Hayate Ramen

This is my favorite restaurant in Bhutan. The Japanese ramen is really delicious. If you want a warm soup and noodles, I would definitely recommend this place.

This has always been our favorite Japanese restaurant in town. However, I recently tried their takeaway for lunch to my work, and some of the usual flavoring elements were missing, such as the signature fermented ginger, garlic powder. Additionally, the spoons/chopsticks were not included. So I had to modify lol

One of the best places to eat in Thimphu town 😋 perfect comfort food for a cold rainy day🌧 Our favourite dishes are the tonkotsu Ramen, agedashi tofu and gyoza! The ambience is warm and it actually feels like you're in a japanese izakaya :) the staff are very sweet as well. Highly recommended to all travelers and my local friends ♡

Authentic Japanese restaurant operated by Japanese. There are many kind of Japanese food besides Ramen. Hospitality, cleanliness and quality are almost same as in Japan.

Great ramen restaurant with healthy and tasty food. Good portions too. They also have couple of kid friendly options. Dined twice there; once for lunch and once for dinner. Ramen's are wholesome and you have great options including for vegetarians. There are great add-on options too if you like a bit more flavor or portion. Their desserts are worth trying too. Their daifuku, chiffon cake and cheesecake were amazing; so are their teas.

One of the Japanese restaurant in the thimphu and in a country also. If vistor and locals are looking to try Japanese food than these is a place to visit and try. The food are really tasty and good. The location of the place is also perfect and the place is also good. The service and the people who are working out there are friendly too. It's one of favorite place to visit and would recommend other also to visit. Because it binds you with different culture.

Reasonably priced Japnese restaurant in Thimphu. We tried the prawan ,chicken karage was good, pork momo which was dry and spicy Tofu rice.
