"After a spring and summer of donating family meals on Fridays out of its original Sahara Avenue location, Hash House A Go Go gets set to open its sixth Las Vegas area location in December. The newest location, in the works since February, takes over the former Islands Restaurant location at the Shoppes at Canyon Pointe in Summerlin. By the middle of December, fans of the massive dishes breakfast favorites the restaurant is known for serving, will be able to dine on oversized servings of flapjacks and waffles, sage fried chicken and waffles, scrambles, and hashes, along with the restaurant’s twisted versions of burgers. Owner and CEO Jim Nyberg says the restaurant will create 75 jobs, with room for 150 diners in the 5,339 square-foot space. Once open, the restaurant will serve brunch daily from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner from 5 to 8 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Customers can pick up orders through a separate entrance, or have food delivered." - Susan Stapleton

Great experience - my first visit to Hash House a Go-Go on Charleston Blvd! I ate every bite of my "Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich!" The cucumber creamy salad dressing was the bomb atop crisp lettuce, our meat-lovers scramble was exploding with flavor and the hot almond milk latte pleased my taste buds. The friendly hostesses, cheerful decor and attentive servers Shane and Tony did not disappoint! I will be back! Second visit with giant portions was premium! Yum!

We've been wanting to try this place since our first Vegas trip years ago! So happy we finally made it to one. Idk about the others but this one in Summerlin doesn't have any crazy long lines or wait times. We were seated immediately in a generally sparse dining room. Service was friendly and fast. It was our first time, so we got the walk thru the menu. I remember it being generally friendly to gluten-free diets. That was for my wife. I was there to EAT! 😜💪 I made the mistake of ordering their "famous" pancake, which I didn't know was code for "biggest in the world". Seriously, check the photo. 2 scrambled eggs for measure. Everything was delicious. One of the better classic breakfast places we've been to off the strip. Prices were fair and we got to leave town with full, happy bellies.

Wow, maybe the best breakfast I've had out at a restaurant in a very long time! I had the tractor with 2 fries eggs, bacon and waffle. Y so had the same except he had the pancake instead of the waffle. All was amazing. The eggs were out of this world tasty. Pancake and waffles were huge. Highly recommend!

This was our first time here. My son wanted us to try it. The food portions were huge and very good. My husband didn't like the grilled mashed potatoes, but he is picky. Our server was amazing. In fact, all the staff was very nice. Make sure you come here hungry!

Heard so many great things about this restaurant, BUT I wasn't overly impressed with the food. Service was good, easy to make a reservation, prices were reasonable, portions were large, BUT the food quality and taste was over hyped. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate that they give big portions for a reasonable price, but my waffles were soggy, their signature dish (chicken and waffles) wasn't that great. The chicken was dry and I have had better elsewhere. They do have a good menu selection and i didn't try all of the other items, but you gotta get the signature dish right! So, I can only give 4 stars.

Ate there a few years ago and the service was much better. I do not blame the staff currently there, they were over whelmed because of being short staffed and in the kitchen as well. The food was ok. Had the PotPie. One friend had the corned beef hash and was overly salty. Other friend had the French toast, again just ok. One would have to be a glutton to really enjoy the large portions. IMO because of short staffing, I would trim the menu and seats available. Reason being that I watched about 4 plates (not from our table) being sent back for correction. I rather see quality over quantity and lose business.

So happy they opened a Hash House a Go Go near me. The food was amazing and our server was great! I ordered biscuits and gravy that came with eggs. I love mine scrambled. Husband got the sage fried chicken and eggs which he thought was delicious. Portions are so large we have enough for dinner too. And for fun he ordered a Budweiser in a bag. Refreshing! Highly recommended.

If you like quantity not quality then this is the place for you! I Ordered the Kokomo sandwich the Meatloaf was very dry and tough and the Milk Bread was on the sweet side not for me… should be more savory not sweet! My husband ordered eggs with avocado & bacon the potatoes were over cooked and my husband said he could not even taste the egg or bacon as the avocado over powered them. (See photo) You can get better food elsewhere, sorry! I gave 2 stars because our server Brooklyn was nice!
