I went to Hasaki yesterday for a full body whitening service. The original price was 1,500,000 VND, but since it was my first time, they gave me a discount—so I paid 1,000,000 VND for body whitening and 600,000 VND for face whitening. The consultant confidently told me that I would see instant results, going 1–2 shades whiter immediately. She also mentioned that the effect would last about a month. I was fine with that, as I have a tan skin tone and wanted lighter skin.
However, after the entire process, there was no visible change at all—my skin didn’t even go half a shade lighter. I feel completely scammed. I would have understood if they had said multiple sessions were required or if additional services were needed, but the consultant insisted I would see results immediately.
I had high expectations for Hasaki since it’s supposed to be one of the best spas, but this experience was a total disappointment. My skin actually looks better when I exfoliate and apply lotion at home. This was a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend their whitening services to anyone with a tanner skin tone.
To make matters worse, when I went to speak to the consultant about the results, she was nowhere to be found. The staff member who performed the service was gone too. There was literally no one to talk to, so I had no choice but to leave.
