Excellent food, excellent service, excellent atmosphere. Jamaia was my server. She was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. As a bonus her nails were on point! The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was superb. I visited the bathroom while here and was amazed how clean and as weird as this sounds how pleasant smelling the bathroom was. Good job Hawaiian Bros management and GREAT job Jamaia!

I must say, the guys who work here are very friendly and efficient. The problem is I just don't like the food. I'm a huge fan of Ono Hawaiian BBQ which is on the west coast. Hawaiin Bros just doesn't meet Ono's standards. First of all, the macaroni salad. Secondly, the strong teriyaki sauce that turns the chicken dark and overly sweet. I read the ingredients on Hawaiin Bros teriyaki sauce and it isn't healthy 😬.

Amazing this food is incredible. I got full so fast love the desserts. The surface was amazing. I got it in the next 10 minutes. Definitely would go back!!!

customer service was good but there was so much oil on the macaroni salad, a lot of oil to where it was separating the mayonnaise from the noodles. :(

Something different that is very good. This place is very clean. I have a service dog and they always offer him a bowl of ice water. A couple pro tips: 1. Substitute the rice ball and macaroni for 2 sides of pineapple.🍍 2. Mix the root beer with a little bit of cream soda. 🫠

Super fast service. Order was perfect. Food was beyond delicious and huge portions for a great price! It doesn’t taste like fast food it feels like it was prepared at a pricey restaurant.

Amazing, fresh food, with real ingredients! I never had Hawaiian food until trying Hawaiian Brothers, and it is amazing. Gotta try the Dole, Pineapple soft serve, if you have room for it.

We love this place. Service is always so friendly. Have visited here multiple times and every time the food is amazing. Perfectly seasoned, fresh, and hot...every time. Nice atmosphere with traditional music playing. Highly recommend a visit to Hawaiian Bros.

So darn tasty! Our kids love this and a plate can feed a lot of people. You can't go wrong with the chicken and rice. We don't love the Mac salad so we opt for more rice or veggies instead. Can't forget the Dole Whip too!! We recently got this delivered via FlyTrex drone and it was still hot and tasty. A great option for what feels like healthy fast food.

Ordered from this location today the Kilauea and Molokai chicken and macaroni salad. Terrible. The chicken looked burnt and the salad was salty. At least the manager was willing to provide me a refund as the bright spot.

Wooow. Did I literally just pay $15 something of huli huli chicken to receive a half eaten looking meal?!?!?? Unbelievable. Never returning.

I'm so glad this place is right down the road from me! I placed my order on grub hub via Yelp, and then went in and ordered spam musubi in addition to that because I didn't realize they had it. Their menu is pretty short and sweet. I took my order home but waited in the dining room for a bit for my little add-on. Anyway the place is set up really uniquely, you get inside and order on a touch screen kiosk. It is very cute and it was clean. It was pretty late at night-probably round 10pm and they had a handful of dine-in customers. My meal was fresh and delicious and tender. I look forward to trying their other items. I got the Molokai chicken which was supposed to be like a sweet and spicy- and I know those two terms are relative and unique to everybody but there was absolutely zero spice. So I'd say if you're new, don't hesitate to get a hotter dish. Just my two cents there. I got a classic sized meal with rice and macaroni salad, the portions were plenty big for one person. If you're not big on leftovers you might be fine with the small. Thanks for the delicious dinner and lunch the next day!

The service was fast and friendly. There was no wait at the drive thru. The wait for our food was short too. The food was fresh and delicious. We ordered the classic Huli Huli & Molokai chicken meals. We will visit again.

I was originally disappointed in this place because the chicken was dry, but after trying it again I LOVE it! Portions are a good size & the Dole Whip is perfect for my sweet tooth after such a savory salty meal. I usually get the Huli Huli Chicken :)

Luau pork is the highlight. Smoky tender meat. All the chicken are on the sweeter right. Rice is good. Good portion for its price. The biggest disappointment is the Mac salad. Far off from the Hawaiian style. The mayo they use was not right, and too much of it. We add a bit lemon juice in it, still couldn't save it. (Try to use Japanese style mayo maybe? ). Other than than this is a great spot for Hawaiian fast food.

So good!! I had the Molokai and Honolulu mixed plate and it was insanely good! My son noshed on his fav, Spam Musubi and daughter in law had the Seasoned Vegetable plate! Everything was great! Riley helped us pick out our dinners and was so kind to get it out to us so fast! We will definitely be back!

The soft serve Ice cream swirl is the And the serving is just enough to make you want more. Very refreshing with smell of Pineapple.

Decent tasting food. Service was pretty solid. Price of food vs the amount you get was really good, they didn't skimp out. They had a few guys outside taking orders. Felt a bit rushed given they hand you the menu and it's GO, order away. So just went with teriyaki to keep the line moving. Flavor was good. They give you a good amount of chicken and rice. The macaroni side was a bit unexpected and felt out of place but either way, all was good. From the time to order to getting food was super fast so they're on the ball. Will try the sweet and spicy next time. I asked the kid taking my order what the flavor was that was sweet and spicy and he said "it's just sweet and spicy". Ok dude, way to narrow it down. Is it sweet and spicy teriyaki? Is it sweet and spicy bbq sauce? It remains a mystery.

Tried this place out for the first time. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. After trying to figure out where the Loco Moco, Kalbi Short Ribs, Chicken Katsu was on the menu, I ordered the Honolulu Chicken. What's with the untraditional names for the "traditional" plate lunch? Where's the beef? The food was just okay. When you first open the box, it's a bit underwhelming compared to the menu pics. I think It's overpriced for the amount of food you're getting. The mac salad was salty. The Honolulu Chicken had nice flavor but was a tad on the salty. There was barely any as ratio of rice to the meat was like 5 to 1. Where's the bed of steamed cabbage? I'm pretty sure whoever is rating this place 5 stars has never had real Hawaiian plate lunch before. If you want legit Hawaiian, Shaka Hawaiian BBQ in The Colony is the best one in the area. L&L in Plano is another solid choice. I'll give the other location in Frisco a shot, but my expectations are low.

My family moved from Oahu to Texas back in 2017, so we were curious to try the food here. While I can't fault the friendly staff and generous portions, the food served is definitely not authentic Hawaiian BBQ. We ordered four different chicken dishes, and it was quite tough to tell the flavors apart. Each dish was overly saucy/salty and came with too much rice (you get one big scoop of rice plus more under the protein). The mac salad also had too much pepper and mayo. Don't expect to find plate lunch staples like loco moco, chicken katsu, kalbi, or teri beef. My kids enjoyed the Dole soft serve, but we missed the vanilla twist we would get back home. The vanilla helps mellow the acidity from the pineapple flavor. For now, Shaka will remain our go-to spot if we're craving an authentic plate lunch.

Yooooooo! Wow this place is good! Good portions, great service, clean, friendly... Can't really ask for much more. Don't order rice as a side because they already give you rice with your meal. Hulihuli and Molokai chicken are phenomenal. Masubi was as expected, pretty good but not amazing. Veggies were a bit over cooked, but really not bad at all. Don't skip on the Dole soft serve (dole whip copycat), you'll be pleasantly surprised if you're not familiar with it. I'm so glad to have this restaurant in the neighborhood. I'll be back very soon!

HAWAIIAN BROS: I went after seeing multiple posts in different local groups. I was greeted by a young man (didn't get his name, and Ms. Peyton. Shout out to her, she gave me a menu to look at and I told her to do whatever she wanted for me, and she actually got one of EVERYTHING on the menu for me. I also included the receipt. Everything is so tasty and HOT. I was only the third car in the drive thru. They also open TUESDAY OF THIS WEEK Y'ALL!!!!!wonderful wonderful staff from being greeted to the pay window where they greeted me w aloha and a free soft serve which was killer and didn't make it home. Didn't take more than 5 minutes from start to finish!

This place is pretty rock solid. Their drive thru setup is kinda weird since it's usually a person getting your order and name and then they ask you your name at the next two windows after that but if you enjoy the sound of your name that's a bonus I guess. Oh ok the food. 4 kinds of chicken with huli huli and Kilauea getting my vote. They are similar in flavor profile with subtle differences. The food comes with rice and Mac salad and I love their Mac salad. It's different. It's got a nice peppery kick to it that sets it apart from what I've usually had before. I do wish they had short rib like l&l but on the flip side you get more options in the chicken so even trade? Food quantity is decent imo. Large plate lasts me two meals, classic is enough to feel overstuffed. Top your meal off with a Dole whip. This place is in the rotation for me. It's great food and location is easy.

My husband and I come here 2x a week . The food is delicious, fresh and filling. I love how it's all gluten free and healthy. Danielle was really nice recommended the soft served dole ice cream . Now I'm completely hooked

It was hit or miss the 2 times we have placed an order. Ordered sweet and spicy chicken which was really good but other chicken dish that we ordered was extremely dry, mac and cheese is cold serving not a fan But the amount if food served was a large portion for the price which is the major plus

Solid good tasting food. I really appreciate this affordable fast casual food. In this time of super high inflation, I appreciate them pricing their food fairly. I'm not a fan of their Mac n cheese, but the chicken was solid good. Weirdly enough , to me all the chicken dishes taste almost the same. There was one with sesame seed sprinkle on them, then another chicken dish without but they were cooked the same way and the sauce / seasoning weren't that different. I'll come back and become regular customer.

I am blown away that this is rated 3.9 out of 5z there is an authentic Hawaiian restaurant not far from here in Plano, Mo Bettahs. The Mac salad is bad, nothing is fresh or authentic Hawaiian bros is a chain taking $$$

This place was great! The food was amazing! I had the luau pig and the sweet and spicy chicken. Both were great, as was the macaroni salad. They also have an amazing pineapple bbq that paired great with the luau pig. The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars was because I specifically asked for no rice at all (I am allergic to it). They typically give you a scoop of rice and put the meat on a bed of rice. I was very specific that I didn't want either, and that is what it said on my receipt (no rice scoop or rice bed). When I got in my car to eat it, there was still the rice bed under the meat. I had to pick the meat out of it and try to avoid eating the rice so I don't get sick. Other than that, the food and the service was great. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I would go here again just check my order before I leave.

Since moving here in April this has been my fiancé and I's favorite place to order from. The chicken is usually cooked to perfection and the sauce on it is amazing. Definitely recommend trying this place out if you're new to the DFW area. :)

Amazing food every time I go, the services is always so quick and amazing while I'm there. I don't think I've ever waited for my food longer than three minutes with their fast serving skills. The inside is also such a clean and welcoming environment that I've never seen dirty the workers there are very kind and get the job done. I love this place and will always recommend it to others especially this location.

My complaint is that "Hawaiian Bros" gave me a Birthday $10 off in my reward account but they did not honor it. I went to use it today for a large plate - $ 13.45 at the FM 423 location. However, they only took off $8.45. What the heck? That is not good. I did not notice it until I got home. My account shows that I used the $10 off but my receipt shows that I only used $8.45 and I did paid the difference between the $8.45 and 13.45 plus tax. It is not a large amount but they should honor what they say. The food and service were good.

Wouldn't lie... when I started eating this I was like "meh..." this sh*t is trash... it tastes like something you can find in the walmart freezer section, take it home, heat it up in the microwave.... Sh*t generic as f*ck.. you gone need a cold drink to keep yourself from throwing this sh*t up............ awful...

The food is delicious and large portions. However, the owner loves to talk and doesn't watch the front register. He's too busy talking to customers. People behind me walked out. They do have kiosks to order, but even the owner couldn't figure it out. Tables were dirty. Perhaps owner could wipe down tables instead of bothering people who are trying to visit with the people they came with.

I wish I could give this company negative stars. Three times I've come by, twice were supposed to be to make up for the prior mistakes. I have still yet to ever try what I originally ordered. They will never get your order right, even if you type it out using the app. I've three times now asked them to refund my money, and they just give me more store credit. I am never going back. Stay away, they are horrible, and the food is not even worth it. Marinate chicken in teriyaki and grill it at home. You'll save money and headache. I hope this company fails and moves out of North Texas. It sucks!!!!

This place is delicious! I've tried just about everything but one of the items you have to try is the Pacific Island salad. It is so crazy good and filling. My family goes multiple times a week as well just to get the dole whip. It's all so good!

I stopped by to grab dinner for my two kids and myself, my kids had asked for one of the regular mainstream drive thru and I was so sick of the regular takeout. I passed this location and pulled in and i am so glad we did! I ordered a small Huli Huli for my son and a small Honolulu for my daughter. The Kilauea for myself because I like spice. We were all very happy. Portions are huge even in the small. Everything was seasoned deliciously. The service was super fast, even for drive thru expectations. The kids both said this was way better than what they originally wanted for dinner. We will definitely be back! Can't wait to try the additional options. They offer a veggie plate as well.

Service is amazing, it's a simple menu that focuses on the best flavors of Hawaii in an authentic way... luau pig is literally the best kalua pork I've had outside Hawaii! Also, I'm never usually a fan of Mac salad but there's is simply outstanding.

It's good to have a nearby HB location but the portions have a lot to be desired. I ordered a mixed plate with luau pig and huli chicken, the portions were barely adequate for "just $1 more". The shredded pork was spaced out and didn't even cover up the rice under it. The large plate I asked for double huli and it had LESS than the mixed plate! What they did was give a huge scoop of rice and macaroni and raised up the looks of the huli by putting more rice underneath. They gave us 1 teriyaki sample cup for all this. Hoping this is a fluke before trying it out again. Shaka in The Colony is a much better deal. Edit: now that I've read the reviews after mine to not have any influence, I too have same recap. The meat portions are a common mention, ordering a large plate vs. combo yields no different portions, and they lack other common authentic components like katsu and shaved bbq beef.

Had the classic molokai chicken and a can of luau punch delivered by U*** E***. It was delicious. The perfectly marinated chicken was ontop of rice and then it came with a side of rice and a side of macaroni salad. Delicious!

Visited Hawaiian Bros today for the first time. They have kiosks for ordering as well as employees available to take your order. I decided to try the kiosk...now, I'm a great-grandmother so not as savvy as many in the techno word so I found the layout and responses of the machine a little bit daunting but the young man at the register, Angel by name, was extremely helpful and next time I'll be able to negotiate this thing by myself. * just a note to say that their are large and small options for the meals. The small comes with one side and the large, or perhaps regular, size comes with rice under the meat, a side of rice and a side of macaroni salad with an option of seasoned veggies. I ordered the small Honolulu chicken with a side of veggies. The little container is deceptive...there is plenty of food inside. Both items were tasty and the chicken is 100% chicken, perfect with the nicely seasoned veggies. My friend ordered the HuliHuli chicken. She got the regular size and took home half. She enjoyed her chicken but said next time she would substitute veggies for the rice....there was a lot of rice! I tasted her macaroni salad and can say it was ok...macaroni perfectly al dente with a very creamy dressing. I felt like it needed a little pickle and onion, but that's me. Overall, it was a good outing, enjoyable food, with helpful and friendly staff. I recommend giving it a try for something a bit different!

It was average cuisine, definitely not authentic Hawaiian though!! No soy sauce for the rice, Mac was off and had too much black pepper.

The staff is super nice. The GM/Manager talked with us while waiting for our food. We also got free shirts! Thank you!!! Food was awesome. Good size for two meats, rice and macaroni salad. Highly suggest for anyone who wants some good Hawaiian BBQ.

This place is INCREDIBLE!!! The food was so so surprising and delicious! We had the Huli Huli chicken and Honolulu chicken. Everything we got was outstanding. We had never had Hawaiian food and were incredibly impressed. The freshness and portion sizes were wonderful. Yes it's on the expensive side but the quality is WORTH IT! The service was absolutely incredible, the nicest lady ever took wonderful care of us on our first time trying this restaurant. She came and checked on us and asked which dish we liked most and even gave us some free samples of their dole whip! Sooo good! They played Hawaiian music and had the cutest tropical vibe, I really told my boyfriend that we just traveled to Hawaii lol. We were SO impressed with this whole restaurant, the food and the service!

I picked up two pacific island salads to go today. I noticed something strange about the cilantro/green onion topping on my salad. It almost looked "wet." So as I started to pick the cilantro out of my salad I noticed a wet, slimy feeling. Because I had to slam my breaks on my car to avoid an accident, the salad was jostled a bit and this rotten cilantro was all over and under my salad. What is strange is that the lettuce, the mushrooms, and the mandarin oranges were all fresh. This leads me to believe that someone placed this nasty rotten cilantro/ green onion mixture onto my fresh salad without a second thought. I love cilantro alot and at home and I prep it and cut it really, really small and if it's properly kept it would last all day. So it is scarey to think that they would/could be serving this more than one day old AND if someone popped this on my salad and did nothing about it shame on them or even worse if someone plopped this on my salad and did not even pay attention to the quality of the food they are sending to the customer. This location has given us very burned chicken, very, very dry chicken, and very, very small portions-like late in the evening- that is not as concerning to me as much as the fact I was served rotting and slimy cilantro. I will never trust this place to serve me food ever again. Suffice it to say the salad went into the trash.

This place had large helpings and fresh tasting food, especially considering the more fast food model. Chicken was cooked well and flavor was good. I especially liked that the chicken came on a bed of rice to keep things neat and maintain flavor. Only complain is the teriyaki sauce, which tasted very bittersweet and strange. Maybe it was expired, but it tasted terrible. Thankfully it was on the side, so it didn't impact my meal! Overall, would recommend if you're looking for quick Hawaiian BBQ.

Stopped in yesterday. Food was delicious. However, you are way overstaffed in the front - 5 useless teenage boys just standing blankly at the register like they were hanging out with friends while the people in the kitchen were swamped. The front needs motivation, training and less workers while the back needs help. I had even sat down in the dining room to wait for my takeout order and they were too busy acting like it was their living room in the lobby to even announce that my order was ready.

So good! We sampled almost everything and it was all delicious. The pork was my favorite. I also loves the Macaroni salad. I usually don't care for it, but this one had a slightly sweet flavor and didn't taste like mayo.

One of my new favorites! Plate of meat and rice what can go wrong? I got a large of two chickens and a classic of pork. Love the spicy chicken. Only issue was there wasn't much difference between classic size and large size.
