Every piece of nigiri was really good, so was the rice which was perfectly seasoned. The caramelised ankimo/monkfish liver was to die for. Really enjoyed that, wish I had a bigger piece but I would love to go back for it again. Pacing of each course was perfect.
The Polaroid and handwritten card at the end of the dinner was such a cute personal touch.
Loved the interior, it almost felt like a cave without giving anyone claustrophobia. Would probably place this as my second favourite omakase in Singapore.
