"While you might not typically gravitate to a Harvey Nichols in Asia, there’s a lot here that you can’t get back in London (or in the U.S. for that matter). While they’ve bought deep into labels like Victoria Beckham and 3.1 Phillip Lim, we were most enthralled with the labels from China, Japan, and Singapore, which we had never seen before. Ultimately, it’s an amazing store for discovering new talent. There's also a location in Pacific Place."

Harvey Nichols is a British based luxury department store which presently has two places here in Hong Kong, one at Pacific Place (Admiralty) and this place at Landmark Atrium (Central) along Queen's Road Central. They are open from 11am to 8pm daily and focus on designer brand name fashion, clothing, accessories, jewellery, cosmetics and beauty products. The Landmark based Harvey Nichols used to have a fourth floor cafe but that has long been closed to make room for more retail space. Harvey Nichols puts together some of the most genuinely creative and interesting window displays year round. It is a nice to pass by and see particularly around Christmas time each year for this purpose as well.

Shopping in landmark Harvey Nichols is a joy. The floor space is wide and goods are properly display. The sales staff are very patient with you and let you try on various things so that you are satisfied with your purchase. Very relaxing way of shopping.

Really bad experience… Very pushy and manipulative sales team. Firstly they told me the price of my piece was lower than it actually was. Then they revealed the price very discreetly right when they already had the card.. they made the transaction and then told me that they won’t be accepting any returns.. all in all, the collection was good but the experience was terrible

Waited for more than 15mins to pick up a small order, no one was stationing the card counter yet every staff in the store is simply wandering around.

Always like walking around at the Harvey Nichols, as they do have some very interesting brands and clothing. During the sale period, they do offer a good discount, and normally up to 70% off towards the end of the sale.

Good collections and good discounts sometimes... but sales people are really manipulative, pushing you to buy things, even when it is clearly not your size they would LIE and tell you it is.. terrible

Online ordering from Australia is a nightmare. 2 hours wasted. Looks like my order has now been cancelled. I'll try Lane Crawford next time.
