Hart House

First time at hart house and it was GREAT! I’ve been wanting to come by since they opened but we don’t live in LA so it’s tough to get to. I was SOOOO excited, and it did not disappoint. This location was super clean, and very cute in the inside. The guy at the front was super helpful and had good recommendations (I wish I remember his name)- and the food was great. I love to be able to have vegan options, and I really enjoyed what I had. I would definitely go here again- and I wish they’d open up more locations!!

I really enjoyed the food. It's a refreshing change from any meat based fare. I had the deluxe chicken sandwich, twisted tots, and a hibiscus lemonade. Loved the crunch of the kale slaw with pickles on my sandwich, and the twisted tots were yumazing! My hibiscus lemonade was light and not too sweet. Service was warm and friendly, interior is neat and cozy, restrooms are clean, unisex, with very modern faucets; It's all about the little touches. You're in for a treat. I'd recommend to a friend. Oh, and I'm loving the Hart themed logo and adverts. Happiness 😊

As a vegan food enthusiast, I was excited to try out Hart House, a vegan fast food restaurant that had garnered some positive buzz. However, my visit left much to be desired. Firstly, the ambiance was lacking. The seating area felt cramped and uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere was uninspiring. It didn't feel like a welcoming place to enjoy a meal. Moving on to the food, I found the options to be limited and unimpressive. The menu seemed promising at first glance, but the actual dishes fell short of expectations. The flavors were bland and lacked creativity. It felt like the kitchen was playing it safe rather than pushing the boundaries of vegan cuisine. Additionally, the prices were unjustifiably high considering the quality of the food. I don't mind paying a premium for delicious vegan fare, but the lackluster offerings at Hart House simply didn't warrant the cost. Service-wise, it was a mixed bag. While some staff members were friendly and attentive, others seemed indifferent and disinterested in providing a positive customer experience. Overall, my visit to Hart House was underwhelming. From the lackluster ambiance to the uninspired menu and mediocre food quality, it failed to live up to the hype. I won't be returning anytime soon and would caution others against expecting a memorable dining experience here.

Staff can be a little more attentive and nicer. I sat for a while in the drive through at the order spot waiting for someone to engage to even order. Had to literally driver around the corner to order at the window since no one was responding. Food was good. I love the burgers. The nuggets fall short… love a short king but not a short nugget. The nuggets are small and left much to desire to say the least. Would recommend everything else though.

If you haven’t tried Hart House, definitely go try. I wanted something different for lunch and I had just remembered that Hart House was open for business. The establishment itself is very nice well-kept, and the decor is simple yet appealing. The staff was very nice and very helpful when I was ordering. I ordered a hot chicken sandwich and an eight piece chicken nugget with a vanilla milkshake and fries. Everything was surprisingly delicious. Even the sauces that you can choose from. I tried three and they were all great. It is a little pricey for a fast food place however because you are getting healthy, it makes sense. I would definitely recommend this place to other people even if you’re not a vegan try it, you won’t be disappointed. Make sure you always keep an open mind.

My wife was so excited to go here, but just like the review from Vince below, the food was just deep fried, all the paper that the burgers were wrapped in were just soaking up the excessive grease. Just looking at the "chicken" patties, they look greasy. Maybe you got a new cook or something, we were there on March 9, 2024 around 3 pm. Also, you can see where the edges of the buns were burned. See the burger with one piece of lettuce, maybe 5 pieces would have looked and tasted better.

It does what a fast food restaurant should do! Greasy, tasty, flavorful and convenient filling food 😍👏🏻 I really liked the kale in my burger too. Nice touch.

Burger is good. But I prefer meat based for the same price. But, the soda here is unique and taste awesome. So surprised and will come back for the custom soda!
