Unforgettable day! I went there with my girlfriend to celebrate my 40th birthday and it couldn't be better.
We chose the 7-course tasting menu, which we highly recommend. We loved specially the „Kleine Einstimmung“ (something between a soup and a foam made of lobster with an incredibly intense flavour), the „Hiramasa Kingfisch“ (raw fish surrounded by small drops of different delicious sauces in a beautiful arrangement), the „Bretonische Felsenrotbarbe“ (this fish was probably our favourite), the „Rehbock aus Bayern“ (exquisite meat from deer), the amazing cheese selection (they have a selection of around 25 different types of cheese) and of course the desserts.
The ingredients are of the highest quality, and the preparation of the courses is done with care. At the end of the meal the Chef came to say hi, and by chance it was his birthday too! He brought me a small birthday cake. We spend more than 3 hours there, and the whole experience is definitely worth the money. We will come back again for sure.
