Hasan Deniz restaurant

One of my most favorite lifetime memories is here. Tasty food! Outstanding environment! Wonderful staff! Incredible environment!

The food at this restaurant is excellent, with a delightful selection of dishes. However, it is important to note that the prices are relatively high compared to other dock restaurants in Turkey. We arrived with a 45-foot catamaran and were fortunate to find a spot near the restaurant. We had a well-prepared dinner for six people, featuring fish, seafood, mezets, and wine, which amounted to 8500 TL. Considering the additional costs of water and electricity, the total bill came to around 300 euros. Despite the prices, I highly recommend this place as it offers a truly enjoyable dining experience.

The place itself is nice, the same as the other restaurants in the small enclave. We moored our boat and they helped with the mooring. All good until dinner when they had a small “maybe my mathematics” error. But totally said without showing surprise or a sign of being sorry for giving us a bill of 8280 which when we added up came to just above 6000… given there are plenty of other places I would avoid this one. Watermelon also they then tried to charge 800 lira for then said, oh well we can do 500.

It’s really authentic and lovely. Hassan and Deniz are very polite and friendly. To stay here for one night was the best decision of our boat trip.

Gorgeous little spot overlooking the water, such a nice atmosphere and the owners were so friendly. They helped us moor up, gave us a lovely welcome, and looked after us all evening (they even turned off all the lights so we could watch the full moon rise over the island!). The whole family agreed it was the best meze we’ve had all holiday, and it was all very reasonably priced. Would definitely come back here and recommend it for anyone else looking to moor up and eat somewhere in Kalekoy!

Really nice atmosphere and food. The amazing waiters brought 6 of us on a 2 hour boat trip after our lunch break. A really beautiful experience with local insights.
