If you are looking for a romantic dinner don’t hesitate to brook a table here. Toward the sunset it’s simply amazing with the perfect atmosphere and beautiful light. Extremely welcoming and relaxing location. The food is very good even if bit too salty considering also how much dishes cost. But probably it was just a case. Prepare to spend a lot but you can also share the dishes because quantities are very good. Very very nice.

I went here expecting great food and service which at 100+ euro a person, I’d expect. I had reservation already and misspoke the word “prenotazione.” The server corrected me and made me wait even more. Once seated, no one came back for 20+ mins. Tables with later arriving guests came and had water, bread and drinks prior to even a waiter coming back. My wife had to go to the restaurant and ask for a waiter back. Waiter was not friendly and everything was just dropped off hurriedly and left. I requested more water multiple times and server never brought water. I wanted to try multiple dishes to share and the waiter appeared annoyed that i didn’t order more courses. FYI the carpaccio that I read they “invented” is a 3.5/5. The Bellini which I heard they also invented is not worth 30 euros. I will say the pasta I got with baked cheese on top was great. Often times for restaurants like this, the service can make up for a lot. In this case, it was very poor. Next to our table were guests from Jeff bezos wedding and they were famous. They got all the attention with staff coming back and forth. The rest of the regular peons there were ignored.

High-end, exquisite, charming, traditional, luxurious, infamous, high-class and more. Meals are very fresh and almost simple, can't miss the cake and the Bellini of course. Outside seating áreas have a stunning view, the only thing is that this side of the island will never really be in sunlight in the afternoon, which then again makes it less hot for the summer months. Service very good and polite. The only let-down are the toilets, there is one of each and they are rather 'tired'. Thumbs up, highly recommended

We visited Harry’s Dolci in Venice for what we hoped would be a refined aperitivo experience, but it was a major disappointment. Despite the Cipriani name, the service and setting fell far short of expectations. We were seated at a table that was bare—no tablecloth, no placemats, and to make it worse, it was dirty and wet, while the restaurant side was freshly set. Especially in Italy, aperitivo culture is very diffused, even more so in Venice. When we asked for two cocktails and a few snacks, we were told the kitchen was still closed— at 7pm—and all they could offer were some olives. The cocktails arrived in tiny glasses with mediocre presentation, and the waiter simply dropped them off without a word, no explanation or confirmation. For a place under the Cipriani brand, the lack of care, atmosphere, and basic hospitality was shocking. We left feeling greatly disappointed. This was far from the elevated experience one might expect—more careless than classy.

As always absolutely amazing! The location is on a cute and small island overlooking the Venetian skyline. It is right by the water. The service was very nice- friendly and fast. We had two of the meringue deserts and they were both exceptional.

Pleasant canalside restaurant with the Cipriani name. Food was pleasant and service was good. The exceptional dishes were the tuna tartare and the Chilean Cod. Daniela was an incredible trilingual waitress speaking Mandarin, English and Italian. The front of house was exceptionally helpful with our reservation. The rest of the waiting staff were pleasant. The baked taglioni were nice but very bland and not exceptional as the price tag would suggest. Leave room for dessert, the meringue cake was great! 100 Euros a head without any drinks as we didn't consume any alcohol.

Great hospitality but service is VERY slow. I understand that though since it’s Venice and it’s limited. It’s expensive but a good date night spot. $28 euros for every dish. $60 euros for steak and fries. Beautiful view and pro tip: you should dress up for this place!

We came here for food expecting it to be tasty and high end due to the price but instead got food that was worth no more than a 10er. Flavour of the food wasn't great. The best thing about here would be the nice view beside the water so if you are planning on coming here, have a glass of wine or coffee I wouldn't recommend food .

Big mistake. Went there with a group of 10 and the prices were beyond absurd. The service was absolutely pathetic. Not once did the waiter come to our table and pour water after the initial pour. The drinks were small and overpriced. The food was mediocre for what you paid for. You honesty get better food at the Olive Garden than you do at this place. I asked the waiter 2x for red pepper flakes but he never brought them. No one finished their meals, not because there was too much food, but because it was just not good. Time for desert. Really? 28 euros for 2 scoops of ice cream. They do have a 5 euro charge per guest as a service charge. There was a huge group of approximately 36 people that appeared to be a company function. Once they came in the service got much worse as their attention turned from other other patrons to the group. We left and decided that the best way to handle this debacle was to never speak of it again. The venue is beautiful but so is hooters...

Make sure you keep the menu to keep track of prices. Once they give you the check they will add on extra euros and think you don't notice.

wir haben leider eine unbegreiflich hohe Rechnung erhalten. Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe hier, dehald durften wir nur Menü bestellen, dabei ist eine Rechnung von 230€ pro Person herausgekommen. Unabgesprochen... wir hatten keinen Einfluss auf die Auswahl der Gerichte und erhielten bloss eine Vorspeisr Hauptspeise und Ein Stückchen Kuchen. Schade... 70€ pro Gericht entsprach leider nicht im Ansatz den Gerichten und/oder unseren Vorstellungen

Very good meringue cake! The pastas were all tasty and the ambience next to the canal was spectacular!

we have been eating at Harrys Dulce near Hilton this week Andrea and Sebastiano have been awesome Mahalo nui loa from Hawaii Tell Carla that the old travel industry had an expression: Orchid and / or Onion letters hopefully to a Corporate CEO who has empathy ....This is an "orchid". for Andrea and Sebastiano at Harrys Dulce... for their awesome service and thoughtfulness to this mature gent o10 June 2019 Had managed several organizations before becoming a reluctant hotelier in Hawaii. Client service is always a tough challenge; in America it has become non existent commodity in many businesses. Repeat, this is an orchid letter! A well deserved one. It is always a pleasure in any walk of life or endeavor to see professionalism demonstrated. Especially the custom made world where this gent had been a touch skeptical.... People say the world is getting soft in mind and body. We will remain loyal clients because of this level of service, mahalo. PT 29

Phenomenal carpaccio. Excellent meal and superb service make for a memorable dining experience at Harry's Dolci.

We had our wedding lunch & reception here after having got married at Palazzo Cavalli (overlooking the Canal Grande and the Rialto Bridge). We were sitting outside by the water in the beautiful sunshine. Started with Bellinis and then everyone ordered what they liked. Excellent food and champagne & wine. And superb service. My wife was even dancing around with "the Harry", Mr. Arrigo Cipriani, the famous owner. Made our wedding day a super memorable day! Highly recommended!

Have to the scene is nice but the food is ok. Bill was €153!!!! Water €7, and the dishes were way over price €47 for rice pilaf and 8 shrimp. Never again

What a meal! The best place I have eaten in my ten trips to Venice. Go. You will love the food, the ambience and the wonderful service. They fitted us in on their most crowded Biennale Friday night. Lovely people with fantastic food. So Go!

Never again. Horrific service. Maitre D training everyone there. Wine never replenished. Order taken while directing others. Food here has never been the highlight since it was always location and view but when service is rushed and inefficient and the pricing remains astronomical you have to say Basta
