Hawkerboi - The Park JLT

We had a really lovely evening at Hawker Boy. The service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere was great, not too busy inside, with the outdoor seating nicely full. The ambience, lighting, and music all worked really well, and it’s a fantastic venue to relax and enjoy the evening. The servers were really attentive which was nice. Food-wise, some dishes stood out more than others. The prawn chilli pasta was tasty and enjoyable, and the egg fried rice was a generous portion and very satisfying. The cucumber salad was refreshing but quite simple, and one of the potato dishes was a little unexpected in texture, though that may just be down to personal preference or ordering choices. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and would happily return, especially for the atmosphere, service, and to try a few different dishes next time. A great spot in Dubai with a really nice vibe.

Great food, great staff. They know their stuff! ;) During the day it wasnt soo busy so ambianfe could have been better The fried calamari were super! And the duck too!! The papaya salad I personally did not like at all, the shrimps in it were super dry the texture hasn’t good at all, plus extremely spicy for a salad. The desert was to die for! Especially with the miso banana, very nice touch Would recommend

Our first time at Hawkerboi, very, very satisfied everything was great. Loved the food and our waiter Darwin was very helpful. The only thing the Music was not to our taste. But all good. Thank you, we will be back.

Went to Hawkerboi on a weekday, to treat myself to a nice dinner - and I wasn’t disappointed! I ordered an Empress Negroni, some of the crispy calamari and the prawn drunken noodles. They even had Chang beer! It reminded me of being at a tucked away bar in Bangkok, the vibes and the music match up to the exciting and almost electric flavors of the food. I’d come back for the drunken noodles and cocktails, the fiery peppercorns nicely balanced out with the fruity-fresh drink. Can’t wait to be back! Hugeeeee thanks to the staff for being exceptionally lovely and inviting 💕

We visited this Asian restaurant with a Michelin mention and ordered the meat skewers — the meat was really fresh and delicious. The cocktails were top-notch, but the shrimp lunch was a bit disappointing. The highlight was definitely the mango sticky rice, though I wouldn’t order it separately for 50 AED. Maybe I just had higher expectations from a place with a Michelin mark — the service was fine, but there wasn’t really a wow effect overall.

My first time going to a Hawkerboi Brunch and couldn't be more satisfied. Gyoza starters were delicious, the seabass mains was cooked perfectly and my favourite dessert was the apple pie. Definitely will go back for another brunch. The DJ had the vibes going through out and the service was top tier.

Hands down the best Asian fusion in JLT — and honestly, a strong contender across Marina and JBR too. The food at Hawkerboi is bold, vibrant, and beautifully balanced, but what really elevated the experience was the service. Darwin, originally from Burma, was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun — the kind of host who makes you feel instantly welcome and guides you through the menu with real passion. His energy and insight turned a great meal into an exceptional one. We’ll absolutely be back.

We had a great time! The ambiance is really nice.. The food was delicious, and the staffs, especially Rodel was very friendly and attentive. We truly enjoyed our meal and overall experience. Perfect for a company lunch. Highly recommended!
