Hamburger Stan opens in Chicago’s Revival Food Hall | Eater Chicago

"Inside Revival Food Hall, this retro-style, unfussy throwback to classic fast food focuses on griddle-cooked, custom-blended smash burgers and hand-cut fries. Menu highlights include a signature double-stacked burger made with two three-ounce patties, a single-patty version, and a meat-free Impossible Burger option; burgers are served with American cheese, white onions, pickles and a tangy house sauce on a bun. A grilled chicken sandwich features a pickle-brined breast with lettuce, tomato and herb mayo (bacon available for an extra $2). Dessert and drink offerings lean nostalgic — chocolate, vanilla and strawberry milkshakes, draft root beer floats, fudgey brownies, plus root beer, lemonade, iced tea and fountain drinks. Founded by Jared Leonard as his second location after Denver and complementing his Budlong chicken spots, the operation is a five-month pop-up with daily hours from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., burgers priced around $8, and potential plans to expand into a standalone Chicago space if the Revival location proves popular." - Naomi Waxman

Impossible cheeseburger was mind blowing. Tasted like how I wish a vegan whopper would taste and the presentation was wonderful. Reminded me of In n Out. Highly recommend.

The service is fantastic. I’ve gone twice this week and the front people (cashiers) are wonderful. The food is delicious. Their hamburgers are as good as any high-end restaurant. The fries are so tasty. Warning, if you order fries, plan on eating every last French fry. :) A great restaurant in a comfortable food court.

Harry’s Hamburgs is a solid spot if you’re craving a classic, no-nonsense burger done right. I got the double cheeseburger with grilled onions and a side of fries—simple, juicy, and packed with that old-school griddle flavor. The bun was soft but held up, and they didn’t skimp on the cheese. Also tried the onion rings, which were crispy and fresh, not that frozen stuff. Spent about $18 for everything, and it was well worth it. Fast service, friendly folks behind the counter, and just a good, honest burger joint—definitely coming back!

Solid spot for a quick bite in the Loop. Grabbed the Mushroom Magic Burger—juicy patty, sautéed mushrooms, and that garlic aioli hit just right. Fries were crisp, and the strawberry lemonade was refreshing. Spent around $20. Only knock is the wait during lunch rush, but worth it if you're not in a hurry.

I ate at the burrito place yesterday next door and it was great. I just ordered a burger bowl and it may be the worst think I've ever spent money on. Firstly it's not a burger bowl, but a bowl of salad with half a diced cucumber and tomato. Finally they smashed a patty and cheese into the Tupperware while forgetting the sauce. My issue is nothing was mixed which is the purpose of the bowl. I would have gladly gotten a salad"bed" instead of a full bowl just to be able to eat it without it falling out. For future sake mix it up. Worst ever, work construction and my whole crew is trashing the place. False advertisement.

One of the best burgers in Chicago! The fries are very delicious and so is their lemondade.

They know what they’re doing over at Harry’s. The quality of food and the service make this place a 10/10. Such friendly staff. My personal favorite is the Salmon Burger. The special sauce is delicious.

Placed a large lunch order at work & couldn’t be happier. The veggie patty was SOOO good, nice and juicy. :) Guac, chips & salsas were mouth watering!

Yelp
It's located in the Sterling Food Hall which I go to from time to time when I'm working downtown and every time I've been it's been too early to try until yesterday. Went in around 11am on a Thursday and they were open, so I decided to get a double cheeseburger combo meal that comes with fries/drink, plus bacon with all the toppings(LTO), garlic dijonaise sauce, my choice of pepper jack cheese, on a brioche bun. Service is friendly, you find your seat and the wait was about 5-7 minutes. It's definitely a solid burger with quarter pound patties and the quality of everything was good from the nice cut of bacon, very good sauce, to the soft bun but it was missing something. What you get for the price is what is lacking. I thought the overall flavor of what I ordered was just ok but the fries had a nice seasoning and were similar to McDonald's fries. They do have a variety of other burger options to try and have wings too, which I'd come to try out next time. Depends on the time of day if the food hall is busy and I'd say 11am is a good time to come check out and see if this place can be a go-to for you.

Yelp
My parents and I stopped in while exploring downtown and it was the perfect meal to sit down, relax, and catch up. Their menu has some classic burgers, chicken sandwiches, wings, and speciality items. Everything we had was pretty good, I would stop in again if I'm in the area. My only suggestion is adding something sweet to the menu :)

Yelp
Definitely not my first time. It took months for me to find this space again. The food is amazing, service outstanding and the space welcoming. I laugh everytime I come because the word "wings" is extremely small on the sign. They are really good and well seasoned. Today, I arrived really late but they were still serving. I was super excited. I feel a few wings is a great start to anew year and return to the of

Yelp
Sterling Food Hall offers a fantastic selection of places to eat, and front and center is Harry's Hamburgs--a go-to spot for a satisfying meal. You truly can't go wrong with any of their menu items, but my favorite? The turkey burger. It's huge, juicy, and absolutely delicious. And don't forget the fries! Whether you're grabbing food to go or settling in at a high-top, the service is always warm and incredibly helpful when choosing the perfect bite.

Yelp
Looks like a new place (or rebrand) in what is now formally no longer the Revival Food Hall. I really enjoyed their fries. They are shoestring with a super flavorful seasoning. Perfectly cooked. The burger was okay - perhaps a little too much bread on the pretzel roll that it was hard to taste the beef and other ingredients. Service was excellent - speedy and friendly. I will be back.

Yelp
I ordered the bacon Gouda burger with fries and it was good. It was served on a pretzel burger. I liked that the burger wasn't thick.

Yelp
fries were good, but that was all I was able to eat since they didn't get my order correct. due to allergies, I was forced to throw the burger away on my to go order

Yelp
got a burger bowl. it was just horrible. it was just a chewy, unseasoned burger slapped on top of some lettuce and cucumbers. the chipotle aioli was definitely just thousand island dressing. 0/10 would NOT recommend.
