Great experience at pickup! The lady at the check-in counter was super nice and friendly. She even gave me a bunch of waffle samples to try — they were delicious! Got loaded within an hour, everything went smooth. Really appreciate the good service!

They take a long to time to load Freight shipping out on semi trucks you could be here for up to 4 hours so make sure you have plenty of fuel in you truck so you can be comfortable and something to eat.

super friendly staff , super fast loading in 30 minutes, i check in 1 pm my appointment was 3 pm they will take you if ypu come early 1:45 pm i get my paperwork

The staff is friendly, polite and professional. Also very helpful. Was running a little late cause of accident traffic and stuck 2 miles away, called and spoke with miss Liz, very polite and understanding. Told me not to worry about it and she would let the warehouse mng know. They only have 1 door for receiving but they are fast and professional. Everyone I had contact with was so polite and helpful. I'll deliver here anytime they need me to. Alot of other companies need to take lessons from this company.

5-17-2024 ( OTR) No overnight parking!! Appointment was for 1400. I got there at 8:00 am. No problem ! Was gone by 9:00am!! Thank you!

Only 2 doors (docks) for shipping and receiving. A bit of a small lot..w 2 trucks in docks and 1 more waiting...is a total mess for sure. Chekin lady was nice. After getting door assigned...back in...do not open ur doors yet....they will come out n let u know when to open ur trailer doors. Pre-cool to -10. 11am appmt...arrived at 10:20am. Left at 2:10pm.
