That's not to say the kitchen doesn't also deliver its fair share of delights: the beautifully prepared regional dishes are packed with flavour, from Wiener schnitzel (made with veal), potatoes and lamb's lettuce salad, to delicious ravioli or Arctic char fillet, to 24hr-braised ox cheek.
