Beautiful clothes of exceptional quality but I was especially impressed with the lovely young lady who helped me. She was very knowledgeable and kind. I arrived very close to closing, but despite this, I was not rushed and she even gift wrapped everything after taking the time to show me multiple gift ideas.

The BEST place in Edinburgh for true Scottish cashmere. The staff were so helpful, which was great because there were so many styles and colors to choose from. A bit more expensive, but the staff informed me that all of the sweaters are actually made in their factory in Scotland. I ended up buying a cute Halimedia cape in the store and doing a special order to get the v neck sweater I wanted in this pretty Hazel color. Am definitely looking forward to wearing these when the weather gets cooler.

We stopped in here in our search for the perfect cashmere scarves. We were greeted by Matthew, and given an incredible lesson in the history of Kashmir and war in Scotland. He was incredible and helping us make the right choice, and I would highly recommend anyone visit the store. They’re amazing scarfs in both knitted and woven Kashmir, and Kashmir prints were some of the nicest we saw anywhere in Scotland. If you are trying to hunt down high quality scarfs and want to stay away from overseas knock off, this is an Incredibles store and you’ll be treated amazingly!

If you're looking for fine cashmere, you've found it. They have both a men and woman's store next to each other. The materials are simply the best cashmere you can find. While there are many items in the store, the store is designed as a showroom where you can then custom order the various items. They have a sampler of colors to select and various sizes for you to try on. Once you find the right size, you choose the style you want and color. Their factory will then custom make the item for you and ship it to you. While you can purchase something from the store shelves, there was something so very fun and exciting about having something custom created for you. You'll find sweaters, jackets, scarves, gloves and more and each and every one is soft and luxurious.
