Love this place so much!! We just moved to Norco and after doing some research via Yelp on other hay providers around town, I decided to try these guys and they are GREAT!!! Super kind and helpful over the phone & in person, and they make delivery so easy!! I feel like I can always trust them to deliver great quality stuff. They always sweep up after themselves too. They go the extra mile every time! Quality service!

The owner knows what they are doing and has great deals for us on the 1st Saturday of the month. The employees know where to go to load you up and stack to perfection. All and all we have never had bad service here thanks to the whole team that works there

We have lived in Norco for almost 3 years. Hay connection was one of the first places I visited when I started my farm. ALL of the staff was and continues to be friendly & very helpful. They have a great variety of products for all kinds of animals. One of the great perks is thier stamp cards as a thank you to their clients. If your lucky and keep an eye out you'll end up visiting on double stamp days.

Hay Connection is the best! We are fortunate to have a lot of choices when it comes to hay and feed delivery in the Norco/Riverside area, but I always choose Hay Connection! When I first moved to this neighborhood, I tried shopping around at all the different stores, but it ultimately became clear to me that Hay Connection offers the very best product quality and best customer service yet also does this all for very reasonable prices, so there is simply no point in going anywhere else! Everyone there is always so genuinely friendly and helpful and wants the best for you and your animals. Whenever I need advice or guidance, they go above and beyond. There was one time I was having an earwig infestation problem at the house that had absolutely nothing to do with Hay Connection but I happened to mention it in passing at the store, and one of the employees (Karen) actually took it upon herself to research the issue and called me back to give me some very good advice to try! I was so grateful!! If you shop and pick up in-store, they have a very generous rewards program via a stamp card! Also, I think the first Saturday of each month is a double-stamp day so it's easy to rack up points! As for home deliveries, is so easy to schedule even for same-day or next-day service. The delivery guys are all so nice and helpful, and will cheerfully stack, move, and re-tie any bales that I ask for! There were a few weeks in the beginning when I had first moved into the house when we needed the hay dollied by hand quite a long distance from where they could park their truck as the horse driveway wasn't accessible yet, but the drivers never complained and always did it with a smile. That says a lot about how they treat their customers, because moving hay long distances in the inland empire heat is no small matter!! Now that I am a regular customer, I seem to have been assigned to a specific driver, so it's nice to always get to see the same person, as he already knows where to put everything without my having to explain it to a new person over and over again (unless I happen to order on his day off, but I try to avoid that)! And whenever I call to place an order, I am always cheerfully greeted and they even remember who I am from just my first name! I've had deliveries every 3 weeks from them for over a year now, and the very few times there have ever been issues (usually accidental billing mistakes), they either take it upon themselves to correct the issue (ie, they find the mistake before I've even noticed and then call to let me know) or are happy to correct the mistake if I call them. It is so refreshing to be able to work with caring, honest people! Most importantly, they have a large selection of different types of hay and their hay quality is consistently high--leafy, fine-stemmed, and mold- and insect-free, and they store it under a real, permanent roofed structure so it is not sun-bleached or otherwise exposed to the elements--and they somehow always manage to keep it in stock no matter what season it is. My horses are happy, and they are extremely picky mares when it comes to hay! In summary, I am very grateful to have found Hay Connection and am a very happy customer! If we ever move to a different horse property, I will make sure to remain in their service area!!

Lack of professionalism at its finest! I have been shopping here for years and moreover, they have been delivering hay and grain to my horses at the McFarland barn for over a year. All of a sudden they could no longer deliver my order (the same as it has always been) because even after I told them to just put it in the hay barn, they claim that they couldn't do that because of the "wild horses." The barn owner's horses have always been out and have never been a problem any of the other more than a dozen times they delivered. If there had even been mention of a problem I easily could have requested that the owner lock up the horses. Everyone who has ever been to the barn knows these horses! However, the owner of hay connection decided to get on the phone and rant and rave at me like a lunatic stating that they will never deliver to me again. So much for years of loyalty. No problem. Hay connection is hardly the only hay store in town. Further, my last hay deliveries included bad hay that had to be returned, and my grain bags were full of bugs. The barn owner had to call hay connection several times for the return of bad products. I am guessing that this is the reason for today's abuse.

Love gazcon. He is my trusted go to delivery driver. He is reliable honest humble hardworking and authentic. I use this feed store due to him as well as the affordable feed prices.

Always friendly and helpful. They welcome questions and have no judgement whether you're a new horse owner or advanced rider/professional. They help wherever its needed. Getting feed is super easy and fast and they load it for u. Also the stamp card helps a lot!!! Thank u!!!

Next in my EOY revisit campaign is The Say Hay shop, aka the crack house for all the birds in my neighborhood. Just got back with 50 lbs of thistle for the yellow finches and 50 lbs of black oil sunflower seeds for whatever other birds find themselves in my back yard. Been coming to Hay for a few years. Always good prices, good people, good inventory, good helpers.

Always has the best Hay in the area. Dina is outstanding with the wealth of information she has. Helps finding a solution to answer my questions. The rest of the inside staff, always super friendly. Store always stocked and organized. The guys out back, so helpful. Watch out for their "watch cat". Meow Meow. May not be as friendly as she lets you think she is HaHaHaHa

Amazing customer service and knowledge of products, nutrition and horses. When the place is very busy and people coming and going in all directions they keep calm and stay aware like an airport control. I had a special order and they kept on top of it when there was an issue outside their control they worked at keeping me apprised and rescheduling to my needs. When my delivery arrived they were 25 minutes early they called and took my directions how to get into the back of the property. The two workers were friendly and worked well together and moved my panels exactly where I needed them. They are a niche business and cover a huge area so SoCal traffic will always be an issue. They can't keep a large inventory of unique items but they will special order and this made me very happy.

Awesome place for horse supplies. Friendly people who are very helpful and provide guidance when needed.

Affordable Alfalfa Hay we come here about once a month to buy hay for our goats. It's a bit far from our home but overall the customer service is great and pricing is very reasonable compared to nearby hay suppliers. The guys loading the hay are always attentive and very courteous. This our hay spot and we highly recommend it!

Great place to get supplies for your pets and very friendly staff! They also gave me recommendations about local hoarse back riding businesses. I really appreciate the fact that they connect their customers and small businesses together and helping the communities.

We have a tortoise and they are so generous to let us come rake up leftover hay to feed him at no charge. I've offered to pay but they have let us take small amounts. I've been so impressed and grateful for their kindness. We always come here when we need anything else! Highly recommend them?

This place is going down hill fast...went there to get heavy hay and they said they were out of stock. Came back three days later and same hay was $4 dollars more!!....said they were exporting ?? Went to Tony's, got same hay for $3 less with good customer service. Hay connection= way overpriced!

I've been shopping here for a few years. I absolutely love their customer service and prices. The gals are awesome and so nice (especially Deena ). There are a lot of competition out there but if you want a nice smooth transaction and good customer service I would come here!

I love it here! If they don't have something they will order it, competitive prices and a great selection of stuff. I buy all my shavings here (they always have the mini flakes that a lot of people run out of) and they deliver very quickly

I love this place, staff is so friendly and always takes time to help with anything you need. Even the guys in the back are super nice. I'm learning alot about supplements and they really take the time to help me pick good healthy things for my horse. Thank you guys. If you have not been there go check it out. Two thumbs up

I am always happy with the customer service products. When HC vendor stopped selling one of the burmuda only pellets, they located another vendor for me! How's that for service? They really care about their customers, and they remember you and what you order, even when you forget!

The staff here gets 5 stars for their outstanding customer service. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and are always ready to answer any questions. They carry quality feed and other items and if they don't carry something they will either get it for you or let you know where you can go to get it. The yard guys are all friendly and helpful. The prices are comparable to other places in town but the friendly helpful service can't be beat. Whenever I haven't been happy with a product they take it back with a smile. I've lived here over 20 years and have shopped at all of the feed stores but once I tried the Hay Connection I never went back to the others. Great staff, great products.
