My first visit to Hashida and it was a pity that Chef Hashida was not around. Instead, we tried his understudy’s food.
The different flavours used were complementing the ingredients. Sashimi was fresh and sushi course got me so stuffed.
The dessert deserved a special mention. Typically, omakase course will end with seasonal fruits but here at Hashida, you get french macaroon and a strawberry parfait. So unique and they were delicious.
The music played in the restaurant was eclectic and I understand that it was Chef Hashida’s idea. Not something that I could appreciate but I guess it has its charm.
