than a quote I had received from a jeweler in NJ, but since moving to DE I wanted to have the work done here. ($480 vs $360). But because I didn't buy the original piece at Harry K, they wouldn't appraise the ring for my insurance, and wouldn't even recommend someone who would. I would have been happy to pay for the appraisal - I am accustomed to paying $100 for jewelry appraisal. This seems a bit short-sighted on their part, as I am in the market, (okay, the MOOD) to buy some emerald and/or sapphire earrings and I will look elsewhere to do so . . . probably from a jeweler who will appraise my ring.

We were looking for a new wedding band to go with a ring I had. I had gone to several jewelry stores with no luck. My neighbor recommended Harry K. I walked in and the first band they showed me was perfect! When asked what I was going to do with the diamonds in my previous ring, I said I didn't know. She said why don't we use them. I am not good at visualizing so I asked to see examples. I was scared I would not like it, but I took a leap of faith. I absolutely love my new ring! Their work is outstanding! I picked up the ring on a Saturday. The band fit perfectly, but the new ring was the wrong size. They resized it on a weekend by the next day. If you want a unique ring that no one has, go to Harry K Jewelry, you will not be disappointed!

We had an excellent sales experience with Harry K, right on the Rehoboth Boardwalk! It started with casual ring shopping last Sunday to picking up (without her) the engagement ring today! Then, just hours later asking my best friend to marry me right there in front of our girls, during family pictures. Thank you, Harry K Jewelry!

I was at a conference last week in RB and noticed my Movado watch was slowly losing time. My hotel recommended Harry K Jewelers on the Boardwalk. It was a beautiful shop with friendly people...until they weren't. I told them about my watch issue and assumed it was a battery issue. The jeweler replaced the battery but I could see he was really struggling and using a lot of force to replace the back of the watch. I asked about this and weas told it was quite normal. After about 2 hours I noticed it was still not keeping time. The jeweler checked the battery and said the battery was fine and there must be something wrong in the movement. Once again I could him applying a lot of force to close the back. After this attempt it did not work at all. When I approached Harry with my concerns he blew me off. Everyone else in the store gave me the cold shoulder, and I could see no-one wanted to contradict Harry. I have since taken it to a Movado licensed repair center who confirmed that the back had been improperly reset and it has caused a lot of damage. The technician noted they see this quite often, although Harry would deny that. Just waiting for the repair bill now. Terrible customer service!! Do not shop here.

My fiance decided to visit Zales to have an estimate on resizing an engagement ring and acquire a ring-guard. The salesperson was clearly disappointed that we weren't there for diamonds or otherwise and couldn't wait to see us out. This was after my fiance explained that the engagement ring was an antique, whereby the salesperson instructed us to go to Claire's. Who does that? For the spacer alone we were instructed it would be $20, which we had to then ask her to install (begrudgingly so, I might add). Didn't size us, didn't care. Maybe if we were there to buy a ring it would have been different, but that calls into question the genuineness of their folks. As a contrast, we were in Rehoboth Beach six months later at Harry K's jewelry on the boardwalk (yes, a boardwalk jewelry store) to have the spacer replaced, after the loosely installed bit from Zales came apart. Not only were we greeted with smiles and a genuine desire to assist, but we were only charged $5 for a spacer that we didn't have to ask to have installed. The gentleman also sized her finger to ensure the spacer was the correct fit, AND he complimented the antique and polished it for no charge. We will be returning to Harry K's in the future. Seem silly to cry over a $20 service? Well consider for $20 at Zales we were made to feel like we were in the wrong place, where for $5 at Harry K's they earned a new customer.

Had a great experience here. I was able to get my wedding band resized within 24 hours. Because of the design of my band, the finish came out a little different than it was before it was resized, but they were able to fix it for me in about five minutes when I showed them the issue. Very friendly and they make a massive selection. I'll definitely be going back.

My boyfriend and I were visiting Rehoboth Beach for vacation when we stumbled into Harry K's. While I had already given him some ideas for ring choices, I couldn't help but take a peek at all of the shiny goodness. Our salesman Jim was super helpful and gave us time and space to look at some settings. During this time my boyfriend was able to remind me that none of what I was looking at matched what I had told him previously. I honestly didn't expect to find a setting that I absolutely loved right there on the boardwalk, but nothing that I had seen so far even compared. We took time to talk it over during dinner and never felt the least bit pressured to return. However, we did return and this time sat down with Harry himself. He was so helpful and fun to speak with. He taught us so much about diamonds and how he creates his pieces. It really was an overall memorable experience. We left with the most gorgeous engagement ring less than 24 hours later. My boyfriend even said given his many experiences in the past few weeks with jewelers, this was by far his best. We highly recommend Harry K's to anyone looking for a genuine, passionate, and knowledgeable jeweler. We know we'll be back as we've already talked about purchasing our wedding bands from him. On our first visit we met Harry who was very pleasant. He ordered us two custom wedding bands. I was having my engagement ring resized at the same time so we left it with them. We received a call it was ready about 4 Weeks later and made our way back to pick up. There they handed me my engagement ring and wedding band in a plastic bag. I was disappointed it wasn't in a box after spending 3k but I let it go and asked where my husbands ring was and they scrambled and said oh it's not ready we will call you when it is. So we get a call but in the meantime I notice my ring still feels very large and I began to question if my engagement ring was ever resized. We get a call that his ring is ready and while we are there they measure my engagement ring and it had never been resized. So I went without it for weeks and they never touched it. But still charged me for the resize. So they say they will resize it and of course the engagement ring for my husband is completely rose gold. Not the white gold we ordered and that's on the paperwork. So we leave the rings AGAIN to be fixed. I would like to note at no point did anyone apologize for any of this. We had them specifically note to not mess up the engraving on my engagement ring when they do the resize. Of course when we go back my engraving is gone and the owners wife was trying to argue with me that an engraving was never purchased. But it was already on my ring before I ever brought it to Harry k. and they removed it. We had to show images of the original purchase to prove they messed it up even though it's noted in their paperwork to not mess it up. I was so hurt I want to cry writing this review. Just go anywhere but here it's not worth it.

Very huge selection, great prices, quality jewelry and the staff is amazing. Harry himself is so knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend this place, and if you don't find what you're looking for they will custom build anything to your liking.

I go visit Harry (the owner) every year, and am always impressed with the quality of his jewelry. He just remodeled to add more of his own designs. He's at the end of the boardwalk and it's easy to miss him, but someone recommended that we visit his store, and I'm glad we did. I've bought several pieces from there, and the prices range from cute souvenir to serious jewelry shopper. I tend to be the latter, and really seek out great deals. I get a fair price and appreciate the care he takes with his designs. The website needs a lot of work - doesn't really show you much. That is disappointing since I live out of state. However, it's worth going by if you are in the area.

We were looking for unique clean modern hip platinum wedding bands and after 6 months of looking we did not find anything that we wanted to wear forever. When we stepped into Atlantic Jewelry we found that Harry (owner) had a Harry K line that could be customized for us. Here is what we like about this line - it has the European shank which is not as common and it keeps the ring from spinning, the price point was very competitive and we loved the gold and diamond chip insert on the interior of the ring. My fiancé and I shopped for a setting for a diamond left to her by her great-grandmother. After checking out options in stores all over the mid-Atlantic, we found the design and the service we needed here. Harry and his team have been extremely helpful, both in making sure our rings were ready for our wedding, but also in helping us resolve sizing issues that cropped up. Some people's finger change size with the seasons - who knew? We'd buy from them again very happily!

Best jewelry store around, hands down. We are from New York, and I order all my jewelry from them. Even over the phone, Karen P. gave us the same personal attention that she gave us in the store. The best part is within 2 days our purchase arrived. I am a customer for life.

This was one of the few places I found in the area that could resize and clean my heirloom engagement ring within a few hours, instead of having to send it out. I thought taking a ring size down from a 9 to a 4 might be a challenge but they had no problems with it and it came back looking gorgeous. The pricing was very reasonable too. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service!

Before you make a purchase here, think twice. They have a massive inventory but looks are deceiving. I have been buying jewelry for many years and have never had such a bad experience. I feel Atlantic Jewelry misled me, I was overcharged and got an inferior ring. I initially had a bad feeling, I should have followed my instincts and walked out without committing to this overpriced ring .
