We needed something to eat quickly before we had to switch hotels, and we found Hash House A Go Go, located at the LINQ next to Harrah's on the Strip. I was pleased with the selection on the menu that allowed me to live my best life. After some deliberation and a period of deduction, I decided on Andy's Sage Fried Chicken Benedict with a side of Bacon, Bacon, Bacon, washing it all down with their Dublin Cream Cold Brew.
My Andy's Sage Fried Chicken Benedict was very good with a healthy heaping of the fried chicken, smothered in chipotle cream and served with fresh spinach, hickory-smoked bacon, market tomato, griddled mozzarella, and scrambled eggs. The biscuit it was served on was good with the griddled mashed potatoes, but not the best biscuit that I have had. The Bacon Bacon Bacon hit in a special way, rubbed in brown sugar, HH seasoning, and black pepper. I devoured that one with glee. The Dublin Cream Cold Brew was good because it contained Bailey's.
The service was solid while we were there. Considering we were trying to order and eat fast and then split back to the hotel room to grab our stuff, we made pretty good time for sure. It was also fun to access the restaurant via its own set of narrow and fun escalators.
