"Dessert prix fixe by a restaurant pâtissière. Named after the owner, ‘Haruka’ comes from ‘fragrance of spring’, expressing her desire to move guests’ souls. Generous portions of fresh fruits from producers throughout Japan brighten the palate, with a vegetable dish served between the dessert courses. Each item is a work of delicate beauty, honouring the aesthetic heritage of the chef’s sculptor father and art lecturer mother." - Michelin Inspector
I was there last week. Chefs chooses peach as the key elements on the tasting menu. I don’t speak Japanese but it doesn’t stop me to enjoy their excellence hospitality. Presentation and all tablewares are fabulous. I was pretty full before I head to the venue and I was still really enjoyed all the desserts there. I would definitely wanna come back and try their creation in another season

Truly amazing desert omakase restaurant that opened just a few months ago and is still under radar: go there quickly before they get 1 (or 2) Michelin star.s (or reservations will be mission impossible). Innovative, incredibly tasty and poetic
