"Two views, one of the historical harbour and the other of the open kitchen, grab your attention as soon as you enter this restaurant with a buzzing atmosphere. The same playful energy is even more apparent in the creations of chef Robin Blaauw. He is, for instance, as happy to dabble in the rich flavours of South American cuisine as he is to dive into the Asian culinary world. Drawing inspiration from his travels, he works with the finest Dutch produce to conjure up his dishes. Thanks to his eye for detail, this young chef has already made an impressive career for himself." - Michelin Inspector

This place was just perfect! Long day of travel and then exploring, no better way to end it, then a couple hours soaking, relaxing, enjoying the saunas, sipping some tea and taking in the views of this beautiful city. Great date night escape for those tired parents who just need a little peace and quiet. Wish we could come back tomorrow for one more night! Definitely recommend to anyone, enjoy!

Wonderful experience. The saunas are amazing and spacious, I enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs, cold showers, cold plunges. The salt scrub shower felt like a perfect end to the circuit. You check in a few minutes before your start time and have approx 3hrs to be on the facility (change and shower times included). They give you nice lockers, bathrobes and towels. There's shampoo, body wash and they smell lovely. Be mindful of other people, it can get a bit rushed at the end when everyone is trying to take a shower and you may have to wait a little longer. They serve amazing tea on the deck (take as much as you want). And the best part, the views along with that peace is indescribable ❤️✨️

Really cool addition to Victoria’s Inner Harbor. I haven’t had the chance to experience HAVN Saunas yet, but the concept alone is worth a mention. Turning a former barge into a floating sauna and spa in the Inner Harbor is a genuinely creative idea, and it looks fantastic from the water. I took a chance grabbing a photo while flying for Vancouver Island Drones, and it really stood out as a unique, modern addition to the harbor. Even just visually, it adds a lot of character to the waterfront — looking forward to checking it out properly one day.

I came early because I was destroyed by jetlag to see if I could move my appointment up. They took me right away and I was so appreciative of the flexibility. Facilities were so CLEAN. It was a chill, breezy fall day around 9°C but never a problem. You'll crave a bit of a breeze when you emerge from the saunas. The eucalyptus sauna room was the best IMO along with the salt shower. Funny enough, the sauna attached to the salt shower is labeled "Social Sauna" but it was the quietest. I am NOT a cold girl so didn't bother with the cold plunges. They have warm tea available on the deck. If you want lemon water, you'll have to go downstairs to the relaxation room (which is also fantastic by the way). The circular tub seemed slightly hotter than the infinity though they are labeled the same. The circular one is more popular for socializers and had a bit of a chlorine smell (you know what that means) so I much preferred the infinity which boasted an excellent view of the planes and sunset. I am so pleased with my experience I will definitely return.

Fantastic experience with my partner & bestfriend! We flew from New York and had a full day planned in Victoria. This was our first stop and we spent the full 3 hours enjoying the saunas, cold plunges and showers. This is a must go experience in Victoria.

Great sauna with an awesome view on the harbor and the sunset. Really something special - well designed, great staff and just the right size for two hours. We really liked the concept and that bathrobes and towels etc are provided!

Really enjoyed our experience! More than enough time to do 4-5 circuits. We really enjoyed the sauna and cold/ambiant plunges. Only complaint was several guests, including ourselves, commented saying that the hot tubs weren’t warm enough. Even after doing the cold plunge we did not find them very warm. We didn’t see any staff around to chat with. I wish the two tubs were different temperatures as well, would have been nice to have a hotter one. We started shivering after not long and had to head back to the sauna. Otherwise we really enjoyed our time.

Wow! Definitely will be one of my regular go to's when I am in Victoria more often. I have been to many different European like saunas, "Scandanave spa", Thermëa", they each do things differently but I appreciate the set up at havn. No phones allowed on spa, kept in locker, you create the locker code, easy to use. You have some areas that are silence only, and some that are social, like the hot tubs, lounge area on the top deck, and cedar sauna. But other two saunas are silence only for that solitude. They give you water and a scoop and bucket to add to the rocks yourself in the sauna, but one scoop of water makes it much hotter, best to try slow first ha ha. I can see how the hot tubs get crowded on popular times but still other saunas and lounge areas, and the salt scrub sauna was really nice, my skin felt so polished after. 3 hour max visit from time you arrive to time you leave including change room time, but I found price reasonable. The punch passes are worth it, and you can share it with family and friends. Nice big showers, change rooms, they ask you don't bring your own scented creams here. First floor is indoor lounge with food, plants, couches, very inviting. Loved the cold pools, nice and deep, 10 degrees, ambient pool is warmer, very nice after a 20 min hot soak, it's cold but refreshing and your body feels light the rest of the day. Great way to unwind in Victoria, be sure to check their online calendar, as weekends and evenings book up quickly in advance.
