Worst ramen I’ve ever had sadly. It literally tasted like noodles in lightly salted milk. No good flavor to the broth. The buns were mid. Not worth the price. As for the service it was basically non existent which is surprising since it’s such a small place. Not many tables to attend to. They forgot to bring several things I asked for and never checked on us. Had to wave them down finally to get what I need. The women waitresses aren’t the friendliest. All in all crap experience. I remember the one in Carlsbad being much better.

Love this place and can't wait to return. Ambitious menu with unique flavor profiles. The character buns are tasty and so cute. Mamas fries are yummy and after you dip a fry in the sauce make sure to tap the plate to pick up more of the dry ingredients. I also enjoyed the cucumber noodle salad. I can't wait to try more dishes on this menu especially the ramen and noodle dishes. Fun, playful place where your stomach will enjoy every dish. Staff is very kind, friendly and attentive.

We had chicken katsu, High Noon ramen, and buns. I absolutely loved the chicken katsu — it was super crispy and flavorful, and the katsu sauce was really tasty. The ramen was spicy, rich, and full of flavor — definitely something I’d try again. The buns were so cute and colorful, with a mild sweetness that balanced everything out nicely. The service was good too — the staff was friendly and our food came pretty fast. Overall, it was a fun first try at Japanese food, and I’d love to go back and try more dishes!

Tried the character cow buns, so cute and good too! The yakisoba and harumama ramen was delicious as well! I would go back and try some other dishes next time! 😋

Got a seat here pretty quickly on a Sunday evening. The food was good and service was great! The waitress was nice and attentive. The restaurant was very nice looking inside and was honestly not loud at all. I was shocked there were a few times when suddenly the restaurant fell silent; I LOVE that because I'm sensitive to noise. The only issue I ran into was that the larger stall in the women's restroom has a broken lock; it looks like it works perfectly, but if someone just barely pushes the door in, it flies open while you are on the toilet...I know from experience. I even tested it over and over afterward, and the lock is totally useless. I did let a staff member know.

The food was good. I had the crispy chickie. The broth was the best thing. The chicken katsu was a bit salty. The noodle texture was too soft for my liking. The animal themed baos are more for the aesthetic. Flavor wise there is not much to them.

We love the Harumama chain as a whole, but this location is unfortunately not on the same level as the other locations we frequent. Many times we have been disappointed with our service. More often than not, things we want are 'not available at the moment' even though its still earlier in the day. 'Our drink machine is down'. Last visit, not only was our order wrong, but our food came out at completely different times. I get a few minutes, but when 1/4 of your party is done eating before the rest of your party even gets their food, thats just disappointing. While we will still be frequenting their other locations, we will likely no longer come to this one unless its just to grab some Bao Buns... if they have them available next time that is...
