Visitors are encouraged to arrive early for the daily milking session (around 9:00–10:30am), hand-feed the goats with alfalfa hay, roam the grounds or join guided tours that cover the farm’s history, the milking process and the nutritional benefits of goat milk. The milk is pasteurised and homogenised with no added preservatives; it is marketed as easier to digest and less allergenic than cow’s milk, making it more suitable for some lactose-intolerant people.
