Monday December 15th, at 12 noon, I called the Hasty Bake store in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I spoke with a sales associate named Noah.
I purchased a Hasty Bake Gourmet Pro Grill, the cover, the pizza oven, the full size griddle, the rotisserie kit, the pizza peel, the Fireboard 2 Drive, the Fireboard Spark (instant thermometer), and 1 Fireboard Pulse (wireless temp probe).
Noah told me I would get a receipt via email shortly. Two hours came and went and no receipt. So, I called back and spoke to another sales rep who said that Noah was with a customer, but we would receive a receipt within a couple of hours. Around 3 o’clock…. still no receipt. So, we called back, and this time Noah answered. He told us he was sending the receipt through right now.
It’s now after 5 o’clock, and the Hasty Bake store is now closed. I’ve spent over $4100. with Hasty Bake and they didn’t even have the professionalism, business acumen, common courtesy, or whatever you may deem it to give me a record of my purchase. They totally just blew me off. Who does that?
Hasty Bake…I’m totally disappointed. If this is the level of customer service I get at the time of purchase. I can only imagine what might happen if I were to encounter a problem with something and require help.
