From the moment I stepped onto the 28th-floor rooftop, it was clear this restaurant offered something truly exceptional. The culinary experience was outstanding—each dish crafted with care, balance, and a respect for time-honored technique. The flavors were refined and thoughtfully composed, making every course feel purposeful and memorable. The service upheld the same high standard. The staff carried themselves with a calm professionalism, attentive without ever intruding, and guided the evening with a steady, gracious rhythm. Their courtesy and attention to detail ensured the entire experience unfolded smoothly. Of course, the location itself elevated the night beyond expectation. Perched atop a high-rise, the rooftop setting provided a phenomenal view—sweeping city lights and open sky creating an atmosphere that was both elegant and unforgettable. Dining with such a backdrop added a rare sense of occasion that few places can match. Altogether, this restaurant excels in every traditional measure of a fine evening out: remarkable food, thoughtful service, and a setting that leaves a lasting impression. I look forward to returning.

We wanted to get a sense of the atmosphere before making a reservation. Since the restaurant was not yet open and there were no other guests, we would not have disturbed anyone. However, we were turned away in a very unfriendly manner, with the staff saying ‘this is not a movement park.’ Such arrogant and disrespectful behavior towards potential guests leaves a very poor impression.

We had a great experience, food lovely the team was great and we had the table by the chef. He was great, we been talking a lot and he was explaining all the plates with a lot of passion. We did the full experience and it was the best meal I have had in Belgium. I give one star less because at the time we went there the sommelière was not at the level of the experience you are doing and he was not prepared to answer to simple questions. Luckily the chef helped us to choose the right wine. I strongly reccomended this place.

„5 Gänge to go Christmas Menü“ Nachdem wir im letzten Jahr meinen 50. Geburtstag vor Ort gefeiert haben und schlichtweg von allem, was einem geboten wurde, überwältigt waren, entschlossen wir uns diese Menü-Variante für den Heiligabend auszuprobieren. Ich hätte trotz oder gerade wegen der Einfachheit der Fertigstellung (es war so leicht, wie Malen nach Zahlen) nicht gedacht, dass die Qualität derart hoch ist. Auch die Menge der einzelnen Gänge war so groß, dass wir den Abend an der heimischen Gourmet-Tafel herrlich lang in die Länge ziehen konnten. Chefkoch Dimitri ist vollkommen zurecht zum besten Koch 2025 aus Oostende gewählt worden. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an ihn und sein Team für den rundum kulinarisch gelungenen Abend!

Vandaag Oostende bezocht. En op het bovenste verdiep van de Sky Tower zit restaurant Haut. Een magnifiek zicht vanop het 28e verdiep. Maar niet alleen het uitzicht was adembenemd... Ok de gerechten die chef Dimitri samen met zijn team de keuken uit stuurt zijn dat. De bediening is top. Op aanraden van hun champagne van het huis Bollinger gekozen als apero. Zalig, ook de amuses. En dan verder genoten van elke gang tot aan de koffie. Zeker een aanrader en de moeite om eens voor naar onze Belgische kust te rijden. Toppers!!!
