HAVANA 86 - Authentic Cuban Flavor

The food is amazing. We had the sampler, Red Snapper, and Ropa Vieja. The amount of food was a lot more than than we were expecting.

Waited 36 minutes for a Pan con Lechon. I asked for it to be made like a cuban with mayo, mustard pickle and onion. My sandwich has no pickles, and the pork was room temperature and dry. It wasnt until i began asking for a refund that it was magically brought out. I won't be back.

Excellent service and food. Good prices and portions. The only regret was that the hallway to the restroom needs a better attention.

Steak flavored bread would be a better discription of the "steak sandwich". I understand inflation to an extent. However, 20$ for 3 onces of steak on some bread is just disrespectful to the customer. The cuban sandwich was the same deal, as light as the bread it was on. $20.00 a piece they charge for these pitiful bread sandwiches. You got our $40.00 today. But, not another dollar ever again. It's a shame because the flavor was fine. There just wasn't enough of the food by any means and I'm not a big dude or a picky eater. So, buyer beware. Theres SO MANY more authentic spots to go to that don't rip you off.

Very typical Cuban restaurant, I felt right at home in a restaurant in Havana’s Barrio Chino. Food is authentic Cuban, natural tropical smoothies and juices delish and refreshing, abundant portions (Cuban style). Food usually takes a bit, it may be a good idea to try some of the many yum appetizers. You can count on bringing leftovers home!

Delicious food and great ambience! We came to visit Tampa from California and we loved the authentic food. Well seasoned and well proportioned. We can’t wait to go back and visit again.

Had a great dinner here with some colleagues and we ended up sharing family style in order to try more of the food. Stake was seasoned so well and cooked to perfection. Really enjoyed the rice and bean sides and the big appetizer that had a bit of everything. All was so good!

The food was delicious, and we had an enjoyable dining experience overall! The service was friendly and pleasant, though the servers were a bit distracted and forgot to ask if we wanted anything to drink. The restaurant was clean, quiet, with nice ambiance, perfect music volume, and the coffee was excellent. We’d definitely return next time we’re in town!
