Unique tasting experience. The restaurant is small(about 8 seats) and everyone is served the same dish at a time. The core of tasting are regional and seasonal fruits from japan which are presented at the start.
Each dish has a motive, core ingredient and multiple textures. Lots of simple dishes executed well, lots of japanese-european fusion concept wise. There is an optional tea or wine pairing with the desserts.
The chef has worked and trained in italian restaurants and she works majestically infront of the guests to prepare the next dessert. The descriptions and presentations are quite detailed and the chef goes through the effort to also translate everything to english.
